my office is on 3rd floor but parcel was delivered to office on ground floor
I renewed my car insurance and road tax online and the company used poslaju to deliver it to me. I received my parcel from a company on ground floor within the same building instead of receiving it from poslaju staff. The reason is, they sent it to a company on the ground floor instead of my company which is on 3rd floor! Imagine if the staff in that company just leave it there and didn't bring it to me.
I have written the correct address to the insurance company and the address written on the parcel is correct too. Please be more diligent when carrying out your tasks! If you are not sure of the address, you can always call the parcel receiver as there's contact number written on the parcel too.

I am so angry with your services. From bad to worse. EH630845197MY - I was at home the whole day 16 August but when check online the pos left the notice. but I never receive the notice . This is not the first time happening already few times. Furthermore the item take long time to reach us. Now wanna call your service centre another big issue. call but wait and wait till line cut off. Why is your service so bad? Should i just lodge a complaint to Malaysia government? please let me know .

Beli barang dari pos laju ikut alamat yang ditulis dalam bil elektrik.
Sebelum ini barang sampai macam biasa . Kemudian beberapa hari lepas saya dapat mesej supaya ambil sendiri barang di pos laju ...Tanpa call . Bila saya call untuk buat serahan kali kedua. Orang pejabat bagitahu alamat tak lengkap dan jalan yang ditulis tak ada... Dan masih tak buat penghantaran, sekarang dah masuk hari keempat.
Saya nak tanya salah ke saya guna alamat yang ditulis di bil elektrik tersebut ? alamat mana yang sepatutnya saya guna ?
kenapa sebelum nie barang sampai macam biasa ? (sebab orang yang buat penghantaran seorang prihatin dan bertanya ). Saya jugak nak buat komplen kepada cawangan tersebut.

It's so funny because i stayed with my wife!
I believe they went to a wrong address. I asked why don't they call me? But they said their policy will not call customer! This is an economic policy they made.
For your information, i am a regular customer of shopee.com.my and i keep on buying their products since 2014.
tiga kali parcel tidak dihantar ke alamat
Kehadapan Pos Malaysia/Pos Laju,
Saya telah menghadapi situasi "parcel tidak dihantar" ini sudah 3 kali di mana 2 kali di Pos Laju Dato Onn da sekali di Taman Universiti Johor dan kedua-duanya beralamat yang sama(alamat pejabat). Saya ada bertanyakan beberapa kali tentang masalah ini dikaunter dan mendapat ada yang gagal memberikan jawapan serta ada mengatakan sudah dihantar ke alamat tetapi penerima tiada.
Di sini ingin saya jelaskan bagi jawapan balas staff Pos Laju Dato Onn pada 14HB OGOS 2018 yang mengatakan rekod menunjukkan gagal menghantar pada 8HB OGOS 2018 (kejadian terbaru). Saya mengatakan jika gagal perlu ditinggalkan notis untuk Self Collected tetapi tiada malah pada tarikh tersebut adalah pada waktu bekerja dan masa bekerja, mana mungkin "penghantaran" GAGAL.
Oleh itu saya beranggapan Pos Laju bukan sahaja gagal memberi perkhidmatan yang sepatutnya diberikan malah saya beranggapan telah MENIPU pelanggan setia mereka dengan memberikan alasan yang TIDAK MUNASABAH!

This complaint isn't about late delivery or lost parcels, even though I've experienced both incidents unfortunately buts lets left that for another time, i wrote this to voice my unsatisfaction on your customer services. This happens at the no. 4 jln bakti kawasan perindustrian larkin collection centre on the 13 August 2018 Monday at around 1945hrs, even though according to your opening hours - (Monday - Friday = 0830 - 2000hrs) when i reach there it seems that your staff have already put out the close sign, and i can still see couple of your staff at the counter, and even though i wave at them and show at my watch non of them even care! I was standing on the front door for 5 mins waiting for someone to approach me and give me some satisfactory explanation (i don't mind coming back the next day) but none of them give a f**k! What kind of attitude is this? How are you supposed to progress with this kind f**king attitudes! I even have proof of photo that i will attach below, I'm not sure if my complaint will falls on deaf ears or not because truth be told you are the 'POSLAJU' and also i need to first go through this process before going to the NCCC, so i will wait...

Barang dihantar pada 8/8/2018, sampai hari ni tak dapat terima. Call JB branch tak dapat, call hotline masih kena tunggu 3 hari. Barang ni sepatut Mingus lepas dapat. Dokumen ni urgent kena dapat! Please assist on this issue as one of my parcel have been missing since 4th August as per below transaction and I did clarify and call up Pos Malaysia office (03-[protected]) One of your staff said that the consignment note on me parcel went missing( how can it be possible where I wasn't notify when is missing?) hence there is no delivery made to me. I did call up several times since WEDNESDAY(8/8) consecutively to follow up and your staff keep saying that will get back to me without a timeline. Hence, in my parcel have been at Pos laju Cheras for almost a week now and no feedback on this matter. This has to be solve asap as my items in it is very valuable. The tracking no : ER [protected] MY.
FYI, there is always been parcel missing due to the consignment been ben detach from the parcel.Please rectify this issue and call me soonest. (ESTHER-[protected])

