Hello, My name is Peter Carlock and I am writing this with a Heavy Heart. I used to live for another Mini-Mart Chain. Then I walking into the Race Trac on Port St Lucie Blvd in Port St Lucie Florida where I was met by Keoni Dickson. Between her and some of the other Employees making me feel at home, I became a Sold Out Race Trac Customer and Fan. Now please understand, I visited Race Trac on average 3 to 4 times daily, in various locations. I worked for the City of Port St Lucie at the time and Live in Martin County. I could go anywhere, yet, I chose to drive across town if I had to, to visit a Race Trac. Trust me, The regional manager and employees of various Race Tracs will tell you they know the name, Peter Carlock.
I still remember the excitement I and my Family experienced waiting for the Race Trac on Kanner Hwy in Stuart to open. My kids loved the FroYo and Ice Cream. I live for Coffee. As does my Wife. For years, no one could even come close to getting our attention away from Race Trac. Including the new WaWa that opened up the road.
Sadly this is not the case anymore. It started a couple of months ago when I was told by the employee in the Race Trac on US 1 in Stuart, "We do not do BBQ Sauce for the Food Station. Then the Half n Half was a hit or miss. Then no more little Marshmallows for the Hot Cocoa. My Daughters Favorite. Then the beginning of the end for me. Last month, in two different Race Tracs, one on Kanner, and one on US 1 in Stuart started to serve Coffee that was marked as Hazelnut but was not even close. Old or Burnt, or something else. I brought it to the Mangers attention was told, have not idea why. Contacted the DM Monty, and he seemingly fixed it. Coffee started tasted as it should. Still no Marshmallows on US1 one but they have in Kanner.
Then just this last week, on June 11th, 2018, I was in the RT at US1. I watched Three other Customers walk out leaving stuff behind. Then I realized they did not have any lids for the Coffee. Really? My Wife asked for a Lid and was told nonchalantly, "We're out." It was the Manager with the Tattoos who didn't seem to even care. We walked out as well.
It truly saddens me that Race Trac, that used to blow everyone away, now seems to pretty much just blow. They do not seem to care about going that extra mile for the Customer as they once did. They do not seem to care about keeping basic products Stocked. They seem to simply no longer care. Even the District Manager never responded back to me when I left him a message about the Lids. I also submitted an Email to their Customer Service Email. "Someone will respond within a day. Nope. Nothing. Very sad indeed. Guess we will have to give WaWa a chance.

unauthorized credit card charges
Myself, my husband and stepdaughter all have had our card stolen from the racetrac in Palm Bay, FL on Malabar Road and Babcock. They take our card information and go to other gas station out of the area and put at least 3 charges on the card for around $99 dallars. They always try at least 3 times. I really didn't think it appropriate for an employee to be flinging his 3feet of hair around while handling food. It turned my stomach bc I went in specifically to fix a coney dog & not only do I get to look at his asscrack but he flung his 3ft of hair over the hotdogs & all around the condiments. It is disgusting. Why do u not have hair length in ur rules when your employees work with food. Its fine when hes just a smartass cashier but come on hes handling food. & his hair is not covered by a net (nor is his facial hair) and im pretty sure that is a safe handling food requirement. Cant u make him cut it?
unethical behavior - awful customer service
When I got to the Racetrac Gas Station I when inside to make a payment, then after I made my payment I when back to pump my gas and I tried to pump ethanol free gas which is the one I use for my truck, but it didn't work, then I went inside the lady by the name of Louis told that she had to cancel my transaction and do it all over again, which she did, then I paid again and when outside to pump again and it didn't work, , , , , , this happened 3 times, , , , then when I went inside to complaint about the pump for ethanol free she told me that it was working and I damaged the pump, which is not true because I didn't even had a chance to use it, then she told me that she was not going to take my payment and call the person behind me, ignoring me, , , , , , that I have to go to another place or cashier, , , , , , I am going to consult this matter with my attorney for discrimination, , , , I know that there is cameras on the premises and everything is on tape, , , , , , , , what am awful experience and she even told me that she is the manager, , , which I doubt it because she didn't have her name plate like the other cashiers did, when I ask her last name she didn't want to give me her name, finally I found out that her name is Louis because is on the receipt, If I don't get a response from any supervisor or somebody in charge in customer service, I will find legal advise for this matter.

handicap assistance
A friend is a amputie. See needs assistance. Some shifts have no problem giving assistance. 3-11 and 11-7 are a great help.. But day shift Seem like there are above helping customers.
So my question. Do you give assistant the handicapped customers?
Example, fill gas, get drinks and cigarettes.
Is that the company policy? One of The children would go in. Hand the Money to the person behind the counter. Explain what she needs. The person makes the chang. get what is asked for.
Then brings out to the adult. In the vehicle.
So to repeat the question. Is it company procedure? To assist handicapped customers?
Not to get any one in trouble. I would like to be clear of the procedures of the issues.

baby changing
I always go to racetrac because I use to work for racetrac! But today was a horrible day. I went into the Eustis on Bay Street around 11am and the store manager Nina(believe that is her name) I asked for a bandaid because my son cut his finger right open on the baby changing station. I have no idea how or what he did. Anyways I asked her for a bandage and she ignored me first then I asked again. And he had no idea where the first ade kit was, she had to ask her associate. She finally found it. And just tossed it to me. Didn't even ask if he was ok ok. Something needs to change there this is not the first time she has been rude!

I use the Racetrac on Spring Rd. religiously for gas and other purchases. I also installed and use their app. I have almost 640 points; however, I have NEVER been able to use them. When trying to do so, the app just continues to load, or provides a message reporting it is unable to access/load the information. If you can't use your rewards because of problems with the app, what good is it?! Very frustrating!

