i was using Renna net work gsm [protected] near to 5 years  one year back unfortunately i lost my job and i was in my mother country India for 8 months then my gsm disconnected automatically when i came back to Muscat i am contacted customer service for my gsm activation they said its lost we delete that number more than 5 years i am using that number and still my what's app on that number now i come to know recently someone got my number  in Salalah please disconnect that and give to me back my number its a request

Sir,
During travelling on 24-11-20, my OPPO F15 Mobile with Renna Sim71094977 with my Indian vodafone sim had theft. So I did police complaint in India.
Now I am planned to return to Oman, but sim is lost please advise me to get the same number sim with contacts.
Do you have Renna Counter in Muscat airport.

My name is Sivakumar R Pillai. My son was using Renna service more than 5 years. Now he is in india, due to airport closed, he could not come to Oman. He send the mobile sim to me through courier service from India to Oman. I tried to activate the number, it is not active. So I called customer service, they checked my number and he told me that, they gave to other customer. They deleted the number in March. I told him, there was credit balance, then replied that credit also cancelled.
As long as there is credit balance, they should not resell the number, if they want to do some action, they should block the number, once the customer try to use that number they should contact customer service to activate.

I would like to get back my mobile number. My number is [protected].(Renna mobile)

I recharged from my bank card by online in my own sim...
I got a transaction message from bank Muscat.
But In my Renna account here not added the balance...Can you help me please?

I took a net package of 1.25GB on 01 march 2020 at 9:17 AM back to back I got a congratulation sms of getting 500MB free... after 9 days I got message that I consumed 404.543B out of 500 MB purchased.. Initially I thouhgt some error message as I purchase 1.25GB.. then after 1 day it said all MB consumed and data is locked...

Please solve this ticket Today without fail.

Trouble Ticket No 13176 issued on Saturday 12:18 PM is still not attended to. I took a net package of 1.25GB on 30 Jan 4:49 PM back to back I got a congratulation sms of getting 500MB free... after 2 dyas I got message that I consumed 401.742 MB out of 500 MB purchased.. Initially I thouhgt some error message as I purchase 1.25GB.. then after 1 day it said all MB consumed and data is locked...

Please solve this ticket Today without fail.

I think the FREE scheme of 500MB was not tested and implemented.

I received my number +968 [protected] at Muscat airport registered on my name Muhammad Faheem Abid, I have a resident card of Oman. My number is used by Bengali boy name Monudeen via Imo and WhatsApp. Kindly deregistered him from all other app. Because it can cause misuse on the name of mine. Because this sim is registered on my name. Your prompt and earliest action is requested

Took sim from calicut international airport on 7/05/2019, kerala, india. But once reached oman, sim is not working . While try to call any number, it says subscriber is not available ! Right now I am at ibri, oman. Sim shows range, but not active. How to solve this issue ? Can I correct it online or where to contact for the same? Is there any renna agency in ibri?

Dear Team,
I had purchased recharge card worth OMR 1 on 4th Feb 2019, the card did not work and instead the messages appeared was coupon used already or recharge code not valid.
When I contacted the customer care on 1240 I was informed, this coupon was already used by another number around 6pm same day, but I purchased this coupon at 8: 19 PM.
How do I get my refund or replacements coupon.

I am extremely angry after doing some research on Renna's internet services and finding out that they steal data bought by the customers so that we'll pay more for even more data. This is shocking and vile, I request them to stop indulging in such activities and to not waste our hard earned money. I am opting for Ooredoo or Friendi sim now after seeing Renna's disgusting business ethics. Respect yourselves or close down your company.

Hello sir my mobile no [protected]. I was using this number and after my vacation I forget to recharge the sim and it's get blocked. And it was taken by some other person. But my gmail is linked with this number and now I am not able to login
To my gmail account. Security code is sending to this mobile number and I am not able to access my gmail account. I tried to call that number and getting this following replay "the subscriber you are calling is not available" is there any chance to get that number back. Last two years I am getting the same automatic reply when I am calling this number

I had about 450 MB data in my prepaid plan. On 14th Dec, morning around 1:30 am, I surfed a college website for application and applied for one hour. During this application process only, I found that all my data is gone! I applied similarly with other SIM of Ooredoo and only about 50 MB was used. I contacted the company and they said you have used it. They don't want to listen anything. This type of cheating must be happening to other customers also. Request you all to be aware of this cheating.
