Pos Malaysia branch bukit mertajam bad and slow service

Call whole day was Nobody answer!
Parcels still didnt delivery out after a week!
Is it not enough staff or staff lazy to work?
Please take this issue seriously!
Please improve and solve problems as soon as possible to avoid further customer complaints!
Is it PosLaju Or PosLambat?
Please check the reviews in google and hope to improve the service..thanks

Pos Malaysia delay in delivery

Post a parcel on 20/7 @ 915 am, Pos Laju Bangi to Kuala Nerang Kedah.

Today is 24/7, item still not delivered. Tracking shows the item is at pos laju Jitra since 22/7.
Why the item is there for 2 days, not moving? and why it went to Jitra from Alor Setar, it should go direct from Alor Setar to Kuala Nerang.

Pos Malaysia late delivery and slow service kota kinabalu pos office

I don't know if anyone is going to reply back to me about this, since I already massage pos malaysia berhad on the other website for complains they provide with no reply until now. I have parcels I ordered online and still waiting until now from the month of april 2018. It has past 3 months and going to be 4 months now. I want to complain at KPDNKK BUT SINCE I've WAITED SO LONG, NOW I JUST WANT TO SEE WHAT REPLY WILL I GET FROM YOUR SIDE. I HAVE NAME OF THE PERSON IN CHARGE THERE 1ST FLOOR DISTRIBUTION AREA. He is the first person I meet there. At first it was in June 2018, I went there to check, why is it taking so long for my stuff to reach me. I have 20 parcel waiting to be delivered. The person in charge told me that there are still lot of bags that are not open, because they want to rush out for the poslaju package only and have little time to search for or deliver the parcel for normal packages. I don't what he means by that. If you understand please explain to me, why you have double standard for mail items to? Aren't you suppose to deliver the mail no matter what the mails are? Then it was almost hari raya, so OK he told me that, so I gave in and thought maybe they will be short handed or something like that. So never mind I will wait, and I waited past 1 week after the holidays are over. And another week, but still no mail. The second time I did go to meet the person in charge again but still the same story, still have bags from april still not open yet. After meeting him, I went to the 2nd floor where the hr dept is. I was greeted by a lady. I gave her the list of what items that I am waiting for. Within 2 days I got 5 of the 20 parcels, why is it so fast?
What is the person in charge doing at at his distribution department? Is he just mocking me when I went there? Just like walk out to see whats happening then going back to the room and tell me still nothing yet. Can you image, 2 days and 3 weeks difference, 1 person can change so much efficiency in their work. I hope that his bos see this complain I am writing here.
I buy stuff using money and if I don't get my stuff I loose my money and stuff cause I can't get the refund. Actually now also I can't get any refund because it has past the goods delivery date.
In the 5 parcel, the items should have arrived later then others. I am still waiting for the items from April 2018. All past their delivery date and I can't get refund for it. Who should pay me back if I don't get my money and items?
I really hope some reply will come from your side. My patients is very thin now. I will make a report to KPDNKK after this week, If i still don't get any reply or parcel from pos Malaysia berhad kota kinabalu. I will give the name of the person in charge and the lady who help me if there is any reply. Thank you and your attention is greatly appreciated and needed.

pos laju kota kinabalu makan dedak. sebelum ni ok je. lepas tukar kerajaan barang sampai, tapi tak deliver ke cawangan serahan. sekali dah kena frust..try balik hope ada perubahan..tapi sama jugak bodoh. ingatkan dah lost, sebab tungu nak deliver nak dekat dua bulan, tapi bila ask refund dengan e-shop..ada pulak return parcel..dah memang tak buat kerja? atau memang bodoh? saya pun tak faham. harap bangkrup la cepat. ganti company yang lebih reliable dan trusted

Poslaju Kota Kinabalu Branch office both Tel: [protected] & [protected]...will never answer calls, is like 365 days no one working in that branch... How Malaysia logistic system can progress if the local biggest Pos company only can provide this kind of service level..

