signs and pricing
I go to the RaceTrac on College Blvd Fort Myers FL. I have gone to this location dozens of times. There are signs all over outside of the store that the price for Marlboro is $5.65 per pack for 2 or more so with tax this could come to roughly $18 if I purchased 3 packs. The last 2 times I went to purchase cigarettes I was charged over $20. This is not right, especially with signs stating the price right on the door to the store. The price should be honored.

I go into the Lecanto, Fl store every Sunday at about the same time. I buy approx 2 ounces of soft serve with no toppings. I usually spend about $1.75. All of a sudden it's $3.13. I buy 2 ounces for my 79 year old dad who has dementia and in a long term care facility. This is a surprise for him every Sunday. At the price of $3.13 that seems a little excessive. I would ask that you re-think your pricing

reggie shutting down the ice cream machine when there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it
At 7:30 I took my grand kids in to race trac to get ice cream, as I have been doing every day around the time since last week(minus Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Well tonight when we went in the ice cream section was roped off as if it not working. While making a lotto purchase I found that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the machine, it was simply that your lazy employee Reggie shuts the machine down because he don't like when parents bring their kids in for ice cream and a mess is sometimes made. Reggie don't like that he has to clean the machine, this is what I over heard him explaining to another customer. I feel that there is no need for Reggie to shut the machine down. He could have simply posted a sign asking the parents to prepare the kids ice cream instead . And one effect of him closing the machine down is causing your company money because, every time I bring my grand kids in for the fee ice cream cup, I buy a cup for myself and I'm sure other parents do as well. I'm hoping that someone would please contact Reggie (who's employed at you store on 103rd st in Jacksonville Florida) and ask him not to shut the machine down or not to shut it down so early. If you feel that Reggie is right please forgive me for wasting your time. Thank you

Went to purchase at race trac in Opelousas on July 7, 2018. The product was expired. We have 5 months left in 2018 and these products expired in 2017. This is ridiculous, I work hard for the money I make and I'm spending it on expired items. The store is always dirty and the bathrooms are filthy. There are too many associates working there for the store to look the way it looks and for there to be expired items on the sales floors.

I went in to use my rewards points this evening at my local racetrac store. I added my items to redeem my points with so it didn't go thru. So we try adding another 2 items and still wouldn't go thru. So the gentleman assisted me and proceeded to add more items to my list. It took off all my points and i have 6 items on my list to be redeemed. All I want is my points to be added back to my account

I went this morning 7-9-18 around 0800 to the Ponchatoula, la 70454 racetrac for gas, drink, Copenhagen . I filled my truck up with gas like I do at this gas station three times a week and went inside to get a drink and Copenhagen. Put my drink on the counter and told the cashier that I needed some Copenhagen pouches mint. She proceeded to grab Reg Copenhagen so I said I needed the mint pouches and she reply back that I needed to make up my mind this is ridiculous And told the lady behind me that she tired of dealing with people. I spend i lot of money at this gas station if this is the kind of service I'm going to get me and my relatives will stop going there.

I got $10 of gas with my card my friend connected tge pump and walked around the gas machine because he was going to tell me sometging as soon as he gets to the window from walking around the pump it makes that click noise when its done and the machine says it gave me the gas me and my friend were like whaf the [censored] it was on there for literaly 12 seconds so i check and turn my truck on and nope my gas tank is still the same it went one line up on the gas indicator so i go and complain to the worker and what does he do give me a receit what the [censored] do i want a [censored]ing paper for so im wondering when im getting my money back because thats [censored]ed up sorry for being rude but im mad i got money problems going on at home thats the only reason im complaining

new manager 3rd shift
There is a brand new 3rd shift manager named Adam working at the Crossville location in Roswell Georgia. He is clearly inexperienced and far too young to be responsible. He does no work while the other employees do everything. He openly talks to customers about smoking weed and even offers advice about which products he prefers to roll "blunts" with. He also is rude to the regulars and sleeps in the office on shift. Wow. This guy has been there less that a week and clearly Race trac will make anyone a manager... Really? Fire that guy.
free icecream for kids under 12 announcement
I went to the Racetrack 10315 Curry Ford Rd Orlando FL 32829 with the announcement of a free swirl of ice cream for every kid under 12, when I get there they said that I have to pay 2 of them because he said that was just one per guest, I have exactly 3 kids under 12 just like that announcement said and everyone I know said that one for each kid is how it's supposed to work.

I walked into this Racetrac and there was crap all over the floor. I mean not just in the foyer but throughout the entire store! I've been to many Racetrac's throughout the metroplex and this one was the worst. The cashiers were okay just a little oblivious to the store cleanliness. The store # is 10707 it is in Dallas Texas and I won't be going back there...
gas pricing
we were excited to see a new ractrac being built in our community that offered very competitive gas prices and in my opinon is a trend setter on gas pricing as we have seen made manifest by several competitors in the same area adjusting their pricing to match racetracs after many years of elevated pricing prior to this new racetrac being built. We have always had to drive across town to walmart to get the best price, however just 2 days prior to this complaint the racetrac had gone from $2.57 on minimum grade gas to $2.69. I made an easy choice to NOT buy your gas and was fortunate enough to have found one of the aforementioned competitors gas pricing at $2.57 which I bought! My suggestion to racetrac is that if you want loyal customers please stay loyal to your customers! I will gladly drive to walmart across town if their pricing is better, I ask racetrac to NOT fall into the practice of price gouging simply because its a National holiday. this particular store is located in rome ga, on martha berry hwy.

