Placement of mail inappropriately
Mail delivered to home not placed in the mail box instead placed ON my cars ( first time was in porch ON parked car ; second time was ON my car outside of the porch ). The mail box is not obstructed by any objects or cars. This is unacceptable and I think pos malaysia should take action against this issue. My mail could be stolen if it is not placed into the mail box. Furthermore, simply throwing the mail on my car in the porch not only will cause damage to my car but all my mail were exposed to the rain.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company on August 2, 2018. Post laju people very lazy to deliver the parcel. Everytime I buy a things through online service they always ask the customer to self-pickup without leave any self-pickup notes even though I know we can collect the parcel without that slip. But one thing for sure this is their job and responsibilities to make sure the customer receive their parcel because we pay for your service. I at home and they don't even ring a door bell or what so ever, at least leave a notice but recently leave notice also lazy directly show unavailable address. Nothing can be done unless the employers take initiative to have a system that can track which postman deliver which package and get feedback from each address. Please make sure all the POST LAJU WORKER doing their duty properly. This behavior is not good for a company like you. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately because it happened for a few times. Thank you.

I bought an item from an online retail shop on 24-07-2018.
Until today [protected], I still haven't received the item I ordered yet. Yesterday [protected], I used pos laju track-n-trace v2 tracking system and I found out that this useless pos laju delivery man sent it to the wrong person. Please send my item back to me pos laju. This notice I got after checking online and it get to office at 9:08 PM.. Here is government institute but arrive at night?! Office close at 6.00PM.. Considerate the time as the item been collected out to delivery at 11.56 AM and it arrive to billing address at night?!

Seller dah kirim barang dari awal bulan july tapi sampai sekarang tak sampai-sampai lagi. Kiriman dari kl ke miri. Apa tindakan yang boleh diambil? Telefon khidmat pelanggan tak jawab-jawab. Pos service ni sangat-sangat teruk. Tengok tracking kata 2 kali unsuccesfull delivery. Tapi kenapa takda letak notis suruh pegi collect. Bila pegi pos office kata system down kena beratur berjam-jam. Bila sampai counter kata barang misplaced. Kena tunggu mereka cari dan akan call. Sekarang dah seminggu tapi tak dapat call lagi.

Pada 31.7.2018 Saya telah trace my parcel dan mendapati parcel saya berada di pos laju Bandar Dato Onn. Oleh kerana parcel (document) tersebut sangat penting dan saya perlu submit secepat yang mungkin kepada syarikat saya..maka saya bergegas ke Pos laju tersebut dengan jarak yang agak jauh dan perjalanan itu mengambil masa selama 1 jam lebih.
Apabila sampai ke kaunter pada pukul 12.30 tengahari kakitangan pos laju memeriksa no traking dan memberitahu saya bahawa parcel saya telah diberi kepada ' motosikal' dan masih dalam karung mungkin akan sampai esok atau lusa
saya bertanya perlukah saya pickup di pejabat pos Skudai kerana parcel tersebut sangat penting. Kakitangan tersebut memberitahu bahawa tidak perlu hanya tunggu di rumah
Apabila malam sekali lagi saya memyemak traking number..dan mendapati parcel tersebut masih berada di pos laju Bandar Dato Onn. Saya hairan apakah yang dimaksudkan oleh staff tadi bahawa telah beri kepada motosikal dan akan sampai esok atau lusa. Pada pandangan saya mungkin sistem tidak update parcel saya telah dibawa keluar.
Tujuan saya menghantar email ini adalah kerana saya ingin memastikan parcel/document tersebut akan saya terima dalam masa yang terdekat kerana ia adalah amat penting sekali..saya mohon maaf atas ketelanjuran tindakan saya ini

Pada 16/07/2018 jam 10.26 pagi saya telah membuat penghantaran barangan (dokumen) pos laju nombor tracking EH697845715MY di Pejabat Pos Laju Sandakan. Nilai barangan yang saya pos adalah dokumen asal Road Tax yang berjumlah RM260.60. Saya telah membuat penghantaran kepada anak saya bernama KHAIRUL IKHWAN BIN SAIFUL di alamat Q1-3, Tingkat 3, Fasa 5, Jalan Bundusan, 88300, Penampang, Kota kinabalu.
Barangan tersebut tidak diterima oleh penerima selepas 3 hari. Pada lebih kurang jam 2.55 petang @ 21/07/2018, anak saya telah pergi ke Pos Laju Kota Kinabalu untuk membuat aduan dan diberitau bahawa surat ada bersama tukang hantar surat dan dijanji surat akan dihantar ke alamat penerima. Pada 27/07/2018 anak saya pergi sekali lagi ke Pejabat Pos Laju kota Kinabalu sebab barangan belum diterima dan diberitau pergerakan surat tidak diketahui dan di suruh untuk membuat surat aduan. Pada 30/07/2018 telah menyusul perkara di Pejabat Pos Laju Kota Kinabalu dan diberitau barangan tersebut sudah "declared" hilang dan disuruh membuat surat menuntut pampasan. Saya membuat laporan ini untuk membuat tuntutan pampasan.

