Saya beli barang di lazada dan dpt info tracking dari lazada pada 27/9/19 jumaat tengahari tadi yang menyatakan bahawa 2 jenis item barang saya telah sampai di rumah, tapi setelah sy smpai dirumah saya tengok kedua item barang itu tiada di rumah saya.saya tahu dirumah saya ini tidak pernah ada barang yang hilang dan tidak pernah ada pencuri yang masuk..saya musykil dan merasa barang saya hilang dan berkemungkinan dicuri oleh posmen yang hantar barang saya itu @ dia telah mengambilnya...kerana selalunya barang yg saya beli di online tidak pernah hilang selama ni..saya harap pihak poslaju segera menyiasat perkara ni dengan segera..

Today I received a phone called said my parcel arrived and he tell me healready standing infront of my house, but im not at home so I told him to put at guardhouse. And he answer me with rude sound and said wah you sangat kacau. Then I ask him to put inside my house, he open my inside door and throw inside. My parcel (era530870715my) has been throw to my house by your staff without calling me first that said poslaju has arrived at my house. before this, it never happen. the poslaju staff will always have manner with their customer by calling them if the person is still not going out.

1. Unsuccesful delivery 2 times even though notes have been made to leave parcel to guard house when call cant be answered( reciever not always available to recieve call) 2 . Late delivery for 2nd attemp as was told to recieved parcel at 20/9 and waiting forwhole day also didnt recieve and was told reschedule to mon 23/9.im working and unable to answ the call.but postman didnt approach guard to attemp pass to then according to msg leaves when arrange 2nd delivery 3. Unable to change address since 2nd delivery failed as told by customer care poskod is diferent. 4.shd have given choice to customer that either late if change delivery address to different district.or choose tonleave at post office where open at night..the working hours is so short where after customer off from work, its close.do you expect customer to purposely take leave just to collect parcel from post office? 5.if the notes given at 1st place is not applicable where must have guard ic/passport no, can tell customer directly as commen sense that guard wont rmb his passport no as we ourself cant rmb own passport no. 6. Since notes is given, and msg can be sent to customer say already reach the reciever place, why cant just drop to management office if must follow the protocol that must have ic no.the management office is still open.obviously, the postman didnt try to communicate with guard or try to send off the parcel..most impt, is my own notes that pass to guard house that mean i trust my residential management.or else i wont leave this kind of notes Be frank, i never encounter any problem with other postage service before this but poslaju is really open up my eyes where protocol is more impt even though customer already placed notes n try to settle the problem by change address of delivery or post office where open at night?or u think customer should have waited at home whenever choose poslaju service?or must hold hp 24 hours when choose ur service?or expect customer to take leave just to collect parcel because post laju office hour like any others' office hour? Basically, truly disapointed with poslaju as no proper suggestion like change delivery address to office when unsuccesful delivery attemp at 1st place, the postman didnt follow notes by try to approach guard or management office to settle the problem Poslaju as a servicing field should try to help in solving the problem but not to just follow protocol so blindly but not to give suggestion in help solving the problem at 1st unsucesful delivery as customer care is not only just recieve call but to help solving problem. Di atas ialah msg yang saya terima di handphone serta di notis pembelian saya didalam talian. Mereka mengatakan yang parcel tersebut telah dihantar ke rumah saya dan mendapati saya tiada di rumah. Sedangkan pada tarikh dan hari tersebut dari pagi sehingga ke malam saya tiada kemena-mana dan hanya dirumah sahaja. Notis mengatakan parcel saya telah sampai dan saya tiada di rumah dan harus di ambil di pejabat pos pun tiada mereka tampalkan atau tinggalkan didalam peti surat rumah saya. saya sungguh kecewa dengan perkhimatan yang di berikan. saya berharap pos laju dapat mengambil tindakan kepada penghantar tersebut bagi menjamin perkhimatan pos laju di masa akan datang.

