Approximately November 7 and around early morning hours, 11 AM approximately at the QT on Indian school and 25th St. my mother stopped for gasoline, hoping to get some assistance from an employee or manager QT because she couldn’t open her gas flap on her door in her car, she proceeded to go into QT and got an employee a white female who came and helped her in her with her car. The female ended up, damaging my mom’s car and ripping off the gas door. my mother has to pay for damages to her door which is not her fault. It was done by a QT employee on QT property and should be on QT surveillance. I’ve tried contacting QT management and other personnel over and over and over and gotten nowhere just gotten ignored gotten given the runaround and not gotten any help at all. This cost is now cost my mother over $500 for repairs to the car. This is very unacceptable and highly unethical and very irresponsible Employees have ignored this over and over and over. I’ve tried every single way to try and get help and no help at all. Please do to fix this because it was done by QT employees on QT property and should be on QT surveillance.
Claimed loss: 500 to the Mercedes E class guest flap door there was ripped off by a QT employee I have sent in receipts I have sent in estimates and gotten nowhere
Desired outcome: For QT to pay for what their employees did on QT property and do the right ethical thing and reimburse my mother for this cost. This should be on surveillance I’ve tried contacting QT over and over and over and gotten nowhere.
