Red Lobster shrimp tacos

We went to the Sawmill Rd Red Lobster in Dublin, Ohio for our Wedding Anniversary.
I ordered shrimp tacos that are my favorite!
I bit into one and soon realized they left the tails on.
I told the server and she took plate back to kitchen.
She came back with same plate where the tails were taken off and extra dressing was all over the top to try to cover up.
It was so messy and could hardly eat.
No one came back to check on us until way after we were ready to leave.
I am not upset with server. I believe she did her best with bad management who we never saw.
We will not be back to this restaurant for a while.

Red Lobster rude manager

We went to the Anderson SC restaurant tonight for a birthday gathering, we waited to be seated for 50 mins then waited another 50 mins for our food. We complained to the manager who was very rude and disrespectful seemed to have no care at all. We had 3 small children with us 2 of school age who was tired and needed to be in bed bc it was late they were hungry and eil had to wait 50 mins for there food. The manager proceeds to get very ugly and hateful with my mom and my mom told her that she would go above her and have her fired and she smarted off and said that she didn't give a damn. Told us to get out of her restaurant or she would call the law. We ended up calling before she did we had 2 witnesses behind us who seen everything that went on and was highly upset at how we got treated. This manager was very very unprofessional I've never seen anyone act like her in my life. She needs to be fired and doesn't need to be a manager at all

We even paid for all of our food which was over $250 worth of food. It wasn't about getting free food it was about us going there as a family to have a birthday gathering. This is not how a business should be ran at all.

Red Lobster managers

I was recently employed for red lobster at 6500 miller lane, when multiple managers were letting people with the flu work on the floor. Runny stools and I was personally in the bathroom when ashtyn tucker was throwing up. I found out my daughter had head lice as did I come to follow was not sent home for this either. Jacyia treats white people like she is above them ask any white server multiple of them have said it especially women. This red lobster is awesome except for lack of respect of people who are below managers. Sunday september 9 2018 I decided to quit because of the unsanitary environment along with the pure disrespect of a manager (jacyia) going up to a certain table 4 times asking if everything was ok. They order a new york strip with the rock lobster lobster mashed potatoes broccoli topped with cheese along with 1 1/2 pound of snow crab lobster mashed potatoes broccoli topped with cheese and a blue cheese salad mixed with ranch the lady had a virgin strawberry daiquiri and the man had a strawberry daiquiri with a shot of patron they did not want drinks or salad until their meal came I was waiting for second daiquiri to be made because I made the mistake of bringing hers to early as I was putting whip cream on her daiquiri jacyia grabbed my tray and said is this table 40 as if I had for got drinks and salads which was not the case she then proceeded to ask them if everything was okay and they told her no they had terrible service and I was the worse server they ever had this was out of her mouth she comped a $109.00 bill and proceeded to tell me it was not looking good for me and I asked what was going on considering I went to the table multiple times and they said they were great she then told me "we already talked about this" i'm sorry what did we talk about and she then proceeded to tell me she forgot to tell me I was giving bad service also the night before but just had forgot I then gave her my checkout and left. Please do something about this manager she is a terrible asset to your company that I planned to be with for quite a while and she just pushed me away 4 servers quit that sunday. As long as she is in charge of anything you will not succeed in all parts of your business

Red Lobster poor service and cold food

On Sunday, September 16, 2018 at approximately 8:00 pm my family and I arrived a Red Lobster located at 5030 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN. for dinner. After being seated we weren't greeted by our waitress until about 15 minutes later. The hostess took our drink order and brought out biscuits. We received about 3 rounds of biscuits before our orders were taken. After the waitress finally arrived to take our orders it took about 30-45 minutes prior to receiving our meals. My son and I ordered the endless shrimp and was very excited to try the new ones, but after the long wait my family became frustrated and was very displeased by the service. My boyfriend spoke with the manager about the poor service and explained how disappointed he was with the service after visiting this location a couple a months ago and receiving superb service. The manager apologized and took one meal off of our ticket. In my opinion, the bill should have been $0. We look forward to the annual endless shrimp and its sad that we had such a poor experience.

