non refundable one way flight ticket
I had an emergency take place on my way to the airport & missed my flight. I am requesting that my ticket be refunded ir at least receuve a flight voucher due to an unexpected emergency that prevented me from flying. Attached is a copy of my intinerary. I realize that all ticjets are non refundabke tickets! However, my friend transporting me that is dying of cancer took a fall at the gas station on way to airport. I had to take him back home cuz he tripped over the gas line hose & fell down & busted his forehead so hard on the concrete that he cut hishead wide open! He has a knot the size of a golf ball & a 2 inch long cut on his forehead. He has 2 tubes in his back going to his kidneys & 2 bladder bags & didnt even catch yhe fall with his hands so his forehead hit the concrete very hard! I was flying hone on my 50th birthday from CA to MI to celebrate with my family! When he fell & caused me to miss my flight! This was an unfirtunate emergency & I am crying ovet the injury of my dying friend & not being able to cekebrate my 50th birthday w/my family! I havent been home in two years & woukdlike to schrdule another flight home! Howevet I am unemployed, jusr suffered a house, divorcing & honeless! I cant afford to travel home to visit family unless your company will have enough mercy to honor a refund or a ticket voucher for the amount of my flight ticket costing $187.00. I have already talked to United Airlines & was refused a refund & referred to go through price line. I'm begging you to please have enough mercy & heart to refund the cost of my ticket so I may still go visit my family. My ticket was purchasedthrough my friend's debit card & could be credited back to him through his debit account. Please advise & I can give account details for the refund. disrespect and dishonorable
Giving 1 star is VERY generous. I have been on the phone for 2 days now trying to get my refund, and now their representative is telling me there is no refund. They are constantly going back on their word. Each person I have spoken has been so rude and disrespectful. One rep said "you can hang up now." Another one would not let me speak to her supervisor. This company is ridiculous and their employees are even worse. I will never use them again and neither should anyone else.
travel insurance
I bought airline tickets through price line as well as travel insurance that would allow me to cancel 24hrs before my flight. I called a week before to cancel and was told while I had paid for insurance I didn't qualify to receive a refund or voucher but that's what the insurance was suppose to be for. I called back later to talk to someone else who claimed I never bought it at all but then tells me they can see where I clicked it and never bought it which is absurd and unbelievable that they can see I picked it even though "I don't have it" the insurance is one big scam they rip you off with by giving you false security that it can be used if something comes up. I will NEVER use priceline again as I feel I've been ripped off

Our card was used to make an unauthorized booking yesterday. It took $334.00 from.pur checking. Which is all we have. Priceline refuses to issue a refund. Says we need to have approval from the hotel location itself. Which, conveniently, does not answer there phone or emails. Not even sure if the property is still open. Poor customer service. Poor policies.
dishonoring the promise
At September 17/2018, I booked and canceled flight reservation twice due to ticket were unclear and did not explained other fees as well as seat configuration and charges. The second time that I canceled my reservation, I purchased travel protection for $74.36 and I have been advised to keep my travel protection and save that for other reservation. It was indicated in the travel protection page. I consulted one of the Priceline representative and he approved that as well.
I did another reservation and did not purchased another travel protection since I had one under my account. Today, January 5th I called and asked for the receipt or evidence of my travel protection. After over three hours talking with multiple agents, I have been informed that my travel protection is not valid for this current reservation and it has to been canceled. I asked if this is the case why Priceline keep my money since Sep 17 and now they want to give me refund after over 80 days. All they have to say we are sorry we cannot give you your travel protection plan now.

