We thought customer missing the pos but just yesterday only she received. Due to late delivery of your services, between me and my client is misunderstanding. The coverage in my area have been slow lately this week, when surfing it's take a long time to reach that page. Sometimes when someone make a call they can't reach me.
I have 4 lines in one bill. all 4 lines have no connection for call or sms. what kind of scam is this. every month we pay the bill on the dot but you never never deliver fair service.
i payed the monthly bill but internet connot connect very slowly working totally waste of money from two months

Saya menghadapi masalah untuk menggunakan internet kerana kelajuan internet yang terlalu perlahan di musim PKP ini. Kelajuan untuk download tidak sampai 1MB, ini menunjukkan betapa teruk perkhidmatan internet yang disediakan untuk pengguna RedOne.
My phone show that my line is 4G but the speed of it was too slow like 1.1Mbps.
I think I have pay for payment last month but it still same like before.
It very disgust my social media internet using in my daily life

I had received massage from redone that I reach the limits.
But, Redone Apps shows that I only use 72% of the data.
I did call customer service, email and massaging to the link provided to make complains.
Seems the Redone customer service is not able to take any action.

Red one sekarang sangat teruk dan x memuaskan. Lagi2 sekitar melaka area ayer keroh. Line putus putus dan kadang kala x da internet langsung! Bayar tiap2 bulan tapi data macam basic slow nak mati.

im through whatsapp or even livechat also get nothing back... its very upset and dissapointed
After being barred, I settle my bills, thr internet connection still not there, even after two hours there still no internet connection. Why so slow. Fix this thing in the future. Even in my redone apps showed im not barred. Cause I used another telco before and do not encounter this kind of problem.

Redone terlalu banyak cas tersembunyi. Bila nak deactivate data, macam macam alasan. Mula2 cakap okay . Lepas tu suruh tunggu lama. Then cakap xboleh pulak. Sengaja ke untuk melambat lambat kan. Bila cuba nak tukar telco lain. Susah . Sebab redone susah nk lepaskan customer. Sedangkan services dan apa yg redone tawarkan langsung tidak berbaloi.
