where is my parcel!
I saw the parcel has been dispatch out at Melaka Poslaju Office on 06/11/2019 until now did NOT HAVE ANY UPDATE ERA822878361MY. Already more than delivery time frame . I HAVE CALLED MANY TIME AND NEVER PICKUP THE CALL and WHAT wrong with your call center and Melaka Office staff. At least give some feedback to me what is going on my parcel and why still no update! Really DISSAPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE!

I need to complaint that your pos laju not proper deliver the good to my place. Never confirm or call me either I was at home or not. Just came to the guard house and said we are not at home. And give message asking me to go to the office to pick up it. If asking me to pick up it better next time cuatomer only mention send to office not at home address. If you asking customer to come to office for pick up no need to use pos laju service. Better customer to pick up the good at deliver office. So pos laju can close the business.
Please improve your member attitude and service. Now call the phone almost free of charge. No need to paid for call customer.
shipping problem
I was buying a product from Shopee at 1.10.2019 and the seller shipped out the product by 6.10.2019 using Pos Laju Services. However until today i still have NOT receive the item. I also check the tracking number online incase it is not updated in Shopee apps but it is still stuck at Pos Laju Butterworth from 14.10.19 until today. The tracking number for my item is ERA571418275MY. I hope your company could solve this problem as soon as posibble. Thank you.

Hi, my family sent me a parcel from Sungai Petani, Kedah on 29 Sept 2019 and should arrive by now in the UK. According to track and trace, my parcel is held at customs, but when my family called HQ about it, they said the parcel has arrived in the UK and that we should contact Parcel Force UK not them, as they would not ‘tanggung' (hold responsible) for it anymore. But as I called and emailed Parcel Force, they said they have not received the parcel as it is not scanned into the system, so the parcel is still with Malaysian force. I have not received my parcel but the system said that my parcel is delivered and has been delivered to a person called Ciao Pui,but my home dont even have a person called Ciao Pui. The address i given is correct so is it the posman made mistake and delivered to the wrong place?I hope this issue can be settle as fast as possible. So when can i get my parcel back?

This parcel was sent from Japan to Malaysia. Yet, the address of the parcel was in Batu Caves, and should be sent to Poslaju Batu Caves branch. However, today morning I tracked this tracking number, it has shown this parcel has been delivered to Poslaju Ampang. Then I made the call to the Poslaju Ampang to confirm with them whether this parcel was with them. Poslaju Ampang said was with them, and I requested to collect in Poslaju Ampang. However the staff said I could not collect from them, and then the staff said I have to wait until next Monday to get this parcel cause they wanted to send to Poslaju Batu Caves, but the staff still said I still can try to come to collect. So, I drove far from Batu Caves to Poslaju Ampang to collect this parcel. Once I arrived and approched to them, they said this parcel has been sent to the Puchong hub to send the parcel to Poslaju Batu Caves. Therefore, I have to wait until next Monday to get this parcel insted of Friday. I do not understand why they cannot let me to collect on my own on Friday at first! I was so depress and upset since I could not able to collect my parcel. But, I still would like to make a complaint about this parcel why Poslaju Hub sorted the Batu Caves parcel to the wrong Poslaju Ampang branch, it supposedly be sorted to the Poslaju Batu Caves!

Dia kata harga insurans naik setiap tahun tanpa memberitahu mengenai MOTORCYCLIST P.A INSURANCE yg boleh dipilih sama ada kita nak atau taknak. Sy beritahu sy cuma nak polisi seperti tahun lepas tapi dia kata tiada dah harga seperti itu dan yg rm136.00++ adalah yg paling rendah. TOLONG AMBIL TINDAKAN TERHADAP PEKERJA SEPERTI INI. Sudah berapa ramai yg kena tipu buta macam tu shj.

saya amat tidak berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan pos laju terutama sekali caw. nibong tebal, pulau pinang. servis amat mengecewakan dan dah tak relevan dengan nama ‘poslaju'. ada beberapa kali saya terpaksa ambil sendiri barang saya dekat poslaju sebab nak cepat. pernah juga pihak serahan poslaju berkeras untuk tidak menghantar barang saya dengan alasan bungkusan ada kesan koyak, jadi saya terpaksa buang masa saya untuk datang ke pej pos. padahal kalau guna akal yang waras, kesan koyak tersebut tak serius mana pun. mungkin ini salah satu alasan yang agak unik untuk tidak menghantar barang kepada pelanggan dan sebaliknya pelanggan yang kena ambil sendiri. macam ke kerja posmen2 poslaju?

When there is delivery to home, non of your delivery man contact me upon reaching to the delivery location. My question is how the delivery man will reach the customer without contacting. There is no pre-call to check the availability of customer too. Even though it's online purchase, your client choose you for delivery their item to the customer. However, this service is really ridiculous. Your delivery service is not FOC! I paid additional for delivery charges. I shall expect some manners and customer focus from you! This is unacceptable service. I only get to know via in-app notification from online service provider, as delivery attempt was failed. If your staff called me when they were reached at my condominium, if I'm around I'm able to collect it. I don't have to make a trip to poslaju office for collection. When at office, I asked one of staff, why nobody called me when they at delivery location, he replied if delivery made by motorbike, the stafff usually don't call customer. The. How you gonna reach the customer to handover the item.

Pada 28 hb 10, barang telah di pos. Harini, 7 hb 11 bungkusan saya masih belum dihantar ke alamat saya. Saya telah membuat panggilan untuk disambungkan ke pos laju tetapi tidak dijawab. Bila saya call customer service, mengatakan sibuk. 4 hari berturut - turut saya call, masih lagi mengatakan sibuk. Selain itu, no tracking FE00469 7803MY juga tak dapat trace dekat laman web. Sedangkan saler yang pos barang saya suruh saya check dekat laman web. Apa yang perlu saya buat untuk mengetahui barang saya dalam keadaan selamat & akan sampai di alamat saya? Pada 7.11.19 saya telah pergi ke pejabat pos kota bharu bertempat di pengkalan chepa untuk buat manual bil utk pengeposan pada 20.10.19, saya telah dilayan secara kurang ajar dan pegawai khidmat pelanggan telah meninggikan suara tanpa ingin menerangkan dengan baik pada saya, pegawai juga telah menunjukkan perasaan marah dan tidak professional melakukan kerja.
