barang tidak diambil setiap hari isnin
Saya menggunakan perkhidmatan pos laju untuk menghantar bungkusan kepada pelanggan tetapi malangnya setiap hari isnin pos laju kawasan butterworth pulau pinang tidak akan datang untuk mengambil bungkusan saya.
Alasan yang mereka berikan tidak sempat, banyak tempat, van penuh, shoppe buat sale, 45 tempat nak kena ambil dan macam-macam alasan lagi
Saya sangat kecewa kerana saya juga membayar untuk perkhidmatan pos laju
cuma apa ang saya dapati sekiranya pekerja pos laju yang lain boleh saja datang untuk ambil tetapi tidak untuk seorang pekerja pos laju di Butterworth ini bernama Aizat
Setiap isnin memang dia tak akan datang ambil bungkusan saya
Saya berharap agar masalah ini dapat diselesaikan kerana tidak adil untuk saya yang telah membayar servis pos laju sebelum perkara ini diviralkan secara meluas

Dear Poslaju, according to your tracking system (ER535735598MY) my parcel was sent to an unknown person in my office which later I found out was a guard. I expect the parcel to be send to me and not a third party. Due to your ignorance, the parcel was lost. The guard sign on behalf of so many people in the office and both him and postlaju did not check the parcels one by one. Is this how you send a parcel? Please explain. So irresponsible!

Family saya pos brg(makanan) dari semenanjung ke sabah. Menggunakan perkhidmatan pos laju yang bernilai beratus ringgit. Bila check status brg dah sampai d pej pos. Tp, bila pegi tuntut, org d kaunter cakap perlu tunggu org yg incharge dtg sbb org tu ja tau d mana dia letak brg. Seolah olah tolak untuk tlg carikan brg sy. Sampai smggu blm2 pun dpt dgn alasan org tu blm dtg. Kalau org incaj tu xdtg berbulan or berhenti kerja? Memang smpai ke sudah la sy xdpt brg tu? Sy byr beratus ringgit pos laju. slow and lambat delivery
I ordered via Shopee which can only use PosLaju to deliver.
I ordered on Monday and the parcel is still at delivery facility until today! It is only Cheras to Putra Heights!
Where as I ordered something else online yesterday and I already received it today via CityLink! This parcel is from Kuala Lumpur to Putra Height! How can PosLaju compete with this kind of service?!

Poslaju Should be downgrade to "Poslambat". Bad service, always slow motion in delivery customer's parcel.

The Management of Poslaju should be look into this issue, it was seriously effect your company's reputation.
Should recruit the worker who is qualify as your brand = Laju!
Please improve your service, now many prefer using GDEX and Citylink is much better than Poslaju!

Please please please ! Barang saya dah seminggu dah tak sampai 2 update kat tracking pon lambat . Lepastu beberapa kali dah update benda yg sama 'arrive at delivery facility ' tapi tak sampai sampai pon . Kalau posmen dah datang saya tak de kat rumah kenapa tak call dulu ? N notis pon takde ?! poslaju no service and don't have a good management
I am now at pis office 45600 bestari jaya, selangor.
There are 4 counter open.
3 counter pelbagai. 1 counter poslaju.
I am now with the parcel that already printed waybill. With poslaju akaun. No need to weight the parcel and just need to receive the parcel. I just want to drop off the parcel.
But I still have to take the number.
The number only got 1 place to press.
Don't have other choice like 'poslaju'.
I don't understand since u have the POSLJAU COUNTER but why I still have to take the 'pelbagai' number, ?
Just to drop off the parcel I have to wait

Disini sy nak buat aduan tentang penghantaran barang pos laju ke kawasan rumah sy..Saya penah tanya kenapa tidak hantar ke rumah dengan alsan dan jawapan nya mereka tidak melalui kawasan rumah saya.Habis kami membayar caj pos tetapisy kena ambil sendiri.Oleh itu sy berharap pihak pos laju dapat lah pertimbangkan aduan sy untk pihak pos laju dapat menghantar barang ke kawasan sy.

I am very disappointed with Pos Malaysia...almost 3 weeks the letter was issued out from Standard Chartered Bank...but at my home mail box...did not even have a notice box..l wondered why no notice at all? Pos Laju Service in Kulai, Johor area really poor...please monitor the service...even wanna to get the letter from Taman Lagenda Putra...need to be faced with your staff's bad manners...If high workload...l am understand...but it is not my problem...l am just a customer...JB6 said already open 9.30am the Taman Lagenda Putra..asked me to go from back door...then after reached Taman Lagenda Putra, the staff said waited until 10am...you all did not send even a notice to my home then even treated me like this? Is Pos Laju a free service? This is not the first time...2 or 3 times...the postage really did not reach my home even without a notice...Please review your service in Kulai, Johor!

I am helping other people like japanese people. She asking about how to get the stem . I seriously not familiar with that place yet and i was cellotape my box parcel and after that i am helping that lady. I'm asking nicely and very polite to the counter because nobody at the front door. She was like replying harsh thing and so rude. Her name is jennifer from pos laju kota kinabalu sabah. So rude.

