delivery still under transit for more than 10 days!!!
My tracking number ERA598010269MY until.now not yet receive still in transit pos laju from 10th Oct.It is a blender i need for my baby food. everytime I call the hotline [protected] no one pick up.Terrible service by pos laju. Refund me back immediately. Previously last week another pos laju case, they assign Ipoh Meytro to deliver my item, tracking mention compkete delivery but the item i did not receive. I call them thousands of time until some one pick up and finally one ipoh metro guy Haikal say sorry and he will try to ger back the item. I mean try?Helo what is happening laaa? Y us ur service so lousy? And you dont even update when u will be ok again? I demand to be refunded immediately. I will personallly recommend all the online rrtailers like Shopee Lazada Wish etc ti steer clear away from Slow POs Laju. Bukan Pis Lajy laa, Pos Lambat...
haven't received my parcel
I haven't receive my parcel ( eha 04 764 217 0my ) and its been more than 3 days ready. When i call the cs they informed that the system is down and they also couldn't track my parcel. The parcel were sent from petaling jaya to shah alam. 30 minutes away distance. And why do they take such a long time to deliver my item and its urgently needed to use before 24.10.19,
product damage
I have been send my parcel on 20/10/2019 to Port Klang, when my customer received the parcel all the goods was spoil. This not possible spoil by normal natural! Because I'm not the 1st time sending out this soap before. Now I wanna claim for this damage fees. I hope can get yours reply as soon as possible.
I'm very disappointed for this type of service, how come can simply open the parcel, if open for checking please concern it not in this way! Spoil all soap.

Bila customer tanya tu, jawab la baik2. Salah ka customer tanya? Sedangkan tu barang sampai sini 18/10/19 sudah. Saya cuma tanya " ada sudah barang saya? " Staff sana jawab tadi "ada kamu kena call? Kalau tiada, tiada. kamu tidak nampak ka barangan begitu banyak? Macamana mau cari?" (Dengan intonasi suara yang rude dia cakap sama saya). Sangat2 rude oh tu staff lelaki. Saya tanya baik2, boleh2 dia jawab begitu.
Begitu ka cara kamu layan customer? Kalau cakap kamu busy, tidak pun kamu busy macam cawangan lain. Sebab tidak ramai orang datang. Baru 2-3 orang saja tadi. Very2 bad service. Perangai staff poslaju cawangan beaufort boleh buat ramai customer lari kalau layanan begitu.
maintenance is taking way too long
pls do have this fix asap.im travelling to receiving country in the period of time, i guess i will be miss up to receive my order due to system error and shipper unable to arrange shipping via POSLAJU web.The item is meant to be a secret present for my brother.

i would like to file a complaint regarding the service provided by poslaju kota tinggi. This is due to several times my parcel has not been delivered to my house instead it was kept for nearly 4 days at the pos office. i am dissapointed with such service, they delivered late, when we came to collect the parcel, they said come next day since they will delivered to us by today. this haa become the hassle for citizen that use the poslaju kota tinggi service. u can check all the other complaint from other xustomer on google poslaju kota tinggi. hope better management can solve this issue there. thank you.

I really hate service that provided by pos laju malaysia, to be exact is pos laju bangi. I dont know why they send my parcel at other place instead of sending to me directly. If you guys didnt follow the address why should i put my address there? This is happen twice to me. My friend also get this kind of service. We pay for the delivery. To be exact the amount we pay will be paying the courier salary right then why didn't send to my address.
This is the bad courier service that ever had. Other services so good will call me and send to the address. Pos laju courier i cannot accept your service. In my other postage nevermind where i will banned pos laju. If this complain didnt being take care of. I think your customer will be reduce.