I've been your client for more than a year. In contrast to my past experiences, during my last reservation I observe an unpleasant problem. I choose to book, trough Priceline.com an apartment located in Miami Beach with the name of "Miami suits south beach" from the 11th of December to the 13th of December.
After the payment I received from your website, as always, the email confirmation in which you told me that my apartment has been booked successfully.
The same day(November 30th), a few hours later, I received an email from the real estate that is renting the apartment.
In this email they told me that they had received my booking and that I will had to fill out my credit card authorization form within 48 hours. At the end of the email, they told me that they will provide more information later.
After one day, I didn't received any farther information so I called them and I told them about the delay in receiving the credit card form by email and I asked them if they could send me the form.
The lady at the phone, told me that she will immediately provide me the form by email but I didn't receive any email.
The same day, I decided to email them and I asked again about the credit card form. They immediately reply that they will send me the form and that I will have to fill it out as soon as possible.
The reason I'm writing to you is because I haven't received any email from them and I know that without sending the credit card form back to them, it is not guarantee that I will still have the apartment.
Unfortunately, because of this problem, I had to book another apartment in order to be sure to have a house during my staying in Miami.
I' m really disappointed, I think it is confusing and not correct to have different booking processes while using the same website (Priceline.com). I've been booking multiple hotels all with the same processes and requirements but, for the first time, I had to fill an extra form that was never been submitted by the real estate.
Honestly I had the feeling that they didn't want me to send the form and therefore, they didn't want me to complete the booking process of the apartment.
At the moment they didn't charged me the price of the apartment but I will not be willing to pay any fees or amount since they didn't gave me the opportunity to complete the booking of the house.
In the hope that you will fix the discrepancy between hotel booking process and private house process, I thank you for your attention.

priceline visa savings for airline tickets.
This company does not value their customers! Priceline is misleading customers to think that you can save $100 instantly by applying for the Priceline Visa. I made the mistake of applying for their credit card and I was not able to use the Priceline Visa to book my flight or save the $100 as they advertised on Priceline.com website.
I call them to get help BOOKING my reservation and was not able to get through the automated recording! I booked my ticket using a different card and called Priceline 10minutes later to see if they can help put the purchase on the Priceline visa.
I was told they could not transfer the purchase or refund it by the 'Supervisor' at their customer service department. Basically there were no options and there was nothing they could do to help. I asked to speak to a different person or a different supervisor and they said there was no one else I could talk too. This is not a company that values its customer and they haven't got a clue about customer satisfaction. DO NOT APPLY FOR THIER CREDIT CARD and be mindful you will not get any help with anything unless they have billed you for it up front.
priceline did not honor price match guarantee
On 17 Nov 18 I booked a hotel on Priceline for 106.20$ Shortly after I was alerted the price is at 61.02. I called and 5 different associates claimed that could not see this new price. I not only requested to purchase it, proving the new price, but they claimed they would not then refund the first purchase. I have screen shots and timestamps to prove it.

I booked an automatic transmission compact car for 5 days with pick up at Edinburgh airport on 26 Sep 2018 with Sixt. The date of booking was 24 Aug 2018. But when I reached the Sixt office at Edinburgh airport I was told that Priceline has made the booking for a manual transmission car. In order to have an automatic car I was asked to pay additional 20 GBP/day. Since I didn't want to add extra cost to my budget that time, I took a manual transmission car itself. Request you to kindly refund me the appropriate amount keeping in view that I was charged for an automatic car while I was provided a manual car. My priceline request no. is [protected].
I raised this query with priceline and My query #1428966 has been open since a month.
Despite several reminders, the issue has not been resolved yet.

travel reservations
I booked a "Travel Package" deal To Cabo San Lucas, MX through them. I chose the hotel first, and then they offerred flights available. I put in the city I was flying from, picked the times and made the reservation! Simple. Unfortunately, I did not notice that flight I booked went to the wrong City. A similar named city if CA. ! I did not notice this until a week before the flight. I complained to them, and they did nothing. I made it clear this was made on their vactation package website. they could care less. I got NO refund, and Lost all the money for the trip.
This company is a complete scam!

I booked a hotel reservation for November and thought I was booking directly with the hotel website, but never received a confirmation. I called the hotel and was told that I did have a reservation but it was booked through a third party, Travelweb. I wanted to change the reservation but the hotel told me I could not, and that it was nonrefundable through Travelweb. Now I am trying to contact them to at least get a confirmation sent to me. What a mistake! Never again will I book a hotel room unless I call the hotel direct.