1. You guys stopped to deliver for the 2nd attempt already or you guys don't have this policy before? Or maybe only gdex will send my parcel for the 2nd time...
2. I sent an email to [protected]@pos.com.my on 03.08.2018 after I called 3 times to your hotline around 6pm ++ but no one answer my phone call after enduring 3 of your ridiculous advertisement . Say really, I'm tired of the advertisement while waiting for your staff to answer my phone call because it's very annoying especially when I'm in a bad mood tired of waiting for you guys to answer. Besides, I'm tired of waiting for you guys to reply my email because until now I have not receive any reply from you guys too. And so, I still don't know whether you guys have the policy to deliver my parcel again or not for the 2nd time...
3. Why you guys did not make a phone call to me when you reach my house? Then why should I disclose my contract number if you guys won't be able to give me a call?
4. Please do not open my parcel ever again especially when I have no where to complain (I don't know you guys will improve or not if I file an complaint here), as usual when you guys failed to deliver to me then I have to collect the parcel myself today and I'm so shocked that the parcel had been opened.
This is why I'm filling a complaint here. Please do not open my parcel and do let me know if you guys have policy of 2nd attempt to deliver my parcel if you guys failed to deliver it once. Thanks.

Brg yg saya order 6 days ago still xsmpai2.. Sejak dua menjak ni trdgr laa jugak yg servis pos laju ni dh xmcm dulu dah, brg lmbt smpai laa and ada yg xhntr trus & xtau kemana entah parcel tu, xsalahkn peniaga online sbb diaorg dh jlnkn tugas diaorg tpi yg hntr brg pulak masalah, aduiii.. Rugi laaa peniaga online cmni klau kena gnti brg/refund duit customer pdhal bukan salah diaorg punn
kaunter - urusan asb tidak diterima
Pada pukul 12.58ptg, saya hendak masukkan duit simpanan RM90.00 ke dalam akaun ASB saya. Saya meminta borang masuk ASB. Staff ini telah memaklumkan datang semula pada pukul 3ptg ye Puan. Saya menjawab OK. Saya melihat staff ini masih di kaunter dan saya mengambil nombor giliran 2060. No mbor saya dipanggil dan staff yang sama masih di kaunter. Staff ini sekali lagi berkata kan saya dah kata tadi Puan, kalau nak buat urusan ASB Puan kena datang pada pukul 3ptg. Saya menjawab, alaaa.. tak sempat ke, tanya saya. Sambil saya tinjau tiada pelanggan mahu buat urusan ketika itu. Staff ini berkata tidak, saya menjawab OK dan meninggalkan kaunter. Kemudian saya bersembang dengan seorang pakcik yang saya kenal. Tiba-tiba saya melihat staff ini memanggil seorang pelanggan lain bernombor 2061 pada pukul 1.03ptg. Saya berkata, tadi kata tak sempat, tapi layan customer lain boleh. Takpe, saya adukan pada pihak atasan. Saya berharap agar staff ini diberikan nasihat dan tindakan yang sewajarnya. Beri latihan kepada staff ini tentang pentingnya kepuasan pelanggan. Janganlah buat kerja lebih kurang. Saya dah alami pengalaman yang banyak dengan staff ini di mana setiap kali urusan ASB, beliau tidak terima. Tidak sempat (Hari Jumaat). Bolehkah beri ID access ASB kepada staff perempuan ? Bukankah Pejabat Pos sudah diswastakan dan seharusnya mutu perkhidmatan ditingkatkan ? Setakat layan 1 customer makan masa yang lamakah ? Dan ianya hanya simpanan. Saya betul-betul kecewa dengan perkhidmatan Pejabat Pos Jaya Gading, Kuantan Pahang. Disebabkan sikap staff ini, saya telah melabelkan Pejabat Pos ini sebagai tidak mesra pelanggan. Apa yang saya tidak pelik ialah, staff ini berkelakuan tidak mesra kepada pelanggan lain. Dah diberi kerja, sila bekerja. Saya yang entertain customer service oversea pun tidak melayan customer saya sebegini rupa. Sudah lama saya ingin adukan kepada pihak atasan. Saya harap aduan saya ini diambil berat oleh pihak tuan/puan. Sebagai seorang yang pernah belajar akan sistem kaunter dan pengurusan, staff ini haruslah melayan pelanggan dengan baik. Saya mengambil berat akan mutu perkhidmatan kaunter mana2 perbankan. Amatlah kecewa dan sedih jika taraf perkhidmatan tidak ditingkatkan. Kerna Pejabat Pos merupakan ejen utama bagi kaunter ASB sejak dahulu.

I am a regular user of Poslaju parcel, this time I posted my item over the counter, the system said item were reached to Kota Kinabalu the very next day but the problem was, your side never contacted me or my client ( addresse) to collect the item from Poslaju Kota Kinabalu office. I wonder what is the purpose of writing the contact number on that collum provided that your front counter staff always stressed on everybody to write (if one never did). It's been 3 days that the item been laying there. I have had 2 more same experience last few weeks ago in Subang Jaya, it was all done quick after I called the Poslaju careline. Subang Jaya serahan office is another one, very hard to pick up calls. But appearntly, the staff were not that busy when I walked in to collect my item. Saya check number tracking di laman web pos laju. Parcel saya is out of delivery jadi saya tunggu posmen untuk hantar parcel dirumah. Tapi posmen tersebut tidak datang kerumah atau meninggalkan notis, dan saya pun terpaksa tunggu sms & pergi easy box . Tapi masalah bukan saya yang salah saya dah tunggu sampai pukul 8 tapi perkerja posmen tak datang2 . Saya dah bayar rm8 Pun haihsss stress saya . Kawan saya pun kene macam ni padahal posmen tu tak jejak kaki dia kat rumah kitaorg pun . Menyusahkan betul harap memperhatikan pekerja posmen dan services anda. Kalau bagi notis tak apa jugak ni tak and saya 24jam dekat rumah .
