Flowers never received
I place an order for flowers for a friends who’s loved one passed away in Nov 2022z I revived an email that my order was undeliverable and my account was never refunded. I was told the funds would be refunded in 5 days for credit card and up to 2 weeks for debit card. I use a debit card. A month later and still no refund. I filed a complaint with my bank

This company cancelled my order and then never sent a refund back to my account.
I order flowers on Jan 13 2023 and shortly afterward they sent a reply that this order was cancelled and a refund sent back to my bank, nothing was refunded so I sent another email asking for refund and they said they sent it but nothing was returned to my account. I have sent 5 emails and nothing is being returned to my account.

I placed an order on January 02, 2023 for a flower bouquet to be delivered in San Fransisco on the same day and was charged $66.05. (Order: 108998)
Shortly after placing the order and them charging my credit card, they sent an email stating that they could not deliver the flower arrangement and would provide a full refund. It has been 5 weeks since this time and I still have not received my refund!

I placed an order on January 10, 2023 for a flower arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home on January 11, 2023 and was charged $52.41. About a half-hour after placing the order and them charging my credit card, they sent an email stating that they could not deliver the flower arrangement and would provide a full refund. It has been 4 weeks since this time and I still have not received my refund!

My order for flowers were not delivered
I ordered flowers from Roger Florist on January 24, 2023. They were to be delivered to my sister for her birthday. They promised same day delivery. She lives in Hobart In. They were not delivered but my bank account was deducted for the amount of $60.97. I was told by their answering service to contact Denise with customer service.

I ordered flowers @ www.rogerflorist.com for my sister one morning two weeks ago. I called her that afternoon to see if she received the flowers and she had not! I called the number listed on the website and the man told me they had to cancel my order because they could not deliver in that area (which was the same town my sister lives in)... The man told me that I would receive a full refund on my card and I was satisfied with that answer. Here we are two weeks, and three phone calls and an email later... And still no refund to my account. I want to warn everyone to never waste your time and money on this site. It most definitely is a scam and has been reported multiple times on the bbb site. Let's get something about it. They should not be allowed to get away with this!

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM! The website looks legit and had many options so I called to place my order. Everything seemed ok. I was even told they would add balloons for me. I waited and waited all day and the flowers were never delivered. When I called back I received a message saying the number couldn't be completed as dialed. I called multiple times again and when I told the person I wanted to check the status of an order they put me on hold then hung up. After doing that multiple times I told the person I wanted to place an order and they stayed on the phone long enough for me to ask questions. I asked where they were located and what specific shop was supposed to deliver my order. He told me he couldn't give me that information. I told him I wanted to cancel and he told me I had to send an e-mail. When I told him this is a scam and I would be reporting it to the police he mocked me in a whiney baby voice then hung up on me. I canceled my debit card immediately and ordered a new one. The worst part is that it's now too late for me to actually order flowers for my mother in law for real on her 60th birthday!

This company is not reputable frank took my order didn't give me a order number didn't send me a email hung up on me took my money charge me more than quoted daughter didn't get order couldn't reach by phone not user friendly... Ordered on line. Looked like a local florist in Durham NC. When I found out they could not deliver called. Lady who answered said customer service was handled on line. Sent e mail. Refund was promised. It too, like the flowers, has not been received. Doubt any of us will get our money back. Lesson learned. Call a local florist direct and order over the phone

On 1/26/23 I ordered flowers to be delivered that day and my total was $57.76. I did not receive a confirmation email and the money was taken out of my bank. On 1/30/23 I found out the flowers had never been delivered. I contacted Rogers & was told my order was cancelled because the address was undeliverable. On Fri, Jan 20th, I ordered the Celebrate Today bouquet to be delivered to R. R. at Crittenton Hospital-room 721B. Delivery on Sat, Jan 21st-Did not receive any confirmation email or contact info. One week later, R. still had not received flowers. Called hospital who reported "she got so many flowers it's hard to tell if yours were among them.'' R. herself reported no flowers at all although her roommate had quite a few. R. has since been transferred to a rehab facility and the roommate has been discharged.
In short, the flowers were delivered to the wrong person.