This evening I went to get gas. I get onto line to pay and no one is behind me. One clerk is ringing a guy up with a lot of lottery tickets and the other clerk is listening to the conversation between the her other associate and the customer. She is continuely looking up and sees me standing in clear sight and I am waiting for a good 45 seconds to a minute while before people start to line up behind me before this clerk decides to get up off her [censored] and cash me out for gas. I opened my mouth to her because there was absolutely no reason for her to keep me waiting. This happened around 9:50 friday evening. 6/29/2018
store clerk repeatedly made mistakes
my friend and i shop quite frequently at the store located at 1744 hwy 138 in Conyers, Ga. This morning around 5:30 am we stopped in to buy gas and my friend needed a few other items. at check outer, the clerk gave her the wrong type of cigarettes, (right brand). my friend didn't realize this until she walked outside and looked in her bag. she went back in to correct it. when she came to the car i asked her if she paid for the gas she said yes. i told her no, it was not showing on the pump. she went back in, the same clerk found the transaction and told her that she had said pump 5(i was on pump 9). my friend told her no that she even turned around and looked to make sure she told her the correct pump . the clerk put the money for the gas on pump 5 and someone else got my gas. the other clerk stated that she thought my friend said pump 9 . instead of admitting she had made a mistake and attempted to correct it, all the while someone else was getting the gas they did not pay for on pump 5. because the clerk took too long arguing with my friend about the transaction. my friend didn't get a receipt so she didn't have of knowing about the mistake until i told her. it would have been different if my friend had told her the wrong pump, but she didn't. there might not be anything you can do about it, but i wanted you to know about the situation. my friend doesn't have money to just throw away like that. its all she can do to make ends meet as it is. that $20.00 could have fed her 3 children another day or two!

Employees say the computer tells them when pump is out of paper but the pump says it is out!
Other employees say that the paper and printer is sensitive to the heat and the cold and humid and dry air and refuse to work!
They must be Liberals! This is the most fantastic excuse for being too lazy to check the pumps that could ever be imagined.
Here's one for you to share: The Zombies roam the place in the middle of the night and tamper with the printers in the pumps!
My complaint is with the Racetracs on Hwy 78 in Loganville, Georgia and 3840 Stone Mountain Hwy 78 Snellville, Georgia.
Please help those of us who do not want a Coke or candy bar or lottery tickets, condoms or cigarettes or dip to put in our lip or a beer in a brown paper bag to sip on. We want gasoline and a receipt.
2nd shift manager
Hello, I was in the race track on 50 by deltona today, and the lady Jayne who is the 2nd shift manager was very rude to me. I went in to get blunts and I'm very aware I have to show my id before I purchase the item. And my boyfriend was with me as well, and he had already had his id out, and she rudely said "where is your id" and I gave it to her and she actually threw it back at me. This was very rude and I'm going to tell everyone how I was treated there by her. It was very wrong and something should be done about how she acts towards customers.

When I go in and tell the cashier that I want a mega bucks and a Florida lottery I expect the cashier to know what it is I want to buy I went in tonight the 23rd and tried to buy just what I said and she didn't know what it was I was asking for she got 2 tickets and handed them to me and I thinking she had given me the right ones left the store. When I got home after driving a good half hour and looked at my tickets found out that they were indeed wrong tickets. I went back and told another cashier that it was wrong and she told me that they could not exchange the ticket and I said well it's not what I asked for and I would like to get the correct one she called the acting manager over and the lady told me that I should look at it before I leave the property I will tell you I was not at all pleased with the acting managers response and she did not act professional at all after all I am 59 years old and not a child I will be going in to see the real manager and let her know what happened as far as I am concerned treatment in that manner is not appreciated at all and she did not handle it well in my opinion this was at the Racetrac on the corner of US 1 and Old Moultrie Rd in St Augustine Florida.

I came into the racetrac on seigen Lane at 9:48ish pm on Thursday June 21 I asked the cashier when was the pizza cooked. She replied the times are on the pizza. I go back and look the pizza was expired so I got candy instead. I told her the pizza had expired at 9:14pm she said I'm not back their I'm up here that's not my job with a nasty attitude. I replied I'm just telling you so you can tell whomever. She replied boy get out my face and out of the store. Then she got on her phone and told her boyfriend to fight me in the parking lot . I paid for my items and left she was telling me to stay thru the window so I can fight her boy friend. As a former store manager I hope this location has better employees then this . This type of actions shouldn't be tolerated.

I was at the racetrac in Newnan ga on bullsboro. A employee named dilethia was so disrespectful and rude. She asked for the next Customer to come up so rudely. And said "mam"! So rude and high and said if you don't hurry your [censored] up! I was so shocked at what came out of her mouth she tried to catch herself saying the [censored] word! I can't believe she's hired there with a nasty attitude! This is horrible!
bait and switch
Was lied to, cheated and stolen from. They are displaying a cheap gas price and then when you stop in to fill up it is a high price. I took digital evidence. And want this resolved before we take legal action on this matter. This is bait and switch, which is illegal. I will further more take this matter to higher authority. This is incredibly wrong.
