breakfast time
Here as part of a bus tour with Caledonian Travel, who are based in Scotland. Have been given a time for a group dinner of 7.45 pm. which is just acceptable. However having originally been advised by Caledonian Travel that Breakfast is served from 7 am until 10 am - this has been overruled by hotel staff and have been told breakfast will be served as a group booking at 7 am. This is totally unacceptable having been 10 hours on the road, given a late dining time and not leaving for our outing until 10.15 am. Is this common practice for your hotel to dictate a set time for breakfast and not advise customers until their arrival? Even if it is your practice to give a set time to bus group bookings, 7 am is unreasonably early. It is not as if there are amenities close by for those without individual transport and it is utterly unfair and disrespectful to expect your guests to sit around for over 2 hours. I am hoping this complaint will be picked up tonight and remedied before your guests retire for the evening. I may add it is not easy to find a phone number to enable one to contact Customer Care to have this problem dealt with. I trust I do not have to wait your suggested 48 hours to get this problem resolved as it requires attention immediately .

Recently stayed in this hotel. Ramada is a well known hotel and this particular one was $215 for one night stay. What I found was horrible for the Ramada name. Pool and hot tub were non usable, carpets have not been cleaned, room had food on walls, blood stain, semen on bed skirt and throw pillows, mildew shower curtain, and garbage still in the trash can. Where do I start. I haved stayed at this hotel before and I have to say I enjoyed my stay in the past. But a year has passed and alot has changed. If i could have given them zero stars I would.
We checked in and found out that there was a 20 dollar charge for parking a day even though online they said it was free plus a 10 dollar a day fee for using the pool rather or not u use it or not. Next we went to our room and let me tell you how disgusting it was. Sheets were durty, bedding was ripped, carpet had wet spots all over it, baseboards on the bed had finger prints on it like greasy ones, same with mirror, balcony had cigarette buts all over it and dead leaves, walls had dirt on it and sink was dirty. We did get a new room and the next room was much cleaner except for the balcony.
We than used 1 of the indoor pools and my daughter started to cry as she said her down stairs was burning. We got out of the pool and our hair all felt like straw with a thick coating of slime on it. We all went to wash our hair and after our hair still had a coating of gross on it and it was impossible to brush. We spoke with the manager nikki about our experience with the hotel room and with the pool being more concerned about other guests experiencing what we had with the hair and the down stairs. But when we spoke to her she was nothing but unprofessional didnt take any owership about the conditions of the room or pool basically just kept telling me "well i have not heard this from anyone else except you" as she shrugged shoulders. After some more pushing she gave us a complimentary stay for 1 night the NEXT time we visit the hotel. Like that was helpful as we would want to come back... Nope. But the kicker was the next day we leave and we come back about 4 hours later to find our room to our hotel open just wide open for any one to walk in and not a cleaner in sight. We did find a cleaner down the hall around the bend and when we asked him about our room he also just looked at us shugged his shoulders and said "oh i must have forgotten to close it" no apology no nothing he could care less. We of coarse went to the front desk to let them know and basically got the same repsonse from the supervisor shrugged shoulders with a lame im sorry. We checked out the next day and we would expect after all the things that happened that we would get something off our stay but nope they charged us and sent us on our way. So needless to say we won't be back.

I would like to point out that our experience of ramada management and staff being total and utterly shameless crooks and theives relates to banquetting and not the accommodation side. Most notably their banquetting manager, ihsan khan and his sidekick fellow crook shifa, along with the rest of the catering and security staff who are all in on this scam, which I am about to describe in detail, as follows.
We booked a hall for my wife's 40th birthday on 18th august, weeks in advance.in fact, we had settled the total bill with mr ihsan khan almost a month ago. The scam is very simple and works to take advantage of the customer when they are seemingly at their most vulnerable and weakest, when they are entertaining their guests. I guess mr khan and the rest of his fellow chors (crooks) think that the customer will not be thinking straight at this time and will simply relent and give in to their scam. But not this customer. This time, unfortunately for mr khan an his pathetic band of merry men, this customer was not about to simply allow them to carry out the scam and over-charge me under the guise of a so-called "human error in calculation".
So basically, around half way through our birthday party, mr khan sent along a fellow crony to approach me and make out that the original bill we had settled in full weeks ago, was in fact, miscalculated and in "actual fact" the true bill was substantially higher.in an attempt to try and illegally and shamelessly extort this money from me, they invited me downstairs to mr ihsan's office and began making threats. Can you believe this? Can you believe the audacity of this 2-bit cheap crooks dressed as banquetting management staff of an international hotel chain? No! Me neither!
When I raised my voice, in front of many other guests, much to the embarrassment of mr ihsan khan and his band of crooks, he wuixly retreated to his office and shut the door.
However as we were leaving, he had instructed the security staff at the external gate to block us and to not allow us to pass until we "settled" the matter. Basically until we paid him his illegal bribe or extortion amount, or whatever you can call it! Can you believe this [censored]ing [censored]? Well mr ihsan khan, i'm afraid your game is up. Your days at ramada international are finished, i'm sorry to say. As soon as someone high up at wyndham international reads this review (for which I have full documented and video evidence) - yes mr khan, I was secretly filming your scam and now this footage along with other evidence will teach the offices of the compliance department of wyndham international - I am absolutely sure your job at ramada will be finished.
Best of luck, mr ihsan khan, banquetting manager at ramada islamabad.
But more importantly, best of luck to any unsuspecting guests and customers who wish to book at ramada - please beware!

Stayed at Ramada Airport Indianapolis, park sleep and fly. Checked in 08/15/19, returned 08/21/19. Room was subpar: Strong mildew smell, damp carpet, cracks in the floors walls and ceiling in the room and elevator, no phone in room, had to go to front desk for towels, TV remote broken and had no battery cover. Upon my return I called for the shuttle back to the hotel to retrieve my vehicle was told where to wait, 20 minutes later received a call from Tori telling me the shuttle would not be available for 1.5 hours to pick me up. I called for a ride with Lyft. Tori called 10 minutes later, as I was getting in the Lyft car, to say the manager Kevin could pick me up. I took the Lyft back to the hotel to retrieve my vehicle. Spoke with Kevin 08/22/19 and requested compensation for the subpar room and unavailable shuttle service. He very rudely refused to compensate me in any way.
