Roger Florist Flowers I ordered

I ordered flowers on January 16, 2023 and was told that they were unable to deliver my flowers and have refused to give me my money back, they keep saying it will take a couple days and that’s been 2 weeks. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !

This place needs to be sued and I’m just the person to do it over $66.00.

Some foreigner answers the phone and then hangs up on me without giving me a name !

Desired outcome: I want my refund and this placed closed for good

Roger Florist Took payment did not complete services.

Order flowers for my mothers 81st birthday called her up and asked her how she liked her flowers. She said what flowers the flowers I sent you. I then called the company and I kept getting transferred and transferred and then they would hang up called for several days. Same story we will transfer you to customer service and then they hang up Apparently the company just started in 2022 but in their ad to say they’ve been around for 15 years,it’s some kind of boiler room scam coming from overseas. I was able to talk to my credit card company USAA and they are doing an investigation to get my funds back.

Roger Florist Refund for non deliverable order

12/28/2022 11:06am placed order

1228/2022. 11:56am advised order non deliverable, Rogers cancelled, advised refund to arrive in 1-2 working days. I have been in contact with email apx 12 times, they keep telling me to contact my bank for refund from Roger's Florist..advised I have been in contact with my bank, also I check my account daily for $52.41 refund, asked Rogers Florist to check their bank, send me date of refund and tracking#. They advise me to check my bank again.

Roger Florist Flowers for delivery

Placed order on the Jan the 26th and felt there was something wrong. My credit card was charged more than I was quoted so I called back ten minutes after I placed the original order. After multiple hangups I got Pedro who said my order was cancelled. I contacted their customer service by email and they said my order was cancelled. Not so. They charged me anyway. Total scam here. Don't risk your cash or credit card number with these scam artists.

Desired outcome: These guys need to be shut down by the Attorney General which is my next phone call

Roger Florist Roger Florist

I ordered flowers for a 99th birthday.

My card was immediately charged.When I called today to make sure they were going to be delivered I got some weird answers about not being able to check the order and that I had to email them. I tried the supposed live chat which said that they were closed. I am so disgusted and can't believe I fell for this. I immediately contacted the credit card company and filed a complaint.

This company or whatever it is needs to be shut down.

Desired outcome: Therer should be fraud charges filed against Rogers .

Roger Florist Class action??

Honestly, once I realized that I had fallen for a scam, and that Roger Florist is not a functioning business at all, but a credit card scraping mill, I did what I thought was right and filed a complaint with the NYS AG office, the BBB, and with Google, who puts this company VERY high up in any search for flowers. I did ultimately get a reply from the AG's office asking if the company had refunded my money, but was amazed to get NOTHING out of Google, the service upon which this scam depends 100% for survival. If not for Google, I would have found a REAL, ACTUAL LOCAL FLORIST. This has me wondering if Google will let any scam thrive as long as they get their Ad dollars. It wasn't even easy to lodge a complaint with Google. I had to dig for a long time to get to a site where you could complain about an advertiser. And still nothing. Two months after I was fleeced, people are still clicking on Google ads for a fake florist. Is this where we all band together and sue Google for their lack of response? I mean, a google search of "Roger Florist" turns up nothing but reams of complaints, yet a search for "local Florist" still takes you straight to their website to place an order.

Desired outcome: Total and complete end of this scam, and possibly financial restitution for everyone fleeced by this fake company.

I agree...this is a class action waiting to happen but they are probably non-existent in the US so will just change their name and do it again. Google needs to step up and quit championing scammers. This is absolute fraud, theft and a number of other criminal acts. I now fear I have to change my credit card because down the road these thieves may try to use it again and I don't want to have to worry about it. I should've checked but trusted Google who needs to accept responsibility for this kind of scam.

Roger Florist Flowers & delivery

DO NOT EVER. EVER, EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I wish I dug deeper into this Scam Company before I ordered. The SAME PEOPLE answer all 4 numbers, I have called so many times, my number has been blocked.

I am absolutely disgusted.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on January 27, 2023.

They were to arrive by 10am. At 1030 I called the toll free number and rudely told the flowers would arrive by 330.

At 4pm NO ANSWER from ANY NUMBER.

As a result, my mother did not ever receive a birthday gift today for her birthday. I am BEYOND infuriated.

Desired outcome: PRISON FOR THE SCAMMERS. ANDMY MONEY BACK!!!!

Roger Florist Scam

I wish I would have read the reviews first, however, when you've had no sleep and you are dealing with ordering thanks for a funeral, a scam is not really on your mind. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered "same day". I emailed them to check on the order status by the time the afternoon came, and received an automated email reply back that they were "closed for the day promising a manager would contact first thing in the morning". Meanwhile the flower arrangement still did not arrive. I called the phone number at the top of their website. Got someone who doesn't seem to have English as their first language, said his name was Joseph or something like that, said that my order was outside of their delivery area and it had supposedly been cancelled, though no one ever contacted me regarding my order, or supposedly being outside the area. The did initiate the charge to my card though! Also, if you look at their website it turns out to be false and misleading because you are lead to believe there's not a problem getting your order delivered as they have multiple states listed at the bottom of the first page for you to click on. The man on the phone said he was just an answering service "in New Jersey", and told me the person's name who would contact me would be a "Denise Myke". I do not look for "that person" to contact me at this point either. Unfortunately my report joins hundreds of other reports. On my credit card the state listed for the purchase to go to is New York. I am not in that part of the U.S., however, again there wasn't ANY indication of an out of area delivery. FOLKS DO NOT ORDER. Apparently whomever this is needs found, their website banned, taken down, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Desired outcome: Do not continue to process the charge/refund.