Red Lobster service

My family and i come in at 9:30 took sever about 20 min to greet us when see did we got or salads at 10:00 pm and yall close at ten.they was very slow when we came in the sever brought our food out cold service was awful told my son they didnt cut up oranges slices his food came out last.ask for a manger he never came over so we walk out and as we leaveing he still didnt say he was sorry or anything.he was the black manger.worst experience ever.from this company and we here every sunday

Red Lobster customer service

My daughter and I went to dinner on Friday the 14th at red lobster in Saginaw Mich. The meal was not hot and after we received some of the food they told us part of it was not available. We would have left and went somewhere else. They should have comped the meal and not tried to wiggle their way out of lousy service. The manager offered us a gift card or dessert but I will never eat there again. I have gone on line and found several unsatisfied customers. You need to rethink your business and start over. Also charging extra for everything is ridiculous! !

Red Lobster horrible service!

We went to eat tonight with my family! Love Redloster! (have always!) we waited for seating for 45 minutes.. I was ok with that it's always worth it. Well, we have two smaller infants with use. We get seated and order and waited for a good hour and a half! (this was to get our order of drinks then food, took forever btw) get our food after everyone who was in line has left! By this point ask for the manager she talks to us and never returns! Very unprofessional! Over the years we have spent good money at this location (oxford Alabama) I will never be back! That's not the professional way of doing things! U hope this will help! (not losing future costumers)

Red Lobster worst experience with food I have had at red lobster

My husband and I went to Red Lobster on September 8, 2018 around 9 pm for our date night. I ordered the endless shrimp and he ordered crab legs. Each one of us got a Caesar salad as one of our sides, it was just to salty to even eat (this was the 2nd experience we have had with the Caesar salad being extremely salty), so we put them to the side. We waited about 30 minutes on our actual entrees to arrive, and they were awful. His crab legs we cooked to long or left sitting in water because the were to soft to break and kept tearing up. My shrimp alfredo was dry, with no seasoning at all, and the scampi was salty as heck, so I ordered the shrimp with cheese and pico de gala on top of it and it was awful as well. I did not get to eat any of my shrimp because the entrees were so badly cooked. The recipes at Red Lobster have changed or something because there food dishes are just nasty now and not appealing to the taste buds at all. I do not think that I will be going back to Red Lobster any time soon if again at all. A refund of the meal will be a decent resolution to the problem.

Red Lobster not advertising that the endless shrimp it's not everyday

On Tuesday September 11th I promise of friend that I will treat her to Red Lobster she has never eaten at Red Lobster before and I haven't eaten a Red Lobster since I was around 6 or 7 years old. Unfortunately I can't eat there the way I used to because I've fallen on hard times so when I eat there I have to save my money up to go well Tuesday when I called the make sure that they were still offering the endless shrimp I was told that it wasn't on Tuesday that it was on a specific day that angry me because I look at the commercial all the time and no word on your advertisement is states that you don't offer the endless shrimp everyday

Red Lobster shrimp and service

We went Septv12, for our daughters birthday. 6 of us ordered, Got there and they didn't have our name down( I called and spoke to manager around 1:00 told area we requested would be ready, got there had no name down and had to wait on table that we wasn't where I asked . Over $130 and the Shrimp were not good, had a mush to them not crusty, tasted bad. Two of us ordered endless, taste of fried shrimp wasn't good do list money, because only one helping of the endless. Our waitress done good as she could, very sweet . But had to wait and wait on drinks and then asked to sing happy Birthday to our daughter and girl said others were busy so they couldn't sing with her, poor girl had to do it alone. Service wasn't good, Birthday was not special tonight. Waitress was running hard . Think really short handed. Terrible night, next Birthday may not be there . Please reply [protected]. Edna Meeks

Red Lobster service

I came into the establishment at 7:20pm I was seated at 8pm we didn't receive our meals until 9:30pm we ordered endless shrimp so naturally we couldn't enjoy that because I complained to manager and he brought us the bill and apologized I mean we walked to the bar to get drinks no one took our order it was the worst service ever. The Downers Grove location will not be visited by me ever again!

Red Lobster behavior of employees.

I'm very appalled that it was allowed for employees to celebrate an employee leaving with a cake saying you won't be missed on company premises. Not all people get along but allowing this to occur on company premises is very appalling. It scares me to eat there with this kind of behavior from employees, it makes me think what are they going to do to my food behind my back. I'm sure the people that hear this story will be as appalled as I am.

