I visit this location often, I went in & visited this morning to stop in and get a coffee to start my morning. As I'm waiting for my coffee to brew, I was talking to the Co-Manager, Christy is her name if I do recall. I noticed she was running around doing things for the store. She then came to the front to check me out, as I saw that she was the only employee in the store . I asked her "are you the only one here this morning?" She then said "yes". This seems to be a pattern every Sunday that I stop in, that there is only one person working. I think this is quite crazy that you only have one person in a convenient store that is constantly ongoing traffic stopping in for their needs as they travel at their convenience. I, then returned to the store with my father today around 3pm. I noticed a line full of customers at the register as I walked in. It was a guy taking care of the customers while an older skinny Caucasian lady was talking with a couple of guys with a little baggy in her hand that looked like a very suspicious activity was going on in the circle between them & every time I come in this same lady acts very jittery as if she is on drugs.. As I'm still standing in line waiting to be attended to, the lady then runs outside to the trash can & walks back in. After minutes of waiting, she still didn't come to the front to help the man with the line of customers. Every time I stop In the store during afternoon times, the same lady is always talking negative and loudly about others in front of the customers. As a loyal customer, I feel like all customers should be the main priority & something should be done about this situation. Thank you.
harassment to my kid.
Long story.. There was a time last year that my son stole and got caught by a manager named calie or callie however yu spell it. She got on to him and I did as well it was taken care of.. Well now when he goes into the store calie is constantly accusing him of stealing from the store and instead of coming to me about it she approaches my mother's boyfriend about it and everybody else in town. When I come in to resolve the issue she runs to the back and won't prove anything she is claiming. So today 10-25-18 around 3pm my son went to get a few cups of ice water, never has anybody ever charged us for a cup of ice, she approaches my son and said he was stealing water and tells him to not come back to the store. A few hours pass by and. My mother's boyfriend goes into the store. She tells him that my son was stealing soda. I checked every cup he came out with all were filled with ice water. She has done nothing but cause fights between me nd my family because of this. I'm pretty fed up with it. Yes my son stole from there and he was wrong and the problem was corrected and still is corrected. I do not appreciate the way she is treating my child at all. She will give freebies to her druggie friends that come in there everyday but she wants to harass my child about a glass of water. Let me not add the she has been trash talking me as well. Small town people talk I have been informed several times about her trash talking me. She is mainly standing outside smoking in front of the store on her shifts talking with her friends about customers that come in and out. I'm absolutely fed up with her harassing my child. This needs to stop or I will have no problem filing a police report on her. I had enough.
Oh and I almost forgot to mention she sells prescription drugs to people while on the clock.
cash stolen out of wallet
On 10/23/2018, I left my wallet at the store after paying for gas and coffee. This happened between 3:45pm-4pm. Around 9:30pm, when I went to go get food, I realized I was missing my wallet. I called the Racetrac at 3040 S Pine Ave Ocala, FL 34471, and they said that my wallet was there, but the $70 in cash that I had in my wallet was not. My license and debit cards, as well as some change we're still in my wallet but someone took the cash. No one could tell me who found my wallet, where it was left or dropped, who turned it in, nothing. I drove up to the store to pick my wallet up shortly after, and was given my wallet, but when I requested for the cameras to be pulled to see who took the cash out of my wallet, I was told by an employee that no one working at that time had access to pull the cameras and that the Manager would be in the next day from 5am-2pm. They did not bother calling the Manager or anything. They basically told me I was SOL after I told them that the $70 that was taken from my wallet was all I had. I then went out to my car and called the cops (non-emergency line) and reported the theft and they had an officer show up at the store. After the officer finished talking to the employees inside, he came back out and told me that at the time my wallet was left there, there was only 1 cashier at the register (which was not true- there were 2), and they said she saw the wallet sitting on the counter and opened it to check the license, and then put it to the side because they were very busy. When they contacted the woman cashier, she had no recollection of the wallet that was found at all. I had given my number to an employee to have the manager call me when she got in to pull the cameras, and it is now 1pm, and no one has reached out to me. I am very disappointed at the way my issue was handled and the fact that they could not pull the cameras to find out who took my cash, makes me feel like it was an employee who stole my money. I really hope your thieving [censored] employees steal from your company so you can see how I feel. I can't believe you would not want to know if your employees took my cash or not. How are you going to have employees working a cash register when they steal from customers? Very poor business practice and horrible customer service. This store is an absolute joke.
racetrac rewards
I keep losing my race trac rewards, I have some 1600 reward points, Now again the app is telling me I have no points.I have been having to pay for hot dogs and drinks that should come off mt rewards.The store resister person says there is nothing they can do, so I got phone # from manger, decided to e-mail first, being a sunday.What do I do now, as the race trac app, says to open new acct.Hope you can solve this problem, that seems to keep happening.I would really like to use some of my points.