Roger Florist Undelivered and no refund

I ordered from Rogers Florist online for a same day delivery. I received and email that they could not deliver to that address and I would receive and refund. I have been in contact with Denise over email. I have called the florist number also and was hung up on or put on hold then disconnected. I have requested my refund several times. No luck in receiving it.

Desired outcome: I want my refund 66.85

Roger Florist Roger Florist

Absolutely scammers. So mad I didn’t catch on sooner. Every time I call to resolve they hang up. Send me in circles and hang up again. On 1/19/23 I placed an order to be delivered same day and here we are a week later. They took the money but never delivered nor can I get a home of an actual e hookah speaking representative. Todays date is 1/27/23. Extremely upset. I wish I could warn others on their website or something.

Roger Florist Order cancelled and no refund made

My flower order was made on 1/6/2023 for a 90th birthday party. My order was cancelled by the company with no reason why. I had called numerous times and been hung up on or my number blocked or told I must send email. I Ave sent numerous times as well with no luck.

They are quick in taking your money but will never send you your refund. SCAM COMPANY AND DON’T USE THEM!

Roger Florist Roger florist to be shut down for scamming everyone and a full refund

An absolute SCAM. I ordered flowers on 1/24 for a 1/26 delivery, was able to check out with no issues. Money was taken from my account immediately. I noticed I never received a confirmation email or anything so I tried to contact them yesterday however they told me they would get back to me in the morning. Today I wokeup to an email saying my order was canceled with no explanation. They said they would refund me but I am not hopeful after seeing these reviews

Roger Florist Scam! Take your money but deliver no flowers!

Roger Florist took my order online yesterday 1/25/23. I never received an email confirmation. Today I see they took the $57.76 our of my account but never delivered the flowers.

They have 313 BBB complaints and are still able to SCAM people and steal their money. Roger Florist LLC 1.855.451.2339 www.rogerflorist.com. CLOSE THEM DOWN!

They don't answer email obviously and they transfer you to a machine that just repeats "ROGER FLORIST" over and over again.

Desired outcome: REFUND MY MONEY!

Roger Florist Flowers not received

Ordered flowers for a co worker yesterday and never received them. I requested delivery for yesterday and nothing arrived.
I sent email since their phone doesn’t answer and gives you a recording say contact us via email only for concerns. My bank was charged immediately. My order was for a birthday bouquet. With a total of 57.76$
128672 was my order number.

Desired outcome: Refund of my costs of 57.76$

Roger Florist They will not refund my money for flowers that weren't delivered

I ordered flowers on 12/31/22. There was no indication they couldn't be delivered in delivery zip code. Flowers were never delivered. Monday, 1/2, I called & they said they would refund money. It is 1/25/23 & money is still not refunded. Denise was responsive at first & said by email she would refund. I asked for proof & she sent screenshot of a refund, but it was not my order. Someone else got the refund. She won't respond to emails now. When I call, the people who answer are rude.

Desired outcome: PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.

Roger Florist Taking money out of my bank account without permission

On January 20th my husband went on their website to order my birthday flowers and balloons. Money was immediately taken out of my account but no delivery. So he tried to contact them but was hung up on several times. The phone number changed everytime. I contacted them and was told we wasn't in the area so it had been cancelled. I received an email stating that I would have a refund in 1-2 days. I did in fact receive it. For them to come back 4 days later and remove the same amount. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone as they have blocked my phone number. They overdrafted my account now! This company needs to be shut down.

Desired outcome: I want my money back and my overdraft fees paid!

Roger Florist an order placed on 1-23-23

I placed an order for 12 dozen California Poppy and all seemed well until I got confirmation of my order which said 12 dozen roses. I called immediately to update order and instead I got a run around, was told to email customer service. But no one got back to me. I emailed multiple times asking for confirmation of the change of order but didn't receive any. Instead I received a "we are closed" email during the middle of the day.

Desired outcome: Please provide me a full refund and an apology.

Roger Florist Florist - cancelled delivery and no refund

I ordered flowers from Roger Florist to be delivered to a friend, Palm Desert, CA on January 6th.
Flowers were never delivered and I am still waiting for my refund of $48.13.
My order number is 112834.
I am sick over the fact that I am being scammed / lied to by Denise and everyone there.
Keeps promising me the refund will show up on my Visa soon. It has not.
This cannot be legal...

Roger Florist I would like my money back

It is a scam they will immediately take your money and never deliver your flowers and also tell you to do it by email and never respond to the emails. This is a complete scam. Do not use Rogers Florez. I repeat do not use Rogers florist if you care about your money or the service you’re trying to give in a delicate timeframe. They are very rude, barely know English, and are very short with you. They will even start to scream at you when you just want to know what’s the update of your order because there is no update.

Roger Florist Refund

Do not purchase from this company. It is a scam. On 11/14/2022, my husband ordered flowers to me to be delivered to my place of employment. At 9:59 am on 11/14/2022, he received an email that the flowers could not be delivered to the address he gave them. The email went on to state that a full refund had been issued and to allow 5 - 7 business days to appear on our account. On 11/15/2022, the amount was deducted from our debit card. On 11/25/2022, we had not yet received the refund so we emailed them again. A manager named Denise replied that the refund had been processed and to wait another 1 to 2 days. On 12/20/2022, still no refund and emailed Denise again. She said to look for a refund from Roger Florist on my account. On 12/28/2022, I reviewed my entire bank statement from the date of purchase and still no refund. I reached out to Denise again and was told to give it another 1 to 2 days. As of 12/29/2022, we had yet to receive a refund. I have emailed them several times since then but go response other than an out of office message. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they sent it to the company on 12/30/2022. I received a message from the BBB today that the company has not responded. This company is obviously fraudulent and survives by stealing money from people. I want a refund ASAP.