Red Lobster the whole night beginning to end

When arrived was told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait with only 4 tables in restraunt occupied so asked to sit at bar and have a drink while we wait 10 minutes before server came to give us our drink when asked her what was going on she rudely said they were short of help. When we were finally seated and got another server we ordered an app. Lobster stuffed mushrooms horrible, my husband ordered shrimp and salmon 15 minutes go by no Salmon so she offered him cod then came back no cod so she offered flounder only got meal needless to say not so good either I ordered Ultimate feast cold over cooked... we both ordered salads got them 10 minutes after our main meal we did not eat them or even half the meal ... Horrible experience when we spoke to the manager she 20.00 off our bill . Needless to say will not be back

Red Lobster cleanliness

We tecently visited Red Lobster in Grandville, MI for a family Sunday lunch. We were greatly disappointed by the level of cleanliness in the windows surrounding our booth. There were dead bugs, dust and dirt. As the adage goes if what you "see" is dirty imagine what you can't see(the kitchen). This is a restaurant we visit often but will reconsider based on this visit. This was not a cheap visit for the four of us and the dirtiness ruined our experience. Please correct this issue and ensure your restaurants are cleaned appropriately.

Red Lobster crab-topped tilapia

Saturday my husband and I went to Crab Fest in Aurora, Il. I ordered the Crab-topped Tilapia and it was so very dry and very little crab sauce over it. I really couldn't eat it, so I took it home and the next day I microwaved it with butter to make it a little better. So, I did eat it the next day but was disappointed Saturday night. With appetizer, wine and entrees we spent almost $100 and I couldn't eat my entrée. I did mention to the waitress it wasn't great and she did say she was sorry I didn't like it. Just thought you should know so perhaps the entrée could be improved. It looked really good in the picture.

Red Lobster insulting server

Good Morning Sir or Ma'am,

My Fiance', My son, daughter and myself after being victims of hurricane Irma last year were finally able to afford to go out to dinner as a family. When we arrived there were very few guests in the store. After we were greeted and seated we were welcomed by Randy, our server. He immediately seemed preoccupied and was sweating too much to be standing over me. Tea and root beer was ordered except my son ordered a Budweiser.

When our drink order arrived all was perfect except for the Bud light. When Randy returned about 4 or 5 minutes later with the correct beer, we weren't quite ready to order. I looked thru the menu few times, glanced on the table, searched the walls for any sign of seasonal or daily specials that the server had no interest in sharing with us even though clearly we were all having a hard time deciding what we wanted to order.

When he came for a third time for our order, I asked Randy what, if any, were the specials. Randy responded, " Uh today is Saturday." I was confused yet embarrassed.He went on to tell us the specials available and then emphasized again we chose the wrong day and time to dine a little frugally. He then pointed to a dinner that could be mixed and matched stating, " but that is about the best I can do."

Feeling defeated as my 16 year old daughter sat quietly, I felt like a peasant who dared dine with the refined royalty. We placed our orders, and in no time, I had a perfectly cooked Medium N.Y Strip still sizzling, right in front of my eyes. All four of our meals were superb, cooked to perfection.

Randy returned when we about 3/4 way through our meal and refilled the teas and root beer. Then he quickly left never acknowledging my son had an empty beer bottle and may be thirsty as well. As we were wrapping up our meals, he offered once again to refill the tea and soda, but continued to ignore my son.

We sat another 20 minutes when I FINALLY had had enough and waved down a different server to ask where pay our bill or were supposed to pay the server. Randy appeared as I I was about to place a take out order for another son who stayed back in the motel. ( we are still displaced and my 18. 19 and 23 yr old sons have had to separate from the family in order to have a roof over them). I repeated my take out order for Randy instructing the check be added on my sons, who was with us, ticket. He responded, with a look of complete disgust saying., " Another On?" I asked for bags for our leftover boxes when he came with these, we were ready to pay our bill and leave but Randy quickly bagged the food and off he went again. I was so insulted by this I stood up and hailed another server to ask how do I pay the bill. Randy did not add fuel to my fire, thank goodness, so I left the group and sat outside on a chair waiting for my family to finish up. On my way passed the hostess podium, there was no other customers around, so I told her how our server was the rudest one I've had in my life. I tried to give Randy the benefit of the doubt as I believe after he put our order in, the sections may have been changed causing unintentional neglect to our table. However his monotone personality, repeated insulting comments and our wasted time leads me to believe that we were unwanted patrons at least by our server and I have no desire, going forward, to ever return to pay for a $74.00 meal with terrible service and leaving with the feeling our departure was a relief for the server.

