QuikTrip review: Accused of theft by shoplifting

I was falsely arrested; on this day and arrested with excessive force. I am provided information as a lawsuit will take place unless otherwise settled.

I did not walk out of store to be considered shop lifting. I Stayed at Quality Inn Conyers check out time was at 11:00 A.m. and was dropped off at QT by Conyers Police. I was set up from the very begining. I checked out and was waiting in the lobby to see if Cash App was going to refund my money due to a previous payment at the hotel which was held previously due to another booking. I happened to walk outside several times just to leave the lobby to get fresh air.

On this particular day I saw an employee not return to the front office. I happened to observe a loud banging in one of the rooms not sure what or where the noise was coming from. I was alarmed so I called the police to do a wellness check on one of the rooms I heard banging coming from. During that time the officers came back stating that the property manager wanted me to leave the property. The Conyers Police officer arrived and asked me some questions, watched me load my luggage in the patrol car, took me to Quiktrip on Turner Hill rd Lithiona , GA and dropped me off While I was at Qicktrip . On 8/26/22 I dropped off and went into the store a couple of times to purchase items and went to the bathroom on several occasions and the next day I was just observing many things with traffic and watching people as they were coming and going. At one point the store manager said I would have to move further up off property which I did that day.

On 8/27/22 later that night I was going to the store to use the bathroom and purchase Items stated previously The manager that night never said I had to leave the property. I was still waiting for a ride or my money to come through from cash app or family and friends. In the meantime I was just sitting on the curb taking some video coverage of a few things that were concerning. Later that day into noon I saw a tractor and trailer truck just sitting there for hrs. and heard a woman and man I thought was fighting or something like that so I called the cops just to make sure she was ok. I was concerned for her safety. The police came and checked and said that she was ok. I walked around trying to waste time just looking at things. During that day I was approached by a woman that gave me a gift card, I later went into Quicktrip and this was when I went In and out of quick trip several times thought the day to use bathroom and buy some items, on this last occasion i was standing in front of cashier, I was allowing other patrons go ahead of me due to the fact of me being dehydrated. For some reason the cashier Xavier, Sanford felt i was stealing a few items due to me not paying immediately. I never walked out the door with any merchandise. The Dekalb Police Dept. and Officer Traylor, S G and another male office was called to scene I was arrested aggressively with excessive force threw to the ground by both officers, not one female officer arrived at the scene I sustained injuries to my chin, back, knees and bruising on my wrists. I had a back injury due to a auto accident In 2015 to my back when i was arrested my back was reinjured by the officers forcefully. With QT video to prove the whole situation.

My luggage a purple suitcase and a NIKE coral color was left behind which I was advised by the officers that two Black men picked up my belongings. I have pictures of all incidents.

The wrong jurisdiction came out to seen It should have Lithonia Police not Dekalb county police dept. The FBI, DOJ all have been notified if this issue.