Pos Malaysia penghantaran

Kenapa item yang saya oder tak sampai sampai sedangkan bila saya check no tracking penghantaran dibuat 11/7 tapi pada hari penghantaran langsung tak ada sebarang penghantaran atau poslaju yg dtg rumah saya tiba tiba saya di suruh pergi collect item di pos jb, kenapa macam ni? Nk kata tk jumpa alamat saya memang bagi alamat yg complete, ke pekerja nya malas nk hantar? Makan gaji buta ke? Kalau kena sekali tk pe lh ni kena berkali kali, aku pun ada kerja aku tk kn setiap hujung minggu nk pergi pos amik barang sdgn kn pos yg tk hantar item tu dkt rumah

Kebelakangan ini perkhidmatan pos malaysia terlalu lambat sehinggakan penghantaran mengambil masa dlm 10 hari - 15 hari. Barang telah diambil dari office saya pd 9/7/2018 tetapi hingga 24/7/2018 barang masih belum diterima oleh customer. Pos Malaysia undelivered items - er348745077my

Dear POS LAJU,

I'm Kairil here who wanted to make an official report where my parcel which is registered under

ER348745077MY track & Trace number not delivered as per "Track & Trace Report"

Item was posted over the counter in One Utama Post Office dated 12/7/18 @0137 PM. Item out for delivery from Post Office Brickfield dated 13/7/18 @9:36 AM...until today, I have never received the items.

Based on the Track & Trace Report, item delivered to Miru dated 13/7/18 @ 4.$6PM.

After clarified by Miru, she was on MC during that day.

Referred to the company CCTV, POS LAJU personnel never come to deliver the item during that time.

Kindly advise as I needed the item urgently.

Pos Malaysia parcel not received by buyer

I sent the parcel on 9 July 2018 over the counter at PPL Senawang Branch.

On 10 July 2018, the parcel already dispatch out from transit office KLIA Hub but the updates just stop right there. I cannot trace the parcel anymore and till today, 22 July the customer still dont receive the parcel yet. Im so dissappointed.

Barang dipos dari Kota Bharu pada 4 Julai 2018 & sampai di Tawau pada 20 Julai dan diterima pada 21 Julai dalam keadaan rosak teruk dan dicuri. Saya minta pihak Poslaju membayar ganti rugi kepada saya dengan SEGERA! Perkhidmatan paling teruk, mengambil masa sehingga 17 hari untuk sampai. Pos Malaysia complaint on your poslaju delivery guy

I would lodge an official complaint on one of your poslaju courier guy, handphone no [protected], at Poslaju Kelana Jaya!
This morning I received a call from this guy and shouted at me saying that I have a parcel to be couriered. This staff was being extremely rude and shouted at me asking where I am and why I'm not home to collect the parcel? I'm telling him that I'm outside and will take about few minutes to reach home. Anyway this staff refused to wait and just hang up the phone!
I hope your Management will look into this matter seriously and take necessary action on this staff for this rude attitude and services!
I'm expected a feedback as soon as possible pertaining my complaint here!

Pos Malaysia parcel being misplaced for two weeks

My parcel tracking number is En035506937my. It was arrived at Poslaju Miri since 09/07/18. I have been waiting postman delivery to my address at Smiley Tooth Dental Clinic, lot 1907, Marina Parkcity phase 2, 98000 Miri, Sarawak. Unfortunately it have been waited for almost 2 weeks and never delivery to me. So I went to poslaju miri on 19/07/18, the counter receptionist told me the parcel is missing. She instructed me to fill up my particulars for lodging a report to find my missing parcel. She says can find it within a day. After two days from lodging report, now I still don't receive any reply from poslaju miri. I am angry. Please look into this matter. I have been trusting poslaju all year long. Finding a missing parcel is poslaju responsibly to give consumers confidence in your service.

Pos Malaysia perkhidmatan penghantaran pos laju terlalu lambat dan teruk kerana sudah 10 hari tetapi barang masih tidak sampai ke pelanggan.

