Pos Malaysia product was broken

15/11/19 i wan to complain about my parcel was broken when delivered to my customer. This parcel inside is Anmyna Silky Shampoo. This tracking number is ERA746812407MY

i was wrap safely . when delivering to customer, this shampoo only left half of the bottle. other half was outflow. so hope u can settle it n can i claim it ?

Pos Malaysia poslaju delivery

Item posted at Bayan Lepas poslaju counter on 12.45pm 11.11.2019.
Total 3 parcel.
2 parcel deliver to Melaka & JB had been received in 1-2 days.
But the last parcel send to Pahang not yet receive by receiver.
Status keep pending dispatch out from Bayan Lepas branch and until today 15th Nov still no have any update.
Delivery to Pahang super duper slow and no have any status update.
POS LAJU totally not LAJU at all.

Pos Malaysia parcel tidak dihantar

parcel saya tidak dihantar ke rumah pada hal famly ada je kt rumah..Bila cll hq asyik busy memanjang habis kredit, tak dapat bercakap dengan khidmat pelanggan! Service sangat teruk. Minta saya collect sendri ingat saya tak kerja ke time bkerja. bila buka untuk hari sabtu tak boleh collect plak kena dtg wktu bkerja mon-fridy. so sy ada masa nk ambik ke kalau bukan pekerja courier yg kena hntr.

Pos Malaysia late delivery consignment : era528381020my

I am the receiver for the CONSIGNMENT NO : ERA528381020MY.The parcel was post by sender on 8th November 2019, but still not yet received until today 15 November 2019 .Tracking just update the status of the parcel till 14 Nov 2019, 02:10:45 PM.I keep on email and asking for the status for the parcel, did not received any reply until now.Kindly update the status for the parcel and send my parcel as soon as possible.Your kind attention are highly appreciated.

Pos Malaysia service

Checked tracking and it stated my parcel is ready to pick up in pos laju CHERAS as it was failed for delivery yesterday. ( i was at home all the time).

I lived in bkt jalil. The nearest post laju is in sri petaling. Why on earth i have to drive all the way to cheras? I doubt the postman came to my house yesterday cause i was at home. This is not the 1st time i have to self pick up at the post office. But this time, pos laju has gone way too far! Come on! What is the purpose i pay for delivery charge if in the end i myself have to collect the parcel and it cost me more!

Pos laju is not reliable anymore. Better use other courier service!

Item sent out since 17/10/2019 but till now, my customer still havent receive the item.
Item online status still under en route to QATAR since 31/10/2019.
May i know whats the status to arrive to my customers.

Please let me know, how long my customer need to wait.?
In addition, please update the status at the website tracking.

Pos Malaysia service

Staff name Syafiq, counter 10 at Pos Besar Shah Alam on 13/11/19, wrongly calculate my reg post additional stamp fee for Malaysian postage. The doc weight at 220grams, and he calculated additional stamp is RM1.60 per doc in which he checked twice before I bought 773 piece s of RM1 stamp and RM0.60 stamp. I have already pasted 400 pieces of stamp at my envelopes when a friend informed that the amount was to high. I called Pos Malaysia Giant Kinrara and provide them with the same information and they confirmed that the correct additional stamp fee should be RM0.40. i went back to Pos Besar Shah Alam to confirm the amount with the same staff and he insisted that the calculation was correct. Only when i requested for the prices table, that he realized he was wrong and he said that he doesn't know what to do. Another staff, Mat Ali came and informed that they will help sell back the balance of unused stamp. Syafiq just stand far away without any apologize. That is not professional. Mat Ali then added during the calculation of unused stamp, that I should know how much additional stamp needed and they will only provide what we requested. Mind you, I do not work there and it should be Pos Malaysia staff responsibility to ensure customer received the correct information and product as there are no online calculation or table of price that we can refer to. I am very much grateful that they will help to sell back the stamp, but please guide your staff well. Coming from the customer service department, I believe that apologizing when we are at the wrong is the best way to show your professionality. Remarks like that shouldn't come out from a customer service staff. I wish to request for compensation of the wrong calculation as we have already pasted RM1.20 more than we should. Pos Malaysia the whole service treatment by pos laju/pos malaysia

Dear Sir/Madam,

My local branch is in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur.

Highlighted issue regarding your services

1. Pos laju claimed to visit my address, ridiculous claimed it is as none visited my address to deliver my university transcript by using registered post (im always at home)

2. Failure to leave confirmation slip as to no one at home as claimed above

3. Failure to update the said transcript in the tracking process (for me to self collect). I only received it last minute on the day pos Melawati decided to return the post

4. Leave voicemail but no return call. (14 Nov 2019)

5. Failure for the local branch office to receive my calls. Called them thrice on both general line and pos laju line (i can hear they hung up on general line)(14 Nov 2019)

6. We have been waiting, not going anywhere just to wait for the undelivered post (failure on your service)

7. What are the true reason phone number is necessary for post? Is it for display? None of of your employees truly call the phone number for us to receive the package

8. There is no issue regarding all the above in the previous years. Only this year 2019, your employees give such bad services

The desire resolution on my complaint:

1. Do your job properly, call for restructuring if necessary

2. The problem is on the postmen themselves. Resolve it. Its your employees. Ask them to do their job properly in delivering mails and not doing it half hearted

Some of the post/package we are to receive are urgent of personal business matter.