6:30o. I am here at Racetrack (510 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming Ga) I was told by the associate that he was the only one on duty and therefore could not help me. I've been waiting nearly 15 minutes and 20 plus customers who have been helped by this associate and have not received any help. I find impossible that this Racetrac did not have at least an overlapping shift at this busy time in the day (Sat, 6:39p Oct 20, 2018). This is not acceptable.

on many occasions I have been treated in a very disrespectful manner an rude as well.
The store is on Jefferson hwy. In Harahan. la, 70123. i almost go in a night an the cappuccino machine is down, either broken or the flavor i want is out and i ask the young lady if she would help me, that's when she gets really rude. There are 6 coffee machines and only 1 cappuccino machines. That to me as a customer just is right. There should be 2 units that way when one unit is being cleaned the other is on line an available. As, i look at the set up as whole its just not customer friendly. I've had employees tell call corp. so, that is exactly what i am doing, letting you all know how your people treat customers. There are times i would go to another store if there was one, and i'm not the only they are rude to either.
I am complaining about customer service
The manager danesha at the pompano beach racetrac store has a rude attitude. She does not want to be at that store she she makes it to her accomplish to be rude to the custermers. She locks the bathroom so the custermers cant use it she also turns off the soda machine all night so the customers cant use it. Today i went in the store to get ice i said hi to her and she gave me a nasty look saying that she is going to have me banned from the store. I am a regular custermer. She also doesnt know the prices because she overchargers the custermers. Please address these issues with her. Thank you

Hi I love racetrack and visit almost daily at many locations, Most have been very good and smiling and welcoming!
At 1720 gause blvd # 380 location I went on 9-30-18 at 230pm -I had was making a cup coffee and "David" was vacuuming floor with a big machine 20 feet away from me, He came past me and told me rudely " CAN you move if you don't mind " so he could do area by me,
Was going to get hot dog but there was NO "fixings" out to put on it so I chose pizza deal- I went to ck out had a refill drink, a piece pizza, and sm coffee- When Cost was 5.27
I questioned it b/c pizza and drink was supposed to be 1.00 and 1.99 Cashier Brittny ? lady with multicolored purple hair was rude and said u got a refill and its only 10 cents difference, and you put your card in already. Because They had a line I paid it but it was not 10 cents difference once I thought about it its was over 2.00 difference-should have been 2.38 verses 5.76 !

employee's comment and rudeness caused a threatening scenario for myself
your employee Terri and I have a personal history that is not bad in anyway, but not good either. just a said shed call and never did type thing. i wrote her on facebook stating it was rude that you tell someone face to face that youll call them for months on end, even though i just ignored her and didnt care anymore. i also stated that women like that are why good men become jerks and she needs to stop lying to people, but not in anyway what so ever did i threatened her or say anything innaproprate . I go in buy my stuff ignore her and mind my business. on a few occasions she refuses to give my change back and just glares at me until another employee grabs my change. I actively wait until a different cashier is up there due to avoiding a confrontation as i just want to get my stuff and go home after a long day. Today she yelled out a lie across the store saying I should feel like a real man for threatening a woman after saying "your [censored] [censored] has some real nerve showing your face in her, threatening people not knowing their life story". I have never in any way ever threatened her or any woman. after I finished my purchase and made it outside I was confronted by several customers who followed me outside saying i should threaten them since im a tough guy. I ignored them and kept walking to my truck. as I opened my door they began making the threats and I was forced to draw my gun in order to protect myself from being jumped. I also had to drive around for over half an hour after as two of the vehicles followed me. Your employee made up a lie due to her not liking me personally which put me in a dangerous situation. This issue with her needs to be addressed immediately. I spend over $900 a month in gas at this store due to being the closest station to my house. I go in, mind my business and avoid her in the store, but she actively walks over to cause a scene every time. Your morning employees are wonderful and we always have a little good chit chat in the morning, but when it comes to her she cant let it go and be a professional. This is highly unprofessional and needs to be dealt with. I don't want to do this but the next time I will be contacting a lawyer and a lawsuit will be filed as your employee who represents your company put me in a dangerous situation where deadly force would have been required.

