This room cost me $176.37 for a nite. The room looked like you would rent it by the hour. There was a piece of steel coming out of the bed that held up the mattress it stuck out about 6inches and I hit my foot on it , “good morning” the bathroom was dirty and the sheet and towels should have been disposed of not washed, I’m not sure they were. At almost $200 a nite I would expect a clean room morning coffee and real towels and sheets this was a $20 per hour room

Service and inconsistency
I book reservations on march 24 2023 for my event on July 9th 2023. I was advised that I could lock the same rate at another date since I have other reservations on file. Call back around May to add on reservation that I made on July 9th to add additional rooms and was told the rate change. I was highly upset that I was told the wrong information and spoke with guest relations. Spoke with supervisor and advised them to pull up the call. They pull the call and made an apology about the incorrect information I received. The provided me with points for a free room and also advise me to call the hotel themselves to see if they can make a correction in price which they did. Call the hotel and they gave me a rate for my event. Called today to add more additional rooms and spoke with representative name Minall on the phone. She quoted me a price and I indicated I will call back within 2-3 hours, and she stated ok. Called back within the time frame and the prices change again. Was upset that prices change and was not given the correct information again. Request to speak with a supervisor. Spoke with Marina the supervisor. She was very rude. She cut me off in the conversation did not want to hear why I was calling. Advise to pull up the call. She cut me off and stated was there anything else she can help with. I ask her was she purposely cutting me off, she stated yes then place me on hold and return to the phone around 1 minute later. Then she again asks was there anything else she can assist with, then hung up the phone. This behavior is appalling and disrespectful to red roof brand. I want them to make this right and provided me with the service I deserve with better outcomes. If this is not resolved by before my event. I want the bbb to paste this information on their website and I will provide this information on social media pages as well.
Desired outcome: I want them to make this right. They need to go up and beyond for the customer and provided me with the service I deserve with better outcomes.
Disgusting Red Roof Inn

Hi, We did not stay in this hotel for the following reasons below.
1. This place looked like a drug dealers paradise. Bum’s, prostitutes and it looked like two people were selling drugs out of one of the rooms.
2. We walk into the small lobby there is no a/c and flies were everywhere. I did not even want to touch the counter is was so nasty.
3. We could never get access to our room. The key system was not working correctly and we tried 3 times and still no access.
4. On top of that, right next to our room there was a bum laying on the side, clothes were stacked up to be wash and the place just outside the office there was trash everywhere. NASTY
5. There was no way that my wife who is 65 and myself a 54 year old DISABLED VETERAN is going to stay in a place that is not safe, clean or worried about being offered drugs.

This was the most disgusting place I've ever encountered. Filthy inside, lack of parking, rude staff, TV didn't work, smelled awful. Informed the staff that the TV was not working and that the place was filthy. They refused to change my room or refund my money. This place was so bad I checked out in 30 minutes. Nothing in the room was touched, bed was not slept in, still they kept my security deposit. Left some items in the room which I could not retrieve because this skid row establishment does not publish their phone number on the web. I plan to sue Red Roof Inn if I do not receive a full refund.
Desired outcome: 100% refund for the 30 minutes I stayed there. Charged for full day plus a $50 security deposit that was never returned.

This place is a joke. The rooms are so unsafe and nasty, I don't even know how they are still in business. The rooms have active roaches crawling around, bed bugs that have eaten us alive. When you make mention of this to the front desk staff, they call you a liar. We have asked for someone to come spray the rooms but was told "we don't have bed bugs" and they never sent anyone to spray. They charged almost $1800 for a months stay! that's more than some peoples bills every month, and the hotel don't even have WIFI or a phone! People are constantly around doing drugs in the open. I was electrocuted by the air conditioner when attempting to cut it on because the button was missing and you had to stick either your finger or something else in it to cut it on. Holes in the walls (Bathroom). Sheets are disgusting's, with make-up stains, blood stains, and God knows what other kind of stains are on it. Ice machine doesn't work, doors do not lock, you can unlock some ones room by just sliding your card through the door. Fridge is currently leaking. The staff is rude every time you go to make mention of any complaint about the room. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a hotel! the website offers, internet, phones, dry cleaning, iron and ironing board, blow dryer coffee and tea makers, and in the 3 rooms i have been in, NONE of the rooms had these. It says there is a fitness center, but I wouldn't use it if I had to, because they are probably not clean either.

Staff / room issue
When I got here I to the red roof in about 5 months ago give or take I noticed that I keep waking up itching all through the night and I informed staff members and they had someone come check the room and bed and told us that there was nothing they could see well about a week or so ago we informed staff again about an issue with the room which was that the toilet was leaking out from the bottom of the toilet and everytime u went to the bathroom the floor would be flooded and ended up coming out into the actual room and we had to stay on the staff members about this is until about 2 to 4 days ago when they finally switched us to another room and then when they went to check the room after we left it and got settled into the new room they came to inform us that the other room was infested with bed bugs which was in the room when I first checked.in because I even let staff know and they honestly acted like they didn't care and then wanted to try and make it out like me a d my fiance and our animals brought the bed bugs in which is not the case and to make things worse we was asked to get our animals out the room so they could spray this room and told us that it would only take about 2 hrs and me and my fiance had to walk around for 3 hours with our dog because we had no where else to and then we came back about thinking that they had sprayed and didn't and then had to sit outside the room 2 more hours because they waited until we got back to want to spray.
Desired outcome: I would like 2 have at least a one week paid for due to the fact that we told staff about the issue and it costed me a day at work and it also cause me to get wrote up and I have never had that happen before

My room was so dirty and blood on sheets mold on tub food behind beds I took a lot of pictures and sent to live video dried up throw up on rugs my daughter fell and got hurt and no one called to check on her they put us in three rooms and they all were not clean we stayed up all night afraid to sleep it had smoke smell burned holes in blankets and they still charge us a fee to be there which was not fair to us we wasn't even discount for nothing we asked for our money back and they refused I really wanna show the health department the pictures in each room I would never send no one there to stay crack heads everywhere im gonna show this to health department
