Hello, my items was not deliver even though my item reach kk office since 18 june 2018. Stating in tracking system will re attempt the delivery however, wait for 1week still no news. Then asking me to pick up my item at post office. However the order already submit back to sender. Seriously no one want to pick up my phone call. I jjust want to confirm where's my item is. At least if i know i dont have to wasting my time coming to post office but the item are not there!

Pada 20 jun 2018 jam 1 tghari saya telah hadir ke Pejabat Pos Mantin, N.Sembilan untuk renew insuran di kaunter 2.Saya telah memberitahu staf perempuan disitu untuk renew insuran kenderaan sahaja, insuran untuk penumpang & perseorangan saya taknak.Staf disitu tetap mengatakan ianya wajib sedangkan saya telah mengesahkan dengan Pejabat Pos Tampin ianya adalah pilihan.Kenapa mesti perlu MENIPU pelanggan?

Salam, saya nk tanya kenapa brang saya (er335132711my) masih tak smpai lagi. Dia masih bgitau parcel saya msih sangkut di pos laju transit (klia hub) padahal sudah dipos sebelum raya lagi tapi msih blum smpai dan sekurang kurangnya tiada perubahan apa2 lagi pada status barang saya.

i call port klang tel number not valid, i call shah alam tel number not valid, what is wrong whit pos laju now days very worse ever service they have .is a stupid sytem they have which they cant update where is the parcel.call here and there i think from selangor to melaka post office but they cant give a proper answer.
two days ago i call Kl pos laju even them cannot give and answer but they say will make a report and report num as this ([protected]) even after two days also they cant do anything.if can please close down pos laju is been many years people have complaint and made report even in Polis station but the end what they will say is we are looking on it and will settle it very soon .come on lah not even 1 case u all have settle and even claims not been paid .

Saya sebagai penduduk di kawasan beralamat No 17 Jalan Mahkota 10, Taman Vista Hill, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, 43200 Cheras. Selangor ingin membuat aduan dimana sudah 2-3 bulan tidak menerima sebarang Me/Surat ke rumah saya. Kawasan rumah saya adalah perpagar dan setiap kali saya keluar masuk akan tanya pada sekuriti guard ade posmen masuk tak.. Beliau jawap sudah 3 bulan Tuan.. Tak nampak posmen sini. Sudah berkali-kali buat panggilan [protected] (Domestic) tapi satu orang pun tak jawab. Saya ingi menyeru pihak Tuan/Puan untuk mengambil tindakan sewajarnya untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini.

service very poor and very bad
Hi..I'm Mary waiting for my husbands medicines from GHKL which suppose to receive last week but till today I haven't receive yet. Earlier on also same problem but when I got the tracking no by pharmacies from GHKL I need to go and collect medicines by my self but still need to pay. When I ask the reason they say I'm not around and the details given was black gate lock and no one at home. I just wonder how it would be cau my house is a low cost apartment and staying at the third floor and I only got the grill which is in white. Moreover my husband having stroke and cannot walk and most of the time I will be t home.
If they say I'm not around they can put a card saying that I can come and collect the medicine due to I'm not around but non I receive so far.
See how your staff working?
Pls take an action on this matter which I'm really not satisfied with your service.

Poslaju has made it again. My parcel was cleared from Custom and sent to the respective Poslaju branch on 6th of June but until today 13th of June I have not received the parcel!
When I track online, it just displays that it is in transit from KLIA which is the custom. Nothing has ever changed. Called the 1300300300, text Negeri Sembilan head, none could help.
I want the parcel before Friday because Friday and Saturday are Hari Raya! I can't believe the service which Poslaju/EMS offer.
Please see attached picture which shows the tracking status since 6th of June.

Super poor service! I've been calling the hotline from 1230pm until 2pm for 2days consecutively (due to my network availability at work) during normal working days. Averagely each call put me on hold for 15min waiting for the operator to pick up my call, ended with either my calls were dc-Ed or I gave up! It's so time and $ consuming! The hotline shouldn't be down regardless if rest hour, and it shall be as per the official website stated operation hours.

I ordered from Shopee for an item, I used the tracking number and checked, it was showing arrived at delivery facility at pos laju Kota Damansara on 8-Jun-2018. And till now I haven't the item. From Kota Damansara to Menara UAC is less than 10km, and I yet to receive the item. The most frustrated part is I tried to call Kota Damansara pos laju for endless times, none of the call being answered. Called the general customer care line 1300, waited for 20 mins for two times. I gave up. Such a big delivery company in Malaysia, I believe the customer service can be improved and you should bring efficiency and effectiveness into your day to day operations.

Dua barang saya sudah di post oleh seller yg berbeza pada 30/5/2018 dan sudah tiba di pos laju balakong pada 31/5/2018 jam 5.38 pagi. Barang yang ketiga pula tiba di pos laju balakong pada 7/6/2018 jam 12.26 tengah hari. Malangnya, ketiga-tiga barang tersebut tidak di post sehingga ke hari ini (10/6/2018). Kenapa pos laju balakong simpan barang post saya selama 11 hari? Barang tersebut sudah tiba sebelum 9/6/2018 yg di mana pos laju sudah mengeluarkan notis bahawa tiada penghantaran akan dibuat selapas tarikh tersebut tetapi barang yg tiba awal sebelum tarikh tersebut tiada proses penghantaran dijalankan.

I am writing this complaint with regards to poslaju's inefficiency and tardiness of deliveries. According to the tracking system, the parcel was picked up and dispatched out from pos laju PJ on the 5th of June. The parcel then had been processed and dispatched out from the transit office (poslaju parcel hub) on the 6th of June.This is the Tracking number of the parcel ED338584905MY.
At this point, i understand that the parcel will then be sent out to the nearest post office to the delivery address. It is now the 10th of June and there has been no update on the movement of my parcel.
Given that i am writing this on a Sunday. Poslaju still had the 7th and 8th of June to proceed with the dispatch of the parcel to the facility.
Waiting for a simple package this long (and without timely notification) is simply irritating and disruptive because waiting days on end to receive the parcel is a waste of time. As a paying customer for the delivery service that is so inefficient, is poor value for money.
