Hi who concerned, My pos tracking number: LG196556515MY (pos express) Pos date: 10/12/15 Delivered date (shown in system): 11/12/15 26/12/15 customer called complaint, she haven't receive pos from us and I had call to verified with post office (KAJANG), he say the pos was delivered. We thought customer missing the pos but just yesterday only she received. Due to late delivery of your services, between me and my client is misunderstanding. Please make sure, next time deliver the goods to customer on time. Thank you. Regards, Ratha ([protected])

Actually i just submitted my application for the Redone and waiting for the simcard to arrive through the whatsapp...CAN YOU PLEASE TAKE ACTION AND IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES IN VARIES WAY? Kindly refer to the comments So many complaints and seem never improve?

Saya Lee Pei Ching..menerima panggilan dr pekerja redone KL bernama Zafrul...seorang pekerja yang tidak sopan terhadap pelanggan...cara nak suruh cuatomer bayar bill dengan cara ckp kuat..teriak..pekerja sebegini harus dipecat...memang saya x puas hati dengan perangai dia...

The port out message only gave us 4 hours to reply .. My mum dont know how to operate the phone not even to view a message...when comes to the time she got people help to reply the session has already expired

The internet speed in seremban 2 . Lagi2 area garden homes . Sumpah lembab gile nak mampus . Bayar memahal and internet lembab gile babi yang aku dapat ? Better fix this . Memang ramai la yang tinggalkan redone babi lepas ni bodoh

Konon power la sangat. Sangat tak berbaloi dengan pelan data yang diambil. Data pun turun macam air. Kejap je dah 200MB? Come on la. Line slow macam ****, baik tukar ke telco lain.

Redone terlalu banyak cas tersembunyi. Bila nak deactivate data, macam macam alasan. Mula2 cakap okay . Lepas tu suruh tunggu lama. Then cakap xboleh pulak. Sengaja ke untuk melambat lambat kan. Bila cuba nak tukar telco lain. Susah . Sebab redone susah nk lepaskan customer. Sedangkan services dan apa yg redone tawarkan langsung tidak berbaloi.

i noticed that my upload and download speed is low when i test using speedtest today.

Maxis download speed up to 10mbps how come redone only around 1mbps?

Saya sudah terminate redone ni pada tahun 2016 bulan 7. Tetapi semalam saya dapat surat mengatakan ada bil tertunggak. Redone ni memang suka ambil duit customer or what?. Sbb tu saya terminate redone awal2 sbb tak larat nak bayar and then sistem selalu down dgn mengatakan saya tak bayar lagi.

After being barred, I settle my bills, thr internet connection still not there, even after two hours there still no internet connection. Why so slow. Fix this thing in the future. Even in my redone apps showed im not barred. Cause I used another telco before and do not encounter this kind of problem.

Red one sekarang sangat teruk dan x memuaskan. Lagi2 sekitar melaka area ayer keroh. Line putus putus dan kadang kala x da internet langsung! Bayar tiap2 bulan tapi data macam basic slow nak mati.

Hi,
I had received massage from redone that I reach the limits.
But, Redone Apps shows that I only use 72% of the data.

I did call customer service, email and massaging to the link provided to make complains.

Seems the Redone customer service is not able to take any action.
