On 24 Dec 23 I made a auto reservation with Priceline. My reservation was for 14 days, little did I know that returning the car early will not get a refund. I returned the auto to Alamo who stated that they only charged me for days used. I returned the car 9 days early due to a family emergency. When I called Priceline, they stated no refunds. I then requested a refund for the Federal and local taxes I paid since I paid tax for auto for 14 days and should not have paid taxes for something I did not receive. I believe the government should find out if Priceline is sending that tax dollars to the federal government. If so I should be able to obtain a tax credit on my Federal Taxes. Also, Priceline claims a reduced rate for Veterans, Not True>>>>> Since I do not have a Facetime or Tik Toc account I hope that people reading this complaint will let the public know that Priceline charges you for products not received. Also hope that the Better Business bureau take some action on this complaint. Thank You...

Desired outcome: Make public aware of dealing with Priceline. Also request that Priceline refund me for the taxes they charged for the days which I did not receive the product.
