Roger Florist Delivery

I ordered two dozen flowers to be delivered to my wife's business they were never delivered they overcharged me by $20 which I didn't b**** about but I should have then come to find out they said the flowers were undeliverable which is a lie the business was open my wife was there trying to contact them is impossible to get a refund. This is so terrible that this exists I hope this company gets closed down I'm still waiting to see if my credit card can reverse the charges. Advice to anyone avoid this company at all costs.

Roger Florist Flower order

My husband ordered flowers from this company on 2/7 for Valentines day. When I got home from work last night he asked if they had been delivered, they had not! When he tried calling it said that they were closed however per their web site it states they are open until 7pm. This morning he sent an email stating that we never got them and they stated that they were undeliverable. I work in a doctors office, there is NO way they could be undeliverable. I called the number on their website and they answered right away, asked if they deliver to my location and they stated yes. They state we will be getting a refund however after reading these reviews I am not sure even that will happen. Defiantly will NOT ever use them or recommend to ANYONE!

Desired outcome: I would like the flowers and my money back!!!!!!

Roger Florist Flower Delivery

I ordered flowers on 2-2-2023 and they were never delivered. I emailed them about a refund and they emailed me back and asked for my info. I sent it and they said they issued a refund but it never hit my card. They won’t answer any direct questions like why were they unable to deliver the flowers. Today is my [protected] and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND YET.

Roger Florist Flower delivery

Complete and utter [censored] company. I ordered a bouquet for my long-distance girlfriend to arrive on Valentine's Day. I ordered them on February 9th. They, however, did not arrive today. I then looked up the company saw all of these complaints, and felt I was already scammed. I tried to call their customer line and it never rang as if no phone existed. I emailed this morning, but have still heard nothing back.

As well, google has pissed me off more as they were included as a top advertisement when I googled flower delivery. I am upset that they allow companies that have an F rating from the BBB to be advertised and basically promoted by google to get such high ad placement.

At this point, I'm just hoping I get a refund, but from the reviews, things are bleak.

Desired outcome: I want the flowers or a refund. And preferably google to stop advertising them

Roger Florist Floral order

Had a family member call this company directly and placed an order over the phone on 2/10. Once the transaction was complete the person on the phone assured they will be emailing with a confirmation of the transaction. The email never came through so several calls were placed to Roger Florist and they just keep hanging up the phone. Now when you call the phone it is disconnected. This florist has taken the web image of the real Rogers Florist out of Alpharetta, Ga and deceiving a lot people. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission to have the website taken down and also the Better Business Bureau.

Roger Florist Flower delivery

Two weeks ago I ordered flowers for del yesterday the 13th feb, they charged my card. I did it in person on phone an they sent me confirmation. They never delivered. Today when I inquired. They sent me a note saying could not deliver to address. They have a pattern of this. Do not order anything from this company.. They waited till after del date an after I emailed. To tell me they were not going to deliver. I have read other similar or exact same problems in reviews. I intend to sue them. I have a nevada atty.

Roger Florist Flower delivery

It's a scam, please do not fall for this! i repeat, ROGER FLOWERS IS A SCAM! They will take your money, you will receive an email saying order canceled and your money will be refunded, you will NEVER see that money again. If you've caught this in time please try to contact your bank and have them cancel the transaction while pending if at all possible! I'm terribly sorry, the reason you are probably here is because you've found all of this out and now it's too late :(

Desired outcome: Indian scam site taken down from Google, everyone must report it!

I to have become another person swindled by Rogers florist,I was looking for someone to deliver flowers in a rural area ,their name popped up.I thought they were here.they took my money, did not deliver,I to had to email them for them to say undeliverable.and I would would have a refund in 1-2 days..No refund.Someone who says her name is Denise the manager emailed to say she would help.No help,No refund..DO NOT ROGERS FLORIST LLC NY.

Roger Florist Online Purchases

Do not order online. they take your money and it has been three months to get it refunded. You pay with credit card and then they don't confirm the order. then they cancel it then they don't pay you back.

This was for a florist transaction on the 9 th of November. Denise answers they mails and says I have been refunded. It has been 3 months and nothing.

Roger Florist Flowers were never delivered and refund never issued.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother's birthday in Naples FL & I live in TX. Flowers were ordered 2 days before. When I learned the flowers were never delivered, I contacted Rogers several times via phone & was told to email instead. After several days I received email stating they could not delivery to that address. After a month going back and forth with them I never get my refund.

Desired outcome: Should have delivered flowers as promised. Or at least refund the money. Or close the door if cannot do business.

Roger Florist Took funds didn't provide product

There should be '0' option for 5 star review.

I have tried over a month to be refunded for an order they cancelled! Like many here accepted order/payment of $75.95 then was told via email was cancelled because they do not deliver (to largest hospital in area). No response to emails, phn #s directly hangup... Then just called this #on bbb website... They actually answered and confirmed the business... I said why I was calling and they placed me on 1hr+hold with horrible music! Disgusting they are allowed to continue to have website basically stealing people's money and nothing seems to be done about it. I'm filing this complaint. Bbb / complaintsboard please stop these thieves!

