salah hantar barang di tempat lain
ERA771752489MY ini parcel saya jumaat 29/11/2019 hantar dekat office suami saya(pejabat Amanah ikhtiar malaysia ) tapi orang pos laju ranau hantar dekat sebelah office (koperasi aim ) nasib baik tadi suami saya tanya kalau ada barang sampai.. Selalu pos laju hantar dekat office suami saya.. Tidak tahu apa masalah hantar dekat sebelah office. Kelemahan sistem pos laju ini .. Tidak memastikan tempat yang betul2 sebelum hantar barang.. Banyak kes ini berlaku.. Harap hal ini diambil perhatian . Barang ini dibeli dengan wang ringgit.. Bukan air liur.. Itu sampul sudah kena buang.. Hanya bungkusan barang saja.

Saya bawak mak saya nak keluar wang Asb sebanyak Rm 300.00sahaja...tetapi kakitangan Pejabat Pos Rompin Pahang menolak urusan keluar Asb dengan alasan tidak cukup wang..saya rasa alasan tidak cukup wang adalah tidak munasabah...ini bukan kali pertama...berlaku...saya harap pihak atasan dapat bertindak segera dan sediakan cukup wang di kaunter untuk urusan keluar masuk duit..terima kasih

The Pos Laju of Sibu main branch is a mess and a shame to the community.
1. No proper queueing line. In which people jump queues and wait under rain and sun
2. No proper waiting zone. Customers huddle around counters with inpatient eyes at the poor officer on duty. Obstructing and causing confusion to the queue.
3. Insufficient work force during lunch hour . Let's be honest, most people only get to time off to collect items during Lunch hours 1-2pm. Which is the downtime at the centre! How illogical is that. Makes more sense to assign more workforce during those hours isn't it
4. Disorganised Pos laju team. The very person who receive tracking numbers are the very same person who rush to the storage to rummmage out the goods. I'm sure it's tiresome and frustrating to them. A orderly system of separate manpower to receive tracking number and locate the goods from storage is more practical.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I'm writing this due to my parcel did not receive.
1st time delivery receive sms by your postman & we did return call few times but no pick up. Called to post office mentioned location & there was no answer as well. So, items have to be collected at the post office. We went there to collect the next day but what a shock answer I receive which they mention they couldn't find my parcel. We waited for 1 hour and still they couldn't trace my parcel which is in suppose to be in their area.
So called up KL and mention then asked for 2nd delivery. I asked if i can give new address and they agreed. So 2nd delivery address were given and your staff promise me to send to the new address on 2nd delivery which is the next day. But on that delivery day, they send to the same address and refuse to admit their mistake. Again, sms were received from the postman & we started to call. Ring up the post office location as well but no pick up. For many hours we tried to get hold of the postman but the operator keep on mention not in service. What kind of service is your courier industry providing? Till end of the day we still can't get thru the postman mobile so I decided to call up KL again. After talking for so long end up your staff admit their mistake, but threaten me that there is no 3rd time delivery service. It is their mistake and I have to self collect the parcel? Why is it that other courier company offers such a good service but not your company? So, before conversation ends, they agreed to send 3rd time delivery to my new address, but until today no movement of the item.
Please check on your staff attitude & behavior as this is service industry. Are you suppose to treat your customer that kind of behavior?
I'm totally dissatisfied with your service as already promise but no action.
Appreciate if you could look into this matter seriously.

ERA668404217MY, Sender posted the package since 18/11/2019,
the process of the package never update since 20/11/2019, its been 5 days.
I called to Service centre and they told me that the package already in Kota Kinabalu. But its been 5 days I still did not receive the parcel yet. May I know the reason? the package is in urgent and we trusted poslaju, and now it could not make it before the dateline which bring us so much trouble.
I have already made an report on 21/11/2019 and still no update until today

Dear Poslaju team.
I have just received my parcel today ERA657667328MY. To my address which can be tracked using the tracking no attached. its not the first time we ordered and received but this time the delivery guy couldn't find the address, send me a message "your address is wrong, I'm from pos laju".
When i call the number to lead the way, I couldn't speak because I was getting scolded, the guy is being very rude and raising his voice. I am so disappointed why pos laju such a matured company has this kind of service. for me, its easy. I'm just to tell my friends, also not going to use pos laju service. I dont deserve this kind of negativity.

pos malaysia lost my parcel
I post out my parcel on 16th October 2019. But until now my customer didn't get her item. I called out more than 10 times but now one answer my call. My reputation as a seller drop worse and terrible because your service so bad. Please post out my parcel so that my customers can get their item. They want to report me as a not trusted seller and want to make a police report. If something bad happened I will summons you your company because I know they have many people out there that lost their items too