If I were you I would take this location off your site. They are rude and customer service sucks to be blunt. We made reservations but since my sister in law nieces and great nephew (1yr old) came to visit for a few hrs between UIL marching competition so the baby could nap they kicked us out. Not sure what the issue was with having visitors during the day is. They also had what seemed to be prostitutes getting ready in their car in the parking lot.

unclear flight details
I booked a trip to arrive in Punta Cana on the 3rd on November. It was mandatory to arrive that date. When I saw the itinerary it clearly stated Saturday, November 3. When I called to confirm because the itinerary didn't seem very clear, I was told I would arrive Sunday, November 4. Nowhere on my itinerary does it say Sunday, November 4. I try to speak to the escalation team and she simply would not listen to me. She was not able to show me where it says I'll arrive Sunday, November 4. The itinerary is extremely unclear, and now I cannot make this vacation because it is mandatory to be there on the third. I would like to have an experienced Manager review my itenray and explain why it did not state my arrival would be Sunday, Nov 3rd.
I obviously need to change my trip as this ticket is no longer useful.

I have used Priceline.com to book a room for one adult and one child. I have chosen one with a photo that said the hotel was recommended for 1 adult and 1 child and have booked a night, I was sure the hotel had appropriate rooms for 1 adult and 1 child because I believed your recommendation. I have attached a photo as evidence. When I received the confirmation email it said children are not allowed so I was very upset because there was no information about the hotel not accomodating children on your website. I do not seem to be able to cancel the booking or get any refund.

On hold for two hours an a half and counting...with pricelines operators that repeated the same process over and over again, that lied about correcting errors while not putting our updated info 3 seperate times, offering flight options that were not available and then placing us on hold whole pretending to get estimates on costs, not to mention they made us MISS OUR FLIGHT! I will be reporting pricelines to EVERY bureau possible! You have wasted my time, money, patience with incompetence and callousness. The so called supervisor just wanted to repeat the same process, just one more from the call center from hell.
false advertising - no airport shuttle
My Priceline itinerary: [protected]. I was traveling to Las Vegas and wanted to select a hotel that had a shuttle to the airport so I could avoid the cab fee. I selected a Priceline Express Hotel, the Boulder Station Hotel and Casino, far away from the strip because it had a shuttle to the airport.
When I got to the hotel I was informed that they don't have a shuttle. When I got home the next day I called Priceline for $31 reimbursement for my cab fare and they only offered me around $7. I was greatly disappointed in this. I hope they updated their website to reflect this incorrect info on their website.

My son and his girlfriend were detained today on suspicion of shoplifting. It was a misunderstanding and they were released once the footage was reviewed.
However, legally the store had no right to detain children and there was no adult with a working with children check or police present.
They were not given an apology and were told to not come into priceline.
This is the stores error. It is unacceptable I have to ring to state we have legal expertise to have my child treated fairly. I demand an explanation

On September 21st I booked a room for September 22nd the website crashed just as the card was being authorized and they took $78 out of my account. Never got the booking it was rejected when I call to complain they said it was just an authorization a week later I called to complain they said it was just an authorization two weeks later I called and they said it was just an authorization three weeks later I called and they said it's just and authorization. I've been using Priceline for years but I guarantee you I won't be using it anymore. They have my money and won't give it back.

I booked a hotel reservation with 15 day parking at the Marriott hotel Manchester uk for 17 th December . The advertised rate includes 15 day park and fly package . But when the e mail confirmation came through there was no mention of car parking . I telephoned price line immediately last Thursday and the guy said he would sort it out . No one called me so on Saturday I rang back I spoke to 5 different people including managers who told me the same thing, no one could resolve the problem . Priceline should not be advertising the parking in the package if they are not part of the deal as this is dishonest for customers . You have advertised a park and fly and that is what the customer thinks he is getting . It is outrageous that you then call the hotel who say we can't honour the parking and then u tell the customer parking is not included this is price lines mistake and Priceline should honour the parking in this instance without question for misleading customers