I frequent the Racetrac Gas Station in Dallas Tx off Marsh Lane and Timberglenn road almost once a day. This morning as I am making my purchase, the old gentlemen stocking the shelves about 5 yards away made a remark about my dog which was with me. Seeing as I walked to the location this morning I didn't have a vehicle to keep her in at the time which I stated. Unfortunately he very smugly and arrogantly shrugged his shoulders and told me to leave it at home. Now I might have been in and out of the store within 2 minutes and I personally feel that it was very unprofessional to bad mouth a regular customer as I was leaving the store. I am very offended and will not be returning.

Trash spilling out of bins, stepping over dirty diapers and wet cigarette butts to pump gas, rose bushes tangled in plastic and who knows what else. This is the most disgusting place I've ever pumped gas at and I've driven through Chicago. restrooms closed at night
I came to the location 3874 Covington highway to use the bathroom. This is the third time I came to this location and the bathroom was closed locked stating it will closed until 0500. I asked an employee and he stated it's closed so night shift can do a deep clean. I got off one morning came to the same location to use the bathroom and noticed that it was in somewhat an unsatisfactory condition. This complaint is to express my frustration with this location. I'm good enough to spend MY money in your store or for gas why can't the restrooms be available since this location is open 24 hours. I'm certain the restrooms are available for the employees. I honestly prefer race trac over QT but if this is the way customers are going treated I'll take my business somewhere else

I've been a customer of the Racetrac on Camp Creek Pkwy (next to Hartsfield Atlanta Airport) since 2014.
But today I was treated so rudely and humiliated because the employee called security to escort me out though I had not threatened or harrass. I was treated VERY rudely by two cashiers (a man and a woman) and simply responded to the rudeness I received. This employee has never been friendly and I felt discriminated against and because I'm a daily customer. His unfriendliness made me feel uncomfortable coming to the store daily. Another employee stepped in to help me but he wouldn't allow her to take my money. I walked out because I refused to continue to be humiliated. I was treated so unfairly and humiliated so bad I burst into tears and cried all the way home. I cannot explain how disappointed and humiliated I feel right now. Racetrac is the only place where I've been getting my coffee and gas from for four years. I am a loyal customer. Sometimes I go twice a day. I've even given an employee a beautiful gift. The first thing I do in the morning when I rise is drink Racetrac coffee. But now I will never spend my hard earned dollars there again and that is very devastating that I can't go to Racetrac anymore.

I had over 2K points as I gas up at RaceTrac almost every day. I had to get a new phone (same number) but now my points won't load. I emailed rewards twice, but they do not reply. I removed the app and reinstalled it but it won't let me verify my phone number. I like the products and services at RaceTrac, but don't understand the customer service. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

I got banned for no reason
Me and my friend were told we couldn't buy drinks because supposedly my friend banged on the back door, even tho i was right there and i didn't see him do it or hear the door get banged on, and then the guh followed us outside and continued to watch me and my friend unlock our bikes. Im mad because he said that we couldn't come back even tho i didn't do anything. I come up there all the time but aparently them making money doesn't mean anything to them. If they banned us for trying to steal i would understand that but banning us for nothing is stupid. I would like it if the guy was fired from that RaceTrac on 103rd St. and Harlow Blvd.
frozen yogurt bar
This is the THIRD time I have visited this store in Commerce, GA expecting to eat a delicious ice cream with all the fixings. AGAIN they were out of hot fudge and Carmel sauce...said the machine was broken..same thing they said last spring! Futhermore, half of the toppings were empty and a couple of the yogurt machines didn't work. This is really a dynamic idea and for the exorbitant price you pay, you should really get the whole works. We walked out without purchasing anything.

I went to cash in a winning ticket 7 days ago and it was a mega millions . i had a mega ball win. Was only given 2 dollars back when i suspect it should have been 4 dollars back. As i was not shown the receipt. I will never really know what i won. You people are thieves. I should have been given the receipt. I sir am a veteran of a foreign war. I served my country honorably. I went in to pay for a lg cup of ice cream . i was charged almost 15 dollars. I cannot believe your ice cream is 15 dollars a cup. And as usual no receipt. I will be honest with u. Your ice cream is not that good. Where do you get these numbers. On pluto? Or maybe u made the ice cream there.

why isnt it working anymore? it wont load rewards or coupons im getting frustrated with it, im getting ready to delete it the app and forget about all those rewards cant use them anyway..so please! i really like this app and would like for yall to fix it soon !. i have tried to contact someone about this problem and nothing! i have an android and would to know how to fix this? thanks
I am having the same problem. It would take load the points to redeem when I get in the store, and when I deleted and reinstalled the app at the suggestion of the Racetrac employee, it now shows ZERO points (had 419 last week) They can't do anything to help in the store

I went into the Crowley road location to purchase cigarettes, but first asked to speak with Porscha the 3rd shift manager. Porscha acted very unprofessional and yelling while being on your property, as well as on the clock. Porscha did come outside and forgot I was in fact a customer, first. No, I didn't purchase anything at today's visit, due to her behavior. Porscha told me to get out of, "Her store and I explained to her that it isn't her store at all." Porscha lost the customer first mindset of keeping business separate from personal relations. In my organization, that would not be tolerated by an associate, and never by a "manager" Please review your video from today, 04/15/18 between 2:55 - 3:15. Extremely disappointed longtime customer.

The store location at 20 and Hurricane Shoals in Lawrenceville Georgia is an inconvenience to its customers because they are always closed and they always have issues with something and can't do business. My husband stopped by there this morning to get cigarettes and there was a sign on all doors stating they would be closed until 6 am. This is costing your company the loss of business and customers because people are going elsewhere to make their purchases. Please see that this issue is taken care of soon before this location goes under.