Failure on your part to deliver services as mentioned on your so called reliability to provide services to customers rendered your company to be completely unreliable

Pos Malaysia komplain tentang service pos malaysia sangat teruk!

Barang dipos dari 28hb oktober, sekarang dah 14 hb november! Last update 29hb nov? Why? Bila cll hq asyik busy memanjang habis kredit belum, tentu dapat bercakap dengan khidmat pelanggan! Service sangat teruk.. Sy punye guna kurier POS DOMESTIK, sepatutnya seinggu dah sampai.. Tak sampai2 dan trace system pun tak update ! Sakit hati betol! Tolong ambil serius.

Saya agak kecewa barang yang di hantar ke customer pecah sebegini rupa. Walaupun saya dah balut, dah tampal fragile sticker. Tetap juga, kotak yg sedia elok seperti dilenyek. Begini ke cara pekerja poslaju menjaga barang customer? Letak diri kita di side penerima, apa perasaan mereka? Apa juga perasaan pengirim? Saya betul2 kecewa. Pos Malaysia late delivery of fruits causing it to go bad and not edible.

What does 'pos laju' stand for? Fast delivery right?
O.K. my dad sent a box of mangoes from Perlis on 6 November 2019. He has set many before and we always get it on time i.e. up to 3 days of delivery time. However, this time I received the parcel only after 7 days. I received it on 13 November 2019 and of course the mangoes were rotten and mushy.

My question is, why the delay? We paid more to get it faster. Now, the postage is paid but you didn't carry out your part, your service sucks. If you cannot do your job, why charge us for the service. I could send it through the normal mail and get it in a week.

With the service provided, it is shameful to call your delivery - pos laju! Why don't you change it to - pos lembab!

I am unhappy with what has happened and I think you should refund my postage money. You failed in providing a fast service and I ended up not getting the item in the condition that it should be. There's a difference between a 3-day and a 7-day delivery time for perishable goods like fruits. Not only I wasted on the postage but I also lost money on the fruits. I am really angry and disappointed!

Pos Laju - you need to improve on your service! Don't ask us to pay more when you cannot deliver as stated. Your company needs to do some reflection!

Pos Malaysia delivery person unethical behaviour

Today 13 of November 2019 at 3:10pm, a delivery guy called me to take my parcel however I am not home and either is my roommates. So i called him back but he did not answer me. Respectfully i texted him that no one is home and if is there any way to request to resend although i doubt it and waited for him to call me back, being mindful that he might be attending other customers. I did not want to make this guy's job worse so i didn't want to cause anything. While i waited, he called me again 30 mins later, asking if anyone is going to help me take my parcel, and i told him no because no one is available and there he went shouting at me that why didn't i called him back. as he was waiting for me for so long. I did call him back, but he kept on telling me i didnt call him back, saying "kenape tak call back, kenape tak call my number" he repeated over and over again and i calmly said i did. The worse part was he kept signing at me and being rude and hanged up on me. I am a very patient person but this attitude is just unacceptable. I am fully aware that if he aren't able to resend the parcel back, he culd just send it to post laju and i could collect it from there but there is ways to resolve this. and not being rude and impolite. So after he hanged up on the phone call, he straight away send me the text that says to take the parcel in post laju.

So post laju, this is my first time complaining on this complaint board but this person, this exact delivery guy have send me a lot of parcel before. This is why i took this to the complaint board, since i have remembered and memorise this man's phone number at the back of my head. Everytime this man calls me to take the parcel, there's nothing but rudeness and annoyingness in his voice. There will be no notice that delivery is coming, there wont be a preparation. all he's gonna do is call, and say "my name, come down now".

Pos Malaysia undelivered parcel

To : pos laju banting

Parcel suppose send to popbox but the popbox was empty when I collect even I received a valid pin number. Then I call customer service to check further they told me system down unable to trace the order. After few days system updated consignment sussessful delivered... But I yet receive the said parcel at all

Hi..saya order barang dari shoppee dan guna poslaju as shipping method..unfortunately barang sampai dalam keadaan rosak..barang tersebut ialah minuman air kotak dan barang tersebut diterima dlm keadaan pecah, parcel berbau dan barang tersebut rosak kesemuanya..minta pihak poslaju bertanggung jawab dgn kerosakan sedangkan sticker fragile telah dilekatkan oleh penjual..take noted..really frustrated..

Pos Malaysia why my parcel can’t send to my destination?

I put the address Pos aviation, main terminal building, level 5 mezzanine, counter L Singapore airline counter, Kuala Lumpur International Airport 43900 sepang Selangor because I work there I afraid that I'm working no one at home. Then they didn't inform that they cannot send to klia. Already more than 5 days, and I call they said cannot send what is the problem? They said cannot send because personal item ? They only can send to office? Then why last time my parcel I can receive at klia with the same address ?

Pos Malaysia international pos laju

Assalamualaikum and good morning. I want to complain about my postage that I send on 1/11/2019 to brunei. I paid the postage about 1+,. But today is 12/11/2019. Before this I send the items to brunei for 5 working days only for rm80. Now the items still in shah alam pos laju. The staff also said ut will be received 3 to 5 daya. Please do your work or at least inform your costumer why you hold the items. Because we paid to you the service and its not free. Thanks and regards
