Saya nak complain pasal cover cd game saya pecah. Pihak penjual sudah memohon untuk meletakkan sticker fragile tetapi pos laju tidak membuat sebarang tindakan. Cd yang pecah itu berada dia bawah sekali sedangkan diletakkan sekali dengam cd yang lain. Kenapa cd tersebut pecah sedangkan ia berada di bawah sekali tetapi pecah di bahagian hadapan. Saya kecewa. Sebelum post tgok gambar elok je tapi bila sampai dia pecah. Haih

today, I was waiting for the postman of 'poslaju' to arrive ... but when he arrived he immediately placed a card notice at the door of my home without calling ...I had no transportation to go to the 'post office..
This thing make me so frustrated with the 'posaju' service of kuantan..
I hope that the postal authority in Kuantan can resolve this issue and cooperate ... thank you .
the item still pending for delivery
I did the order from shopee and the package already handle out by poslaju cheras. The status of delivery still pending start from 31 october but until today 6 november I dint get any latest info abouy my package. My tracking number is era802682808my. Ive called the poslaju cheras but they dint pick up the phone. Is this poslaju???!! Just change the name to poslambat or posmalas.

service at starling mall outlet
on 5th November 2019, i went to Starling Mall Pos Malaysia outlet to send a package and deposit ASB. Although they have 4 staffs, only one counter was opened. overall i spent 50 mins there from waiting to getting the service. At the end of the day, the staff deposited the money but claimed no receipt, and wrote manually. i had to wait and wait with no updates. no one at the counter helped the poor incompetent clerk. at the end they cancelled the transaction saying it is offline. No explanation or apology, wasted my good one hour there.
this complaint is for their lack of competency and customer relationship. they seemed very demotivated and lay, i would like to hear a feedback regarding this if they have the intention to send the staff for training to increase theiw basic skill
courier have no progress in tracing website
Hi Team,
I want to complaint about our courier of documents have no progress, and not yet reach our recipient almost 2 weeks.
We have call staff at Labis Post office many time, asking why our courier of documents get delayed of 2 weeks until date. And he only answer us, it was now at Custom place in KLIA, not yet proceed to the dispatch to India. THIS IS NOT AN ASWER TO US WHO RENDERED YOUR SERVICE.
We also have send e-mail to care@pos.com.my for the query.
Today we call customer care, we have been told the documents already reach India today. But no update in the tracking page.

EP657600269MY. This is my referral number. I made a Post Delivery (of an important document) on 21/10/19. I made calls to follow up with detail as below;
22/10 - Norfatehah - Staff cant view system at the moment. As per SLA, the item shall be delivered on 28th Oct
29/10 - Zamanuri - Staff said that Norfatehah gave a incorrect date, the delivery date should be by 29th Oct.
30/10 - Llyod - Still unable to check on the system. Request to give the case to Team Leader to follow up (30 mins on call)
31/10 - Zuhairiah - Staff said the document already reach the Kota Kinabalu office and will be delivered (10 mins on call)
4/11 - Amirul - Staff repeat the same and place me on hold for 20 mins. I asked for the supervisor and it took 10 more minutes. Supervisor (Mr. Khairul) said that the document was delivered twice and returned to KK branch (as per system update) but has no reason why not delivered. I was having people to wait day and night for the document. The is also phone number of sender and receiver, yet no courtesy to give a call. I asked for the KK branch contact number and Mr. Khairul asked to check via google and he cant share the number (Awesome). I asked for the ceo email, dont have and if any complaint, mail to care@pos.com.my. Luckily he at least knows the CEO's name.

Barang sepatutnya dihantar terus kepada pemilik. Ini tidak. Kebanyakan barang yang dihantar melalui Poslaju semuanya dipas-pas pada orang lain. Ditinggalkan pada tempat lain. Pemilik kene cari barang dekat orang lain dan tempat2 tertentu. Barang tidak terus dihantar ke rumah sedangkan ada orang di rumah . Tiada tanggungjawab langsung ! Orang lain yang harus bersusah payah simpankan, pemilik bersusah payah mencari. Kadangkala ditinggalkan pada orang yang tidak dikenali.

Greetings, i have been made aware that my package is being returned back to the sender. There was an apparent delivery trial that was done on the 15th even though we did not get any form of physical communication upon trying to call the number that I was given for the bayan lepas POS office there was no reply from their side snd so went ahead to wait. I feel that it is unfair that they have just sent back my item when I am trying to contact the company who will not pick up a customers call. I dont understand why there is a service being paid for if no service was delivered. I'll also add that during the time of 'delivery' everyone in my household was present and did not hear or see any form of communication left for us. I eventually found the tracking website which informed me of the status and still I wasn't able to contact the specific pos laju that has my package.

3. Barang yg dihantar adalah charger laptop, laptop saya battery nya rosak jadi saya tak dapat nak guna laptop tanpa charger tu. Saya sebagai pelajar amat2 memerlukan laptop kerana ada tugasan yg perlu diselesaikan dan dihantar pada hari isnin. Macamana saya nak guna laptop saya sekarang utk buat kerja?