barang tidak sampai
saya beli barang dari luar negara dan barang tersebut sepatutnya sampai pada atau sebelum 20 Julai 2018. Saya sudah kerap membeli dari penjual tersebut dari 2016 dan barang mesti akan sampai pada atau sebelum tarikh yang mereka nyatakan. Tapi setelah menunggu 3 minggu dari tarik tersebut, barang tersebut masih belum sampai. Tiada notis kegagalan menghantar barang ditinggalkan sepanjang 3 minggu tersebut.
Saya telah menghubungi pihak penjual dan mereka yakin telah poskan barang dan email telah dihantar untuk kepastian.

Rekod mencatatkan barangan dihantar ke premis tetapi tiada penghuni. Sepatutnya Nota Delivery ditinggalkan untuk pelanggan mengutip barangan di Pejabat Pos yang dinamakan.
Dalam kes EH 88 519 894 9MY barangan tidak dihantar ke premis dan tiada bukti Nota Delivery Arrangement ditinggalkan di premis. This is very serious and very unethically of POSLAJU stated such claim on the tracking. This offence is very serious in Lembah Kelang.

Received text messages parcels were not delivered due to address don't exist. However no call was received to ask about house location. Trace and track shows that item will be returned to sender. Called [protected] and very nice lady helped me to hold my packages at PosLaju Batu Caves.
Went to the branch and asked about the inability to deliver, they inform due to new delivery boy unfamiliar with location. But why no call were made?
Heard the customer after me also had the same problem. Another customer lost her package and were directed by the frontline to "tanya jiran2" if they took the package.
Very shocked and disappointed.

Barang yang telah dipos pada hari isnin di kurier tesco sungai petani belum dapat diketahui kedudukan kerana nombor carian belum terdapat dalam sistem. 4. Seterusnya pada hari isnin 6 Ogos 2018, saya menghubungi lagi kali kedua no telefon [protected] dan POSLAJU berjanji untuk membuat kutipan bermula jan 2.00 - 4.30 petang namun demikian, POSLAJU masih belum membuat kutipan sehingga jam 4.45 petang. Namun begitu saya menghubungi lagi POSLAJU kali ketiga di talian yang sama dan berjanji untuk membuat kutipan sehingga jam 5.00 petang.
5. Perkara ini amat serius dan perkhidmatan POSLAJU semakin tidak memberikan perkhidmatan yang baik. Diharpkan agar pihak tuan dapat mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnya di atas aduan ini.
6. Malahan jika POSLAJU tidak datang ke pejabat kami, mereka menyuruh kami menghubungi POSLAJU untuk komplen perkara yang sama pada keesokkan hari nya.
Diharapkan dapat menerima maklumbalas daripada pihak tuan dengan segera, atas kelewatan tersebut.

Really feeled unsatisfied with pos laju service. Item posted on last Thursday itself. Friday no action from pos laju. When saturday, sunday off, still the item pending. But today morning reach pos laju Kuala Selangor then was send to Jeram. What for the item send there. The address i gave was on the way to Jeram. Why keep doing your service late. Is this Pos Laju or Pos perlahan. Not effiecient at all. Really bad service. Customers for the word laju. Please consider your department objective as well. Serve people the right way.

I would like to complaint about operational services at Sungai Petani PosLaju Kedah.
My parcel was arrived in Sungai Petani office at 5/8/2018, 6.57am.
However, the customer service staff said they cannot deliver out that parcel because the postman is absent; dont come for a work today. So childish and funny the reason right? They will send me the parcel on tomorrow, if there is no bunch of parcels. Haha again funny reason. Your staff is absent and lazy for work so we, the people who pay for the services, need to go and collect by oir ownself after 4 days stranded? I shall reckon to you to opt for 'PosPerlahan' rather than PosLaju.
I paid RM7 for the services to be arrived as soon as possible. But, due to that stupid reason, I can say PosLaju Sungai Petani management and services are careless and not responsible for the duties. The top management should implement 'top-down' process to overcome this issue. By the way, it's my 3rd time experienced this poor services by them. You can visit the website and reall all the reviews people made about them. Dont be so proud if receive good comments.
To All Sungai Petani PosLaju Staffs, i would like to say shame on you guys. I also will not 'halalkan' my money using to pay your wages earned for that day. Wallahi.
For this reason also, after emailing this, I will urge the people via social media to opt for other national currier like Nationwide Express, which can guarantee to receive the parcel within 24hours. More better, faster & excellent services than so called PosLaju.

My brother and sister personal letters from bank, amway, insurance and honda are not received by us because everytime it is delivered to other block and postbox other block. We really don't understand as the name together with the address are in correct order then not understanding how come the post guy delivered it wrong everytime. Due to this, everytime need to wait to receive letter from other and really feel angry when see the letters are on the floor with missing page and the envelope gone and also most of the letter we haven't receive. Hope officer will take immediate action. Thanks.