First of all the house is IN the city limits of Bellingham WA. The door is less than 100' from the paved road. There is NO reason not to deliver there.
Second, WHY did I have to contact them based on the above letter from them? They should have contacted me telling me they could not deliver and then automatically refunded my money. I had filled a dispute with our credit card company when I could not get a hold of them.
Also the claim no delivery fee then charge 24.00 processing fee.
I DO NOT recommend this florist!

I wish I would have read the reviews first, however, BIG MISTAKE. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered "same day". Meanwhile the flower arrangement still did not arrive. I called the phone number at the top of their website. Got someone who doesn't seem to have English as their first language, said his name was John or something like that, said that my order was outside of their delivery area and it had supposedly been cancelled, though no one ever contacted me regarding my order, or supposedly being outside the area. They did initiate the charge to my card though! Also, if you look at their website it turns out to be false and misleading because you are led to believe there's not a problem getting your order delivered as they have multiple states listed at the bottom of the first page for you to click on. On my credit card the state listed for the purchase to go to is New York. FOLKS DO NOT ORDER from them. I HOPE they get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!

Purchased on line, some candy to be delivered to my son girlfriend. Went through without any issues on January 25th. To be delivered on Wednesday February 1, it was not delivered.

You could tell it was overseas. Was advised that my order was canceled due to delivery out of area. I ask why wasn't I notified that my order was canceled, he confirmed my email address and said I just sent you the email. If you do not receive refund by Monday - please respond to this email and our manager Denise will respond.
Reading all reviews, it seems as though a lot of us have been duped. I have already disputed the charges with credit card, but hope to get a refund soon.

My order was accepted and charged on my credit card.
The flowers were not delivered. I received an email from them telling me they were not able to deliver and I would not be charged.
The charged showed up on my CC three days later.
I called, no answer.
I emailed and Denise replied that she showed the credit as processed and she sent me a copy of her “receipt” showing she put the credit through. Problem was it was just a blank paper with only my order number and amount of the sale with refund typed in. Scam
I emailed several times and they stopped responding to my emails and to date they have not issued the refund.
Then I googled to see reviews for the business and there are over 300 with my exact same story.
This “business” needs to be shut down.
And of course we are not able to review them on their website.

I ordered flowers from Roger Florist on 1/2/2023 for $70.60 to be delivered 1/3/2023. On 1/3/2023 I received an email cancelling my order because it was undeliverable. On 1/4/2023 I have a deduction from my checking account for $70.60 by Roger Florist. I have email Roger Florist, Jackie and Denise they tell me a refund has been issued yet nothing has shown on my bank statement. Don't trust this Florist they have cheated me out of $70.60, which is difficult when you are a senior citizen on a fixed income.

Sorry you didn't get your money back. Please dispute with your bank or CC company. I just ordered something for a friends birthday, on Feb 1, 2023 for delivery the next day Feb 2. I never received an email confirmation, so I tried to call. I was disconnected several times, or when they did answer, I was transferred and lost connection. I finally got a person, that said my order was out for delivery and use the email customer service link, then he hung up. I emailed the customer service email, and got a message they were CLOSED for the day and would answer my email tomorrow! I called my CC company, disputed the "pending" $57.00 charge, and got a new card. They wont get nothing from me! Good luck!
Cancelled Order after charging my card
I placed an order for funeral flowers on January 10, 2023. An hour after placing the order & having my card charged, they sent an email stating they had to cancel the order because they were unable to deliver. They stated they would refund my card and it has now been 3 weeks with no refund to my card! Denise keeps saying to give it a couple of days and still no refund!

I ordered flowers from Roger Florist on 10/10/22. They would not accept my Discover card, so I had to use my BJ'S Mastercard. They charged it for $79.69. They called back and left a voicemail. They canceled the order and credited my card. Lie! I got my statement with the charge on it. Called and was told my card was credited. Lie! I called back and was told they credited my card again. Lie! Was told to email their customer service and get a reply that day. Lie!
I have made formal complaints to the Nee Jersey Better Business Bureau and The Attorney General.