Last saya pergi ke pejabat poslaju pada 13/9/19 staff bagitau barang saya belum diproses..sedangkan item dah arrived di poslaju bintulu pada 11/9/19..bila saya try trace lagi dlm sistem tracking poslaju pada malam 14/9/19 saya terkejut kerana brg saya sudah diterima tetapi atas nama orang lain dan bukan penghuni alamat yang terdapat dalam barang yg dikirim tersebut. Jadi saya nak tahu ke mana dan dimana barang saya dihantar oleh posmen poslaju btu..try call poslaju tapi tak pernah dapat...sangat2 kecewa dengan perkhidmatan poslaju..

I am complain about the shipping of a parcel
We send a parcel from Malaysia to Ireland, with two PC Screens and one come damaged on.
Both was very good protection. But you see the pic how the parcel arrived in Ireland. On the shipping form was standing also monitor. But by arriving we not see any pacht of warning glass. We by over 540, oo ringgit you can see also in pic. This kind of transport is not expected and for the customers we are not very nice. So now we want back from you tge cost of the damage item.

status parcel tidak update
Parcel saya tracking no ERA381468868MY masih b'status 'Consignment dispatch out from transit office' since 06/09/19 sehingga lh ke hari ini 14/09/19. Dh masuk 8 hari parcel saya tiada update. Walaupun nilai benda dlm parcel tu tak smahal mana pun, pihak poslaju kena b'tanggungjawab utk pastikan status di update dan parcel selamat sampai ke destinasi. Bila di call langsung tak di jawab.
posmen tak call atau mesej ketika sampai ke rumah pelanggan
Sepatutnya kalau dah sampai rumah pelanggan, posmen patut call atau mesej. Kalau hanya dengan membunyikan hon, risau pelanggan tertidur. Call atau sms pelanggan dan beritahu barang dah sampai di rumah. Kalau pelanggan tiada di rumah, senang nak pesan supaya tinggalkan sahaja barang depan rumah. Barang saya dibawa semula ke pejabat pos sebab tiada mesej atau call dari pihak mereka. Ketika itu saya tiada di rumah. Saya menunggu panggilan supaya senang nak pesan tinggalkan sahaja barang di depan rumah kerana saya akan ambil selepas saya habis urusan. Perkara ini menyusahkan kedua belah pihak. Tolong call atau hantar mesej.
Tolong sms atau call atau whatsapp ketika sudah sampi ke rumah pelanggan.

Sepatutnya perlu call pengirim/penerima atau tinggalkan "notice" jika barang tidak sampai ke pelanggan. Call atau sms pelanggan dan beritahu posmen tinggalkan "notice" dekat security. Bukannya susah pun nak buat sedemikian, tempat lain boleh saja buat macam tu. Barang yang saya kirimkan dibawa semula ke pejabat pos sebab tiada mesej atau call dari pihak mereka. Saya dan penerima menunggu juga panggilan supaya senang nak pesan tinggalkan sahaja barang atau "notice" di security kerana penerima akan ambil selepas habis urusan. Perkara ini menyusahkan kedua belah pihak. Yang paling penting tolong CALL/SMS atau tinggalkan "NOTICE".. Harap pihak pengurusan ambil tindakan atau memperbaiki kesilapan sedemikian. Alamat pos barang masuk kat PosLaju Hicom Glenmarie, barang yang perlu dihantar pun di kawasan PosLaju Hicom Glenmarie juga. Itupun ambil masa sampai 2-3hari. Saya sebagai pelanggan sangat kecewa dengan "service" di PosLaju Hicom Glenmarie, jauh berbeza dengan PosLaju di tempat lain sangat CEPAT/PANTAS.

Hi Pos laju,
Please improve the service quality for your customer service in Ipoh Counter. Kindly refer to my tracking number ERA475874578MY for further information. I received the notification letter from poslaju due to failed delivery and ask for self pickup on 13/9/2019. I went to poslaju office in the sameday for self pickup but the CSO told me that the parcel was still on driver and driver will pass back the parcel to office at night. Thus, i request to hold my parcel and do not deliver on next day. I did told the CSO i will come collect in the morning (14/9/2019) and that CSO promise he will keep the parcel in office and wait me for self pickup.
On 14/9/2019 (9am) i reached poslaju office and i served by the same CSO but he told me the parcel is out of delivery and he unable to hold my parcel. This make me very disappointed to the service of PosLaju. Since you unable to do it, Please do not over promise to your customer. It's waste my time and petrol and purposely go to the office and cant get my parcel at all.

