Description of Incident:
I bring my parcel to Pos Laju Aeon Balakong on 12.11.2019 to send to Johor then the parcel arrived on 14.11.2019 but your staff there didn't send out the post and didn't inform a thing, tracking also no update! Unethical behavior of staff at Pos Laju Bandar Dato Onn, Johor. I've been calling since 19.11.2019 morning (1 & half hour of calling), no pick up at office. I called many pos laju and lastly they passed me to Pusat Mel, Johor then I found out that my parcel for customer is inside the pos laju but haven't send out. Although holiday on 15.11.2019 but the parcel should be send on 17/18.11.2019 right? Delayed sending until yesterday then I check the tracking on today (19.11.2019);

So, I called your customer service hotline; 1-300-300-300 for answer. Your staff told me that Pos Laju Bandar Dato Onn is returning me my parcel and doesn't sure when will send back! Are you sure your service is good in this kind of stupid action? I paid for the urgent parcel to be send back to me within 2 weeks? Are you kidding me? You didn't send the parcel, you didn't pay me back? You took the money to play along is it? Come on man, your service attitude want to be number 1 in Malaysia? Impossible lah. I need a refund. Pay me back RM 10.90. When my parcel couldn't reach my customer there, I lost a whole business with my customer. Then, you are returning back my parcel, to be serious, I am really upset and disappointed at your service.
Desirable solution: 1) Pay me back RM 10.90. 2) Return my parcel.

Dear Poslaju, my item ERA693065609MY from Poslaju Petaling jaya to Poslaju Miri, Sarawak was posted on 12/11/2019. The status still stuck at "Item processed, Poslaju Parcel Hub, 13/11/2019".
Please, Poslaju, it is just from West Malaysia to East Malaysia and now it is already 2019. Why we still have services like 20 years ago? Why you put the parcel in your store for so long?
I don't know if this message really affects anything, but please speed up the process! You are posLAJUUUU!
bad attitude
I had a parcel that was delivered today, but was sent to the WRONG HOUSE. He initially called me and said I wasn't at home but the line was horrible so I couldn't really hear what he said. I gave him a description of the house and he kept saying yes to all of it. So I assumed it was correct and told him to drop it in the mailbox. However, when I got home, I couldn't find anything. So I called back and asked again regarding the parcel, that was when I realized he sent it to somewhere else. He scolded me for giving him "wrong information and address" when I double checked my order and I had put in the correct address. He then told me that he'll go back to the place and get the mail, however, no one was home.
He called me back and sheepishly told me that he actually "couldn't find my address on waze so he put in another address". Are you freaking serious? Who does that?

I would like to complain about slow delivery for parcel with the tracking number EN133529337MY. I understand from telemarketer that the item has been arrived at Sibu on 16/11/19, Saturday. However, i haven't received the parcel from pos laju. It's already 8 days pending at Pos Laju. I hope that pos laju could arrange the delivery by today 19/11/19!

1. Time of deliver. It tooks 7 days 11/11/19 - 18/11/19 just from briekfields to bangi, within a 20km distance.
2. Dispatch OPEN my parcel during transit. I found a big traces on my parcel, and it's shocked me. They ripped it and look on my purchased product. This is ridiculous! How can a dispatch open my parcel and check on my purchased without my acknowledgement?

I purchased Xiami Mi A3 from All-In Gadget but did not receive it by the time of delivery. It was delivered to the other person called Dayangku Suria which can be tracked on poslaju tracking ERA687365935MY. I have filed a refund from the seller but I still hope poslaju can investigate this matter. By the way, the seller has a log report too.

My parcel EHA091644657MY was sent by seller on 12 November from Puchong and arrived in JB on 13th. Despite item was already dispatched from Poslaju Johor Bahru Transit Office on 14 November 2019 but I haven't received it yet. The parcel i receive is broken .
I bought a cleanser using shopee. I am not home when the parcel arrive at my house. When I went home, I saw my parcel is on the floor inside the gate of my house. Which I believe it was threw by the delivery man. I was excited because I received my parcel but when I open the parcel I found out that the cleanser was packed in glass and the glass was broken because it was threw by the man. I am so angry about it. I just superglue the broken part and still I am sooooo not satisfied with the service.

16hb Nov. 2019-Perkhidmatan pengeposan Tutup tanpa Notis jelas cuma maklumkan kaunter tutup pada kaunter 1&2.Nombor giliran bagi pengeposan barang boleh generate Tapi tiada staff maklum yg tiada pengeposan.Bila tanya staff muka macam nak ajak gaduh. Pergi hantar kelas Akhlak dahulu. Kaunter pengeposan 3 buka(tp tiada orang) dan kaunter 4 buka bagi collection. Kenapa tiada notis jelas menyatakan pengeposan tiada pada hari Sabtu. Apabila ditanya staff cakap biasa pengeposan kaunter 1&2. Biasa bagi pekerja tetapi tidak bagi pelanggan yang tidak Menggunakan service di poslaju skudai. Maklum dengan jelas or block no giliran pengeposan jika tidak menyediakan perkhidmatan. Sebab tiada notis menyatakan TIADA PERKHIDMATAN PENGEPOSAN oleh staff, sy terpaksa membuang masa dari 11.45-12.14. Hendak mengular or tak nak provide service biar bijak. Saya paham dan boleh baca jika letak notis awal-awal. Bila cakap skit staff jawab mcm nak ajak bergaduh. Mentang2 datang kerja pakai baju biasa bukan uniform. [censored] la mentality kerje macam ni. But like seriously I was at home all the time and people are there in my house. They wanted to make a such a lie. Really i got pissed off by their attitude. This was not the first time. They doing this to me and quite few people ready. Getting the salary for free i can say. Not doing the work. Please do something about this. This making your pos reputation to go down.
