Roger Florist Never received my refund owed to me

This place is a bunch of rip off artists. Ordered flowers online with a receipt. Got an email within 5 minutes saying they have refunded my money because they couldn't fill the order. This was on January 13th. Still have not received a refund, today being January 24th. I would recommend nobody do business with these scam artists! Going to the bank tomorrow to report it as a fraudulent charge. Will also get in touch with the better business bureau to find out how to stop these scammers.

Roger Florist Flowers and delivery

Buyer beware.Made an order for flowers to be delivered. Money was taken immediately with a receipt. Delivery never made and emails not answered. Called 30 times to where it would hang up after 2 rings. Found another number that someone answered. As soon a I said my delivery was never made, the person said please hold and a robotic voice came over repeating "roger florist" over amd over again. This is a scam and credit card is filing a fraud case. Buyer beware

Roger Florist Flowers

I called Roger Florist and placed an order of bouquet of daisies to be delivered to my daughter after she received the Daisy award for being a great emergency dept nurse. As I was placing the order, I confirmed that the daisy bouquet could be delivered the same day he said yes no problem he then took my daughters name and address and my name my address my credit card information and told me that the delivery would be made yet the same day at 7:30 PM. I started calling back the flower shop and of course no one answered. I did get a person that was online chat and they said that I was never given an order number so the order was never placed. However, my credit card/bank account had been charged.

After I started researching this, I have found that there have been several complaints against this company for fraudulent activity that the orders that they are taking no one ever sees the deliveries.

My daughter did not receive her flowers, and all I received was paying for a bill for services, never rendered plus no one at the business would talk to me plus no one at the business would talk to me on the phone after they took the money from my account. Rogers Flower Delivery advertised its self to also be 1 800 Flowers.com which also told me they had nothing under my name. Yet I have the

Charge showing they did place an order we me. I told them that I would like to spend $40 on this bouquet and they charged me $53.48.

Desired outcome: A full refund $53.48

Roger Florist I would like compensation for the flowers my staff member never received

I placed an order on 1/18/2023 on the Roger Florist website, got a receipt, all seemed good. Well, the flowers were never delivered to my co-worker who's father had passed earlier this week. I called the number listed on the website and a man answered and as soon as I started talking he hung up on me. I tried to call back multiple times and the number would disconnect. I noticed they had a "chat with us" on their website, so I explained about my delivery not being received and the automated message said all customer service had to go through email and to provide my first, last name and the last 4 digits of my credit card. No way! So then I got on the reviews and saw all the reviews of so many people with the same experience. I had to call my credit card company and file a claim, fortunately the immediately refunded, but now my card is locked until I get a new one in 4-7 days. This website is a SCAM, not a real florist. I even received a receipt and 1800flowers logo is on it. The website needs to be shut down immediately.

Desired outcome: I would like compensation for the flowers my staff member never received. I'm so upset that I have a staff member who's father passed away and it looked like I didn't even care enough to send her flowers or anything to show my concern.

Roger Florist A complete refund!

I ordered two floral arrangements on the 3rd of Jan. in the afternoon and was informed at 6pm they were undeliverable.It was in a text so I didn't see it till 8pm.I needed them the next morning. One was $66.05 and the other was $56.96.One of the arrangements was for another person and Im embarrassed to even ask for the money. I called Rogers florist and they sai I would be receiving a refund in a few days.After a week I called again and they said again it would be the next week. Today is the 20th of January and every time I call they tell me to hold on and it goes to music or a recording that keeps repeating Rogers Florist.

Roger Florist Scam still my money won't answer calls or emails or anything

On 1/20/2023 approximately 10am I ordered the birthday roses with a balloon. When i went to check on my order my tracking number did not work.i then tried to call someone regarding the issue but i couldn't get in touch with anyone at the number on the website . Then to add to this chaos No one showed up to deliver my arrangement and no one responds to my emails not even the one they emailed me from originally. This site needs to be shut down I'm so upset and want a full refund.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund for the arrangement,shipping and tax included

Roger Florist Never delivered my order

This place is a scam. I placed an order on 1/18 for a memorial service to be delivered on 1/19. The company never sent me any confirmation. They charged my account the order was never received. I called their number few times and when I finally got a hold of someone they said I should e-mail their customer support team. Reach out to their customer without any confirmation? For sure this place is a SCAM. it is sad to see they are still in business after all these reviews.