pada 13/9/2019 anggaran pada pukul 11.30 pagi. pos laju telah kerumah untuk menghantar parcel. dia membunyikan hon motornya sebanyak 2 kali.saya dan keluarga berada didapur lalu menyedari bahawa poslaju telah meletakkan satu notis dipeti surat yang menyatakan bahwa tiada orang dirumah. suami saya telah keluar dan pergi lalu rider tersebut berkata adakah nama sekian sekian ada tinggal disini?lalu suami saya menjawab ada dan rider tersebut telah menunjukkan sikap kurang sopan dengan menarik kertas notis yang menyatakan tiada orang dirumah dengan cara agak kurang sopan. kami tidak suka dilayan seperti ini.hanya hon berapa saat dan dikeluarkan notis tiada orang dirumah. kami tidak berpuas hati atas sikapnya semasa menghantar barang tersebut.

As can be seen on image i attach. I would like to complain on the services of poslaju kulim or maybe poslaju cawangan padang serai. The item i buy, clearly already stated the poscode of padang serai. Because of the worker mistake i think, the item didnt not sent to poslaju cawangan padang serai but the item is sending out for delivery at kulim. How come to find my home when u sending on the wrong location?! And that is poslaju mistake and not mine.. Then they just sending me a text asking me to pickup on my own at padang serai branch. Then, the delivery charges i paid for what services?! Please laa, doing work properly..

Aku nak buat complain berkenaan pekerja PosLaju. Attention kepada yang 'bertanggungjawab' untuk hantar parcel di kawasan Taman Pertama Sabak Bernam Selangor pada tarikh 7/9/2019 dan 9/9/2019.
Jangan malas sangat boleh tak? Kalau dah sampai depan rumah tu hon je la kuat2 kalau malas sangat nak bagi salam. Kalau tak ada orang di rumah, CALL. Buat apa ada nombor telefon penerima kalau susah sangat nak call. Ni call tak ada, apa notis pun tak ada, tiba2 dapat mesej suruh ambil parcel di Ezibox. Agak2 la brother. Aku bayar tau duit postage, bukan tak bayar. Kalau kerja pun acuh tak acuh, macam mana nak berkat rezeki tu. Dua2 hari berkenaan aku terkena macam ni. Hi I would like to complaint about the sungai besi branch . They never deliver the parcel to the receiver, and just simply update online said premis closed and ask people go and collect . I was whole day at home, no call, didn't leave any card in my mail box . It's not the first time the sungai besi branch did like that, and the branch operations time until 5.30pm seriously? You think people no need to work is it ? I already complaints to DHL and they are your local consignment partner, damn bad service

Salam.. Saya hendak membuat aduan berkenaan servis pos laju di Sandakan, Sabah.
Pada hari ini, 10/9/19 pukul 4p.m sy ke pos laju sandakan untuk mengambil barang kiriman pos.. Sesampai nya di sana sy bertanya berkenaan di mana hendak mendapatkan no. Giliran..namun pertanyaan saya dibalas dengan amarah dan tidak beradab di hadapan khalayak ramai.. Pekerja lelaki tersebut mngatakan "kaunter tutup pukul 4, kalo nak layan semua orang sampai isyak pon kerja tak habis" .. Sy bertanya dengan elok.. Kenapa tak boleh balas dengan elok juga.. Kalau nak kata dia seorang yang sibuk.. Habis sy dan yg lain tak sibuk ke.. Smua orang ada komitmen pada kerja masing masing.. Kalau tak dapat nak cope dengan scope kerja sila berambus.. Kerja bukan hanya nak goyang kaki bila customer ramai mula gelabah takut balik lambat.. Kalo servis kami juga melakukan perbuatan seperti anda.. Pasti ramai yg melenting dan bergusti mungkin..
Harap pihak pos laju memandang serius perkara ini.. Etika pekerja perlu dititik beratkan tak kira di sektor mana pon.. Adab tak ada.. Kerja pun malas.. Baik pecat je.. Toxic people need to be remove..