I want to complaint about Pos Laju service.
Last Saturday (12/10/19), I had arranged Pos Laju pick up service for my orders (Pick up address: No 27, Jalan Besar, Kg Baru Jelapang, 30020 Ipoh, Perak).
I was waiting Pos Laju until 6pm but he did not show up. This make my all Pos Laju orders delayed for 1 day.
On Monday (14/10/19), I had arranged another batch of orders for Pos Laju pick up together with those orders on Saturday that did not picked up by Pos Laju. Same as before, I was waiting until 6pm and Pos Laju did not show up also. This had caused me delayed all the orders AGAIN!
Many customers keep asking the delivery status and complaint late of delivery! How can this count on me? It is not my fault to delay their order. If I get 1 star or bad comment or penalty because of this delivery issue, how shopee going to settle / fix this?
On Tuesday (15/10/19), I had no choice, take all Pos Laju orders to Pos Laju Office and drop off. Working attitude of the staff there are terrible (so far experienced Pos Laju Ipoh Branch & Pos Malaysia Bercham). Rude and no manners at all, not only to us, even to an aunty aged 50+.
Can you advise if I'm choosing pick up option is it courier company will sent their staff come and pick up? If not why we choose the pick up option? If the pick up service fail continuously 2 days, not seller fault, still consider late shipment?

penghantaran barang post tidak dilakukan
Sy hendak membuat aduan pejabat pos chini pekan pahang.. tidak membuat penghantaran ke rumah walaupun pembayaran post dibuat doo to door. Selaps itu pihaknpejabat pos tidak membenarkan pengmbilan barang pada bila2 masa. Sebliknya menetapkan pengambilan brng di pejbat post boleh dilakukan pada pkul 4 ptg. Ini menyukarkan semua pelnggan. Diharapkan pihak pos malaysia menyiasat perkara ini.

parcel tidak di hantar dengan betul
Merujuk perkara di atas.Saya ingin membuat aduan bahawa sebelum ini saya ada emailkan kepada pihak pos bahawa parcel saya tidak di hantar dengan betul.
Kali ini sekali lagi ia menyusahkan saya.Saya tunggu parcel saya bila check nombor track&trace dimaklumkan bahawa saya kena self collect parcel tersebut di pos laju bangi.
Untuk makluman pihak pos ini amat-amat menyusahkan dan mengecewakan saya.

Dulu saya pernah juga self pickup tetapi staff kat sana ada yang tidak mesra pelanggan.Lagi pula saya rasa amat tidak patut kerana parcel tu juga boleh sahaja letak dalam post box kenapa tidak letak dalam tu sahaja?

I ada beli barang online from Shah Alam pada 2/10/19 n biasanya akan sampai pada alamat yang diberikan iaitu MRSM PENGKALAN CHEPA, KOTA BHARU KELANTAN, but malangnya apabila I buat tracking barang tu already dekat Pos Labuan 4/10/19 jam 8.30 am sedangkan pada 3/10/2019 jam 11.45 am barang itu sudah sampai di Pos Laju Kota Bharu..How benda ini boleh berlaku..Mohon kerjasama pihak pos laju untuk menyiasat perkara ini dan harga barangan itu sangat bernilai untuk saya..Disertakan bukti tracking utk makluman.Sekian terima kasih.

Sepatutnya perlu call pengirim/penerima atau tinggalkan "notice" jika barang tidak sampai ke pelanggan. Call atau sms pelanggan dan beritahu posmen tinggalkan "notice" dekat security. Bukannya susah pun nak buat sedemikian, tempat lain boleh saja buat macam tu. Barang yang saya kirimkan dibawa semula ke pejabat pos sebab tiada mesej atau call dari pihak mereka. Saya dan penerima menunggu juga panggilan supaya senang nak pesan tinggalkan sahaja barang atau "notice" di security kerana penerima akan ambil selepas habis urusan. Perkara ini menyusahkan kedua belah pihak. Yang paling penting tolong CALL/SMS atau tinggalkan "NOTICE".. Harap pihak pengurusan ambil tindakan atau memperbaiki kesilapan sedemikian. Alamat pos barang masuk kat PosLaju Hicom Glenmarie, barang yang perlu dihantar pun di kawasan PosLaju Hicom Glenmarie juga. Itupun ambil masa sampai 2-3hari. Saya sebagai pelanggan sangat kecewa dengan "service" di PosLaju Hicom Glenmarie, jauh berbeza dengan PosLaju di tempat lain sangat CEPAT/PANTAS.