Roger Florist Cancelled Birthday Flower Order refunding me

I called on January 5 to have flowers delivered on January 6, 2023. I called the recipient and they did not receive them. I called the florist and left a message. I received an email that they cancelled the order without notifying me or refunding the money. I got an email on January 7 that a refund was initiated. I have reached out many times to the manager, Denise, that I had not received the refund. She keeps saying wait a day, wait a day. As of today, 1/19/23, I still don’t have my refund of $62. This is terrible. I feel like I got scammed.

Please don’t use this firm.

Desired outcome: I just want my money immediately. I plan on calling my bank and reporting this as fraud.

Oh no oOoOO, same thing here. Ordered for January 17th, person never got the flowers. Then, I find out they're in New York. Didn't say anything about that when I ordered from Sarasota Florida Hospital website

Roger Florist Floral arrangement - never delivered or refunded

I placed an order on Jan. 6th to be delivered in Santa Cruz, CA. About an hour after ordering a bouquet and providing my credit card, I received a return call saying they had to cancel my order and would refund my money. On Jan. 18 I noticed they never refunded my $129.71. I called the number on my bank statement and it just rings and rings or puts you on hold. I called and chatted their website and same run around. They said they refunded but there was NEVER a refund. They stole my money. SCAM.

Roger Florist Credit card stated I would not be billed since the flowers were not now on the canceled or new card.

1/14/23 Living in a different state I went on line to find a florist in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, to send a floral birthday cake to someone in that city. I was pleased to find Roger Florist available, they were accomadating and stated they would deliver it as soon as possible. They asked for my address and email. I'm glad I have only a mailing address. I thought it unusual they did not accept my Chase credit card so gave a different one. I checked in the afternoon to see if the flowers were delivered and only got a recording and the number hung up

Trying later same response, person to get flowers had not gotten them. I was suspicious! Checking my email Roger Florist stated the flowers were canceled not deliverable! credit card showed my card was billed only the company could with draw the billing but they could cancel the card which I did. They suggested to call them in two days, they could check for fraud. I did and since card was canceled the bill was not on the card I will not be charged. I also had called Roger Florist the 15th and only got their answering service told them they were answering for a fraud company, and told them about having to cancel my credit card. The person sounded like the same person that answered at Roger Florist, perhsps they decided to remove their billing from my card. Suddenly the phone went dead.

Roger Florist Sympathy flowers

We ordered symphathy flowers through their web, Roger Florist, and everything went thru, on January 10/2023 at 8.56 am. After ghis, we called yo their phone number [protected] to confirm this order and a nan said he received it. That same day, at 9.35 am we got an email saying they were not able to deliver ii and in 2 days we would get a refund of $ 49.68 usd.

Today, January 18/22 we decided to call them back and it was impossible to reach someone. They put us in hold tge 2-3 times we called them. We believe these people are scammers!

Desired outcome: Just dont buy from them!!!! You will just get charged for nothing!!!

Roger Florist Order Birthday Flowers o Dec. 26th

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PPL!

I order flowers on Dec. 26th and received an email within hrs saying it was cancelled and should receive refund 1-2 days. I ended up ordering from another company. I was charged Dec. 27th.

I tried calling the# but it is machine so I e-mail them and was referred to the " Manager" named DENISE. Anyways the first 2 days she was quick with her emails stating that it was refunded etc. However she stopped respoding. Scam for sure!

Desired outcome: I want my money back . Pls send me my refund and everyone else in this damn chat! Your website should be shut down.

I, too had the exact experience; Denise must be one busy lady...lol.

I filed complaints with my state's attorney general consumer protection, the BBB, & with my bank. I did get a refund a few days after.