Red Lobster took quite long to get food on a very slow night

I'd like to start by saying I hate to complain I have never done this and I have stage 4 cancer on chemo and radiation..I not looking for pity just a little back ground..since this has started I have lost my sense of taste and smell..which I have been just getting it back once in a while..I've been loosing wait due to that and i developed a burning sensation in my mouth..so makes it hard to eat..but the lobster just had looked so good and it was my be-lated birthday dinner since I was givin a prepaid gift card..my birthday is on August 11 and 2 yrs ago on my birthday i found out that i had stage 4 lung cancer..they gave me 3 to 6 months to live and here its 2yrs..well enough of that but we got or salad fairly quick and then it was at least a good 25 mins or better before we got or meal except my lobster that i hand picked..another 10 mins they bring my lobster out..i asked the waiter to take it back and just split open ..well everone is done eating along with me but without lobster..finally i had enough and told them that i want to go and I'll pay for the meal minus the lobster..like i said there was maybe 5 or 6 customers in there..i was never offered anything else they gave me the full bill which i think was $74..i was really looking forward to that since i havent been eating well..I've been to this same restaurant many times and it's always been great but i dont think I'll ever go back there again..i honest think they either shouldnt have charged me or at least cut the bill in half..but was never gave that option cuz i m not like that but i work part time and my wife quit her job when i got sick to help me..so obviously we dont ever get out..sorry about being so long winded but i just wanted to give u some back ground..I've been wanting to post this on Facebook but i figure I'd see what u would say about this..thanks..Dennis Bartfai

Red Lobster the experience

I was seated at my table at 10:15. The waiter came around at 10:30 to introduce himself to then say he will be right back. Myself and my family waited for again for this young gentlemen who was actually very rude to me. He took the order. The soup was never hot which I never mentioned it. He never even gave us water. We even had to ask for biscuits. Then he gave us no utensils until around 10:50 then he never checked on us. When he did come back we asked what was taking so long and he said maybe it's becuase they close at 11:30 and there trying to get out as fast as possible. The food came literally at 11:17 which I checked my phone. Red lobster closes at 11:30. The drinks came super late. The kids started falling asleep it was just terrible. So when we asked to have the food portion cancelled the waiter then got upset and stated we had to speak to manager. So now the manager makes up wait while she has a plate of food eating. She took long I'm sure because she was probably bothered that we had an issue! Not only that but the place was EMPTY. There was only one lady there who was sweet and kinda and my a couple others but unfortunately we got the bad batch for the night. This young man name is Brandon and the manager that night name was Tanya. She waived all the fees and asked if she could feed the kids at 11:30 at this point which we turned down becaUse we were scared the food might have been manipulated. So we just left. That was the worse expletive I've ever had at a place before. I expected better from red lobster and Bettee employees. Thanks for taking the time to review my complaint.

Red Lobster customer service

My boyfriend and I went to Red Lobster in Lynchburg VA. As a fellow server I have certain expectations, we sat for 30 minutes after ordering food and drinks from the bar... I approached the manager and stated that we haven't received anything and she agreed to comp our check, we were blatantly ignore by the server and everything took entirely too long including the bread, soup, boxes etc! Upon receiving the bill only one thing had been taken off which was our appetizer.. the taste of food was exceptional so we paid our 82$ check without complaint even though the manager had promised more compensation! We paid in cash asked for our change which then took an addition 20 minutes to get! I understand the restaraunt business very well and even on a busy Saturday night there are ways to make your guest feel comfortable and taken care of. A simple "I'm sorry I'm a little busy if you all don't mind baring with me I will get you everything you need" would have gone a long way! However, we got a server who walked past our table more than 10 times without saying a word! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Wow Lynchburg, Im actually surprised they even took anything off the check. A long wait does not equate a free meal. That said I'm sorry you had a bad experience. What I usually do when I get ignored is get up and literally help myself to refills and if they approach me I just say "hey I thought it was self serve because we're not being helped" sure it's a bit passive aggressive but it works! Also when forced to wait I sometimes just change my mindset and tell my date "hey this is forcing us to spend more time together..let's just enjoy the atmosphere and relax and talk"

Red Lobster menu

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back the Outer Banks Sampler. Dozens of online forums talk about it being their favorite. I used to eat there AT LEAST once a week, from the pick two menu I got the Sampler and fried shrimp. I ate there probably ten straight years. The servers didn't even give me a menu, they knew what I wanted. Why take away such a popular item? I eat at Red Lobster about twice a year now. Big mistake taking that away.