Every time I go to the racetrack on Lee Blvd and gunnery road, I have to deal with nothing but rudeness. The customer service representatives act like your bothering them when you come up to the register to check out. How are you guys going to hire customer service reps that have the worst customer service skills? This is an every time occurrence. Ridiculous.

I would really rather do this on the phone because it's a long story I'll sum it up as much as possible. My husband and I went into racetrac located at 6601 ulmerton Rd largo FL 33771 at about 12 midnight walked in to the store to the young man named Pedro telling me the Ice cream machines were off for the night and as I walked by them I saw a sign that said "ask an associate to wake me" so I found another employee a female named Amber and asked her if she could please turn the machine on that the other employee (Pedro) told me they were off for the night but that I had read the sign that said I could ask an employee she gave a tired look like she didn't want to do it and in her most rude/irritated voice sighed and said "WHICH ONE DO U WANT TURNED ON!?" I told her and she turned it on and again very rude tone of voice said "it'll be 10 minutes" so my husband and I walked around the store waiting with our daughter in her stroller. My husband decided he wanted donuts and grabbed two and put them in a bag. We still had a full 9 minutes to wait so we were deciding if we wanted drinks and he asked me to hold the donuts and I set them into my stroller so I didn't have to hold them (was going to pay for it all together) so as the 9 minutes went by I finally made the ice cream and we proceeded to the register went to go pay and he rang us up for two donuts and I had forgot i set them in there my husband thought I had put them back but then I reminded him I set them in the stroller so he took them out and since our Ice cream came out to 7.70 he decided he didn't want the donuts and put them back. The man at the register (Pedro) still rang us up for one of the two donuts claiming my husband ATE one while we were in the store waiting. We argued back and forth a minute and as I warned him I'd be calling the manager about this (I'm a pretty regular customer) I'm now walking away he says " I apologize if I'm wrong" I couldn't believe he would say that . He just took 1.09 of my money and had the nerve to question wether or not he even saw him for sure eating the donut (which he didn't) so my husband told him to go run the camera back and watch that he didn't eat any donuts! The young man Pedro said "your really going to take it that far?" My husband said "yes ! Iam because that's my money your taking when I didn't eat the donut" and so Pedro went to go "watch" the camera and we waited outside for 10 minutes and we decided since we had our daughter out with us so late and my husband has to wake up early for work that we would be better off calling or coming in when a manager was there, And left. So tonight I call and the lady answers and says she is the manager but come to find out it's the same rude lady from last night! She admitted to seeing my husband Not eat any donuts but went on to tell me that we were trying to STEAL he donuts when I set them in my stroller! Which is ridiculous considering we paid almost 8$ for an Ice cream not to mention we pulled them right out at the register and put them back! I asked for the manager name who's above her because I knew she wasn't the manager of that entire store as rude as she was! And she said Marshall was above her I confirmed her name (Amber) and let her know that they owed us 1.09 from the donut they charged us for that they claimed my husband ate the night before. And that i would be calling to speak to Marshall. This incident was not only very poor customer service but very offensive on top of taking our money when they were wrong to begin with!
handicap parking spaces
I frequent a local Racetrac every workday morning for a quick cup of coffee. I repeatedly see beer vendors with the stacks of product (beer) taking up a handicap space. Seems like this is a common practice to unload the products off of the truck to a handicap space then transfer the products to the store. What are the handicap people supposed to use to park? This happens very often at this store and its always see the same vendor and the same person... i realize his work has to be done, its an illegal spot to utilize and will impend a handicaps person to use a parking space that is very necessary.

Good Morning, on 10.2.2018 i went into the racetrac location at: 375 E. F M. 3040, Lewisville, TX 75057. this is a continous problem over there. I have addressed this issue with becky the night manager. as well as the afternoon manager. for a while it was resolved because becky would make sure that the boiled peanuts was changed out and the pot was clean.
so this morning a different manager or someone else did not clean the pot out. they added a new can on top of old peanuts that were in there from days ago. i questioned the manager that morning and she told me they were freshed. however, i knew they weren't. i purchased a batch of them and of course they were not fresh and they have a nasty after taste to them that i can't eat this at all. i have voiced my complaint 1 too many times about this mess and the employees in there don't understand that by not cleaning that pot and dumping new peanuts on old peanuts will make someone sick, it is also not hygenic at all. overall this is unacceptable and something needs to be done abou this immediatley. i purchase peanuts every morning before work. i have been to mulitple locations and this is the only one that i have been to that don't care about service and cleanliness.