Roger Florist Customer service

I think this company is a scam. I place an order at 9:30 for an arrangement by 10:00 I received an email in my junk box saying they had to cancel. When I tried to call the company regarding this and the fact that I was charged incorrectly they kept hanging up on me. I finally called the CC company and asked to reverse and cancel this card and issue a new card and number. Just trying to make someone’s day a happy one and you have bogus companies like this. Ssh

Roger Florist Flowers

I’ve been scammed just like everyone else. I ordered flowers for my moms birthday on Jan 11th. Now that I think about it, I tried to pay with my Chase card and I got a weird message saying they don’t take chase cards. I’m wondering if that’s because Chase black listed them. Anyway, I used a different card and A few hours later I get an email saying my order was cancelled and it gave me some bogus reason. I called the number on their website and a man named “Elvis” answered. When I asked him to get me to their customer service department, I was transferred to a line that kept saying Roger Florist over and over and over. Eventually I hung up. I tried called back and they must’ve blocked my number because the call won’t go through.

Roger Florist Get well flowers

On january 11, 2023 i placed an order for my mother who is in the hospital. She never recieved her flowers, i then looked further into it and read several bad reviews, which i should have done before hand unaware that i would have to worry about being scammed for flowers :( an act of kindness. I called the phone number that just hangs up. Do not use rogers florist they are a scam and will steal from you. This site should be shut down!

Roger Florist Flower delivery

On December 20, 2022 I place an order for a flower delivery. Since I did not receive a confirmation email, I called to make sure they received my order. They confirmed they received it and it would be delivered. In reconciling my credit card, I emailed customer service twice for a receipt with no response. I called today and was told the order was cancelled and the flowers were never delivered. This company is a scam.

Desired outcome: This company needs to be shut down. It is a scam.

Roger Florist Not getting product and was charged

On November 14, 2022 I placed an order for a plant for a death in the family. No problem doing it. Right After I was done place the order and my card was charged, I get a message back that they cancelled my order . I tried contacting the many times and they keep saying it would be there in 2-3days. I want my money back and their web sister must be taken off line!

Placed an order and the order got canceled. Never received my refund.

Roger Florist Order canceled

****DO NOT USE*****SCAM!****

I placed an order on 12/22/2022 that was canceled almost immediately as not in the delivery area. Unfortunately, they came up as a local florist. The email stated they canceled the order and a refund was being issued and should reflect on my end within 1-2 days. I figured with the Holidays approaching it would take a little longer but it is now 01/11/2023 and still nothing.

I emailed the customer service email and received a response from Denise that seems scripted stating to wait an additional 1-2 days. I reached back out again and received the same email. I then responded to that email requesting additional information with no response.

I called the shop and spoke with Tony on Friday and he assured that everything would be taken care of and I should see a resolve my Monday morning. I again waited because I know banks don't process refunds on the weekend. I called again today and have been on hold for quite sometime already. This florist seems to be a scam!

I have begun the process of a dispute with my bank.

Desired outcome: a full refund of $79.40 for the flowers that were canceled.

Roger Florist Fake flower delivery service

Same problem - took credit card payment, sent 'can't deliver' email and then stone-walled the refund. Many emails and phone calls - all ignored.

Roger Florist Yet another cancelled order, no refund, no response

Ordered a same day delivery from Roger Florist in Bellingham, WA for a Holiday Shine bouquet (order# 92318) for a friend's birthday on 12/15/22. The following morning (12/16/22), a day after the bouquet was to be delivered, I received an email from Jackie Tyler in customer service saying that the order was "undeliverable". She said "We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank." I emailed them again after 7 days (12/23/22) for a status report. "Denise", a manager at Roger, said that their system showed a refund and said to give it 2-3 more days and then contact her directly. No refund was posted so I contacted her again on 1/4/23. She asked if I had looked for Roger Florist on my account. Of course I did and there has been nothing refunded. Further attempts to contact the company on 1/7 and 1/10 have gone unacknowledged. I'm now working with my bank to see what if anything can be done, and whether I need to cancel my credit card.