Barang saya tak bergerak dari 2 hari lepas, kuantan ke maran bukan nya sampai kena rentas negeri pun. Tapi kenapa barang saya tak dipos ! Saya nak guna barang tu hari esok. EP474068142MY.Saya pos brg pd 18 julai 2018 di pjbt pos kuala krai.barang sampai kpd penerima 10 hari kemudian pada 28 julai 2018 dgn serahan terakhir dari pjbt pos klang.kotak yg mahal tersebut disyaki dikoyakkan dan dibalutkan dgn plastik lutsinar putih setelah ada brg didalamnya dicuri.semasa penghantaran sy x balut pn kotak tersebut.3 helai tudung dgn jumlah harga rm60..(woii tudung nk tutup aurat pn ko bulih curi).saya byr mahal kos pos tp ini jd nya.gambar bukti ada.sekian

Been told by bank system where pos laju delivery came today 27.07.2018 around 1020hr and no one at home. It really surprise me that, my wife 24/7 at home and I checked my cctv, no one came to my door step at all. Pos Laju officer been lazy and lying too often and become norm to them or in their DNA. I made complaint before on the same issue at Pos Laju Cheras counter, but seem like no one cares bout it.
I hope Pos Laju take this matter seriously and take immediate action against those lazy and lying delivery officer.

I received the slip saying that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to nobody at home.
There are at least 2 peoples at my house at all time. How can they say that there are nobody at my house? Your delivery staff make no effort to ring the bell or honking and just simply leaving the delivery notice. I am facing this problem for almost all of my packages. Is this how POSLAJU serve it's customer?
Please rearrange for second attempt and please make sure it is successful because THERE ARE PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE!

Sebagai contoh:
Status di EMS tracking pada [protected], 11:17 am: Delivery attempted
Status di GMarket pada [protected], 11:17 am: Delivery unsuccessful
Status di Pos laju tracking pada [protected], 11:17 am: Tiada status di update
Manakala pada [protected] hingga [protected], status di Pos laju tracking adalah Arrive at delivery facility di Pos laju Segambut.
Pada [protected], panggilan telefon telah di buat untuk bertanya mengenai keberadaan parcel kerana status yang di update pada [protected] adalah berbeza beza seperti yang di nyatakan di atas. Pada hari yang sama, panggilan kedua telah di buat untuk meminta penghantaran parcel di segerakan. Pihak pos laju berjanji untuk menghantar dengan segera dan akan sampai sama ada pada [protected] atau [protected].
Namun sehingga [protected], tiada penghantaran di lakukan. Satu lagi panggilan di buat, dan pihak pos laju berjanji untuk menghantar pada [protected].
Tetapi, akan sebab parcel diperlukan dengan kadar segera, saya terpaksa mengambil sendiri parcel di Pos laju Segambut pada petang [protected].
Aduan saya di sini, sila update status yang tepat di laman track & trace dan lakukan penghantaran dengan segera, terutama sekali setelah aduan di lakukan. Apa guna saya membayar servis penghantaran tetapi barang itu tidak di hantar kepada saya. Servis pos laju amat mengecewakan. Ini bukan kali pertama perkara sebegini terjadi. Sila ambil tindakan yang sewajarnya dan perbaiki servis anda.
Status yang dinyatakan semasa semakan ke atas barang dari GMarket Korea yang dihantar melalui EMS menunjukkan 'unsuccessful delivery' pada jam 11.11 am pada 10 Ogos 2018 tetapi mengapa tiada makluman dari pihak berkaitan mengenai kegagalan penghantaran ini? Pos laju, i would like to suggest better if you could never use the landline at all. What is the use of a phone if you can't answer the call nor its engaged all the time. Especially Puchong area. Korang ni berapa lama nak simpan barang orang ? Service delivery company lain okay je. Hang punya apehal macam ni ? Selalu lambat, lepas tu call tak angkat. Takde guna ada tracking number, landline kalau satu pun tak bagi manfaat. Baik jangan guna landline langsung. Satu barang takkan nak tunggu sampai setahun ? Please lar, takde guna ada complaint board if you guys are not going to read all the complaints and improve your service.

i tried to call poslaju customer service since yesterday (25/7) until today but its always busy . I contact to make the 2nd delivery for my parcel but its really disappointing because they never pick up the call.
Eventho i tried to call poslaju cawangan serahan subang jaya to ask bout my parcel but still no one pick up the call.it is really dissapointing.

Pada 13 Julai barang telah dipos keluar dari Poslaju Beruas, Perak. Sampai di Poslaju Brickfields pada 14 Julai 2018. Dan masih di situ sehingga hari ni. Bila saya call sorang pun tak angkat. Service memang teruk sangat. Dan dokumen tersebut dokumen penting. Poslaju Brickfields sangat teruk. Sekiranya tiada apa-apa tindakan saya akan lanjutkan lagi aduan ini.

Item arrive at this branch and they took more than a week to process and another week to deliver. Furthermore they dont really deliver to the address given and ask to collect by ourself. I dont think this is the system that Pos Malaysia provide. In addition, when I went there to pick up myself, the item cannot be found. Pls consider us as customer and we pay for your service. The item we send using your services was important, valuable and we need to use it adhock. Do upgrade the system in this branch.