Roger Florist Flowers

On Feb 10th 2023 I Ordered flowers from roger floral in what I thought to be Arvada Colorado but soon found out they were in New York and looked at their reviews and was astonished, I immediately called back and canceled the order, my transaction was still pending till this morning and it’s mo longer pending, instead of issuing my refund back to my card they took the money from it, I also have emailed them twice and have gotten no response, I feel like this is false advertising and theft by swindle

Roger Florist Flower delivery

On Feb. 6, 2023 I ordered flowers for my aunt's 90th birthday to be delivered Feb. 10. I emailed on the 10th to find out when it would be delivered and was told they wouldn't be delivering because they could not deliver to my aunt's retirement community. They said they'd refund via my credit card. They also said they wanted to "respond almost immediately so you can have a chance to go search for another flower service." Thy didn't contact me until I emailed them. Unacceptable.

Roger Florist Bogus Florist - Roger Flowers

After requesting a delivery date I was abruptly told to call customer service for a refund

On Friday, February 10, 2023, 12:18 PM, Roger Florist Customer Service wrote:

Hello Benjamin,

This is to confirm that we had to cancel your order because it was undeliverable.

You purchased from us a very little while ago so we wanted to respond to you almost immediately so you can have a chance to go search for another flower service.

Sorry again but we cannot deliver to that address.

We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 1 or 2 days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank.

Roger Florist No Delivery, No Refund

On January 12, 2023, I placed an order with what I thought was a local florist. Within five minutes of me placing my order, I received an email stating that ny order would not be able to be delivered and my refund would be put back on my card. As of February 10th, I still haven't received my refund! I have called multiple times and IF I get someone to answer, I get hung up on! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! IT IS A SCAM!

Roger Florist Flowers and a teddy bear

I placed an order on line of purple roses with glitter on them with a soft teddy bear. They never delivered the flowers to my aunts house. I called roger's florist multiple of times and they kept hanging up on me. Luckily I was able to call. My bank and stop the payment to them. I also had to cancel my bank card. Do not order from here! They don't exist except for their fake ordering site online

Desired outcome: Take it off the internet before someone gets had again. Shut their fake business down

Roger Florist SCAM Do not use

I order a flower arrangement for one of my friends daughters and it never showed up. The claimed it wasn't in their delivery rang but assured me on the phone they could delivery to said address. The told me they had canceled my order and given a refund. Refund never came and i had to dispute it with my bank! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! I should have known better with how fake their website looks!

This florist is awful! Do not use them. I ordered flowers for my sister, and when she had not received them two days later, I called the florist only to be told that the order was undeliverable. No explanation as to why. I was told that my card would be refunded several days later. It has been almost one month since then and still no refund (despite numerous emails and 3 phone calls.)

Roger Florist Flowers not delivered; card was charged

On 2/7/23, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my niece at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. The person I spoke with assured me they would be delivered yesterday, I would have an email with a picture of the flowers and the total charge would be $48.00. It is late afternoon 2/8/23, and no flowers have been delivered. After being hung up on 3 times (!) I finally spoke to the same person who took the order and was told "... it was out of our delivery range so order was cancelled and you will get refund within the next 5 days". I asked why no one notified me, why they had overcharged me, and why it would take that long to get a refund and again, hung up on. Livid does not begin to describe my anger. My fault, I guess, for not checking on them first. Bank says give it a few days and if no refund they will dispute the charge but now I'm thinking I may need to cancel the card because I am fearful of them charging to it again. This is theft, fraud, and probably other crimes they seem to be getting away with. I'm disputing their charge tomorrow and cancelling my card... I shouldn't have to do all this but I am not going to be scammed out of $57! GRRRRRRRR

Desired outcome: Refund is all I want from those thieves.

Roger Florist Flowers

They cancelled my order without notifying me until I requested it. They told me I'd get a refund in 1-2 days but until now I have gotten no refund. They come up first in searches related to same day delivery flowers. I was very disappointed. This was for my parents 53 anniversary. As of today I have still not received back my $65.

I sent a friend who was sick in the hospital in Madison Wisconsin flowers from Roger florist. Roger claimed they had the fastest delivery in Madison in Wisconsin with what look to be a very legitimate website. Being an out of town or, I am not familiar with all of the florists in Madison Wisconsin. I was disappointed to learn that the “Florist” never made the delivery. After a few hangups to their phone number on the website, I finally reached a person, saying hello. I knew instantly from the access and the uncustomary business greeting that I was scammed. I would do anything to get my hands on the people behind this company. This website should be immediately taken down, phone number (and any associated stripped), and the country of origin and proper authorities sought out. I cannot think of how many people much my senior and junior have been scammed out of hard, earned money and have their credit card information stolen. If anyone has pertinent information, I would love to know it.

Please do not get them confused with the actual business RogerS Florist. The scammers go by Roger Florist.