Went into Racetrac 8485 Davis Blvd Naples Fl. 09/25/18.. I tried downloading the Racetrac app. Apparently my wifi wasn't working right there so I left went to walmart. downloaded app there. Went back to Racetrac to get $20.00 in gas and 3 packs of Marlboros. The young girl at counter. Didn't get her name. Skinny girl with long black braids was soooo rude.. First I said I just downloaded this app (had phone on racetrac scan on app) so I'm not sure how this works. She just looks at me blank stare says nothing. So I ask how does this work? Do I get points on gas. Guy behind counter stacking cigs said yes. On everything in store. I said great.. even on cigarettes? He said yep. He was nice. So told the girl I want $20.00 in gas and 3 packs of marlboros and I gave her 3 coupons for $2.00 of ec pk. She looks at front only. Throws em on counter said these r 4 blacks only. Me: no.. read the back it states for Any style marlboro cigs. Her: no only black Marlboro. Me: please read the big letters on back. Any style. Her: looks pissed. You cant use these. Me: why? They take em every other store even racetrac on airport rd. Her: well go there. Me: no im here. I want 3 pks marlboro lights. Her: really pissed now.. u can only use 1 coupon! I said where does it say that? Her: its our rule! Me: again where does it say that anywhere in your store. We go back and forth. I get the 3 pks and gas. Pay her and say. U going to scan this. She acts like she did but when I got home I saw. No scan no points for gas or cigs. And she only used 1 coupon never gave me other 2 back. Im out $4.00. No points! It was pouting crazy so I didn't go back. She ripped me off $4.00 of my coupons she kept.

I came into racetrac on 103rd street in jax, FL and seen signs that they was only taking debit or credit I assumed that meant no ebt cards we were paying cash. We got to the line and she was very rude to us and grabbed the sign and said we have them hanging everywhere and I came up with a ideal so that we could pay 20.00 flat rate that would cover what we got In the store. She slammed the register and I voiced my opinion to hear and went to truck and now I am sending this in. This incident happened about ten minutes ago. Customers are the reason your store is open and we are the reason she gets paid cause without us coming in you wouldn't make revenue for your self or others. I have never in my life been treated so rudely when I was trying to fix the problem. If they couldn't take cash they should of closed untik it was fixed.

Stopped at Racetrac at 3299 Federal Hwy Pompano/Lighthouse Point, FL on September 28, 2018 to get some gas when I went in to pay for the gas another guy came in the store behind me and when I walked up to the counter to pay the cashier Denisha told me I skipped the guy I told her no I didn't he came in after me but she insisted on arguing with me about skipping this man and the man even said himself that I didn't skip in front of him so I got her name and walked out of there.

don't bother wasting your time complaining the general manager doesn't care he will yell at you and talk to you like you're a piece of crap just like his employees do they cannot keep anything in stock I spend almost $300 a month there and was told I could take my business elsewhere I'm calling the Health Department I would not eat at this place the lady was making sandwiches gloves on her hands comes over grab cigarettes for Siege to start checking me out gets pissed off and then walk back over to the sandwich Department with the same gloves on and continues to make sandwiches went to two of their stores and neither store had a single pack of cigarettes or a single carton of kools call to make a complaint and they want to rectify it by giving me 3 packs of cigarettes I go in to pick up 3 packs of cigarettes and I get treated like crap from the girl in the deli with her gloves on touching food and then touching material items and then retouching food I will be making a call to the health department be advised I would not eat at RaceTrac if you have an issue it will do you no good to call the general manager he don't give a [censored]
Talked with the general manager he was extremely rude didn't like what I had to say tell me I could take my business somewhere else I'll be happy to $300 a month out of your pocket I guess RaceTrac so rich they don't need customers that's why QuikTrips taken their butt over

I came to fill up my gas tank around 1130pm on 9/22/2018. I notice the pump was going way too slow as I was pumping gas in my tank so half way full I took off. My car started acting up on my way home. When it was fine just before I put gas. I barely made it home. Next day my car didnt wanted to start so I begin looking for problems in my engine. After afew test and long research I took the gas out of my tank and saw there was alot of water in my gas tank. Its been raining alot so maybe some water got into you all tanks. Please let me know if any more complaints about gas having too much water in it.
not being open when it's a 24 hour establishment
It is 1:55 am and racetrac is right next to my job. The closest establishment. I walked up saw doors are locked. I called the establishment because I saw someone in there and a man answer. I asked why were that closed if it's 24 hours he said he was alone and it will not open till 4am. Meanwhile there are groups of people outside waiting. What kind of business is this that says you are 24 hours and lock the doors?