Saya ingin membuat aduan kerana barang sudah diambil dari pejabat kami 10/7/2018 tetapi sehingga hari ini 19/7/2018 pelanggan kami masih tidak menerima barang daripada pihak pos laju.Sehingga kan pelanggan telah membatalkan pesanan tersebut. Jadi saya ingin pihak pos laju memulangkan/menghantarkan semula barang tersebut ke syarikat kami dan pos laju tidak boleh mengenakan apa2 caj kepada kami.

Pos Malaysia delivery delay for more than 2 weeks

I would like to complain regarding this shipment er321444657my.

Package reach bukit mertajam branch on 6 july 2018.

On 17 july 2018 I call bukit mertajam branch to enquire about the shipment and they said it has been transferred to perai branch as they only cover nibong tebal area. Fyi bukit mertajam branch is merely 10 minutes drive from my house whereas perai branch is 20 minutes drive.

Then I was given this number [protected] for further enquiry. So I called the whole day but it was always engaged.

On 18 july 2018 around 8.30am, I called up [protected] again and this time ringing tone but no one pick up. I continuously called till 9am it engaged again. So I called up customer service at [protected] and to my dismay all the telephony were busy. I called three time and each call I waited for 15 minutes but still no one pick up my call. When it finally rings... It was cut off. I tried again on 19 july also cut off after 15 minutes.

I'm tired of waiting as this shipment has been dragging for more than 2 weeks already. Please do something as my package contained medicine which about to finish in few days time.

Pos Malaysia poor service and slow delivery

Please help to track my order EN049879094MY when can sent to me? I wait for one week the things actually already reach the island office but it just stop there. I call to customer service line for whole day but no answer. Finally I get to contact the staff and ask them put remark to sent the things to me on next day, but they didn't do. What kinds of this service? Is it this call post laju? Please help to sent my things to me as soon as possible.

Pos Malaysia call but no answer for 2nd delivery arrangement

Pos laju you making people's life difficult. Why is it so hard for you guys to pick the phone? I have been calling your office for hundred times and yet no response from you. Are you guys even exist? You people should just get lost if you don't want to do the job properly. We don't pay your service for peanuts. Get lost and get a better life. Your Pos laju sucks to the core. Minister must look into this. It's beyond an inefficiency. This type of lousy service has to be stop. Period!

saya beli barang pada 21 July 2018 dan sampai sekarang 01 August 2018 masih tak terima parcel lagi, saya cek tracking pos laju. sekarang barang saya ada dekat kawasan butterworth - prai sedangkan parcel tersebut perlu dihantar dekat alamat saya di bukit mertajam... Saya dah pergi ke pos laju BM dan mereka tak terima parcel tersebut.. dah 10 hari... Takkan saya kena ambil kat sana..? Pihak Pos Laju tolong selesaikan..

Pos Malaysia makanan rosak

Sy pos mknn seperti kerepek dan keropok kepada adik saya di selangor. Barang stuck kat pusat mel nasional dr 10/7 dan baru sampai hari ni 17/7. Biasanye saya pos makanan 2/3 hari dh sampai kat sabah. Cepat lagi sampai. Makanan pn x rosak. Ni kat selangor kot. Yang duk peram kat pusat tu berapa hari sampai makanan rosak.dah la bayar mahal. Macam ni pulak service poslaju ni ye. Kalau ganti tu x pe la jgk. Klu x mampu nk bagi service baik, baik x payah cas mahal2.

it's late. one week. dan bila dah smpai, dia letak borang entah apa2 suruh ambil dekat pjbat pos sbb tiada di rumah. amboi senang kerja ya. orang bayar duit pos dah rm 9 supaya sampai terus depan rumah. dari rumah nak ke pjbat pos pun jauh. menyusahkan. dah la tak call dulu sebelum hantar. tolong call dlu sblum hantar. jgn susahkan org nak kna pergi ambil sndiri.

Pos Malaysia I am complaining about the parcel.

No tracking movement since 9 July 2018. Then I make many calls to Banding around 2pm today (17/7/18) but no one answer the phone. As I know, 2pm during weekdays are operation hour but I wonder why no one answer the phone. I am very upset about the service and my parcel now stucks at Banding post office. I urgently need my parcel. Can you tell me what to do now? I hope to hear from you as soon as possible. Thank you!
