Roger Florist Flower non delivery in Royal Oak Mi

I Ordered Make a Wish Bouquet to be delivered Dec. 12, 2022 for total of $57.22 charged to my credit card. I Was called by customer service minutes later that they did not deliver to stated address and they were cancelling my order. They did not cancel charge, order a refund, and no refund has been processed, as of current date Jan. 10, 2023. I want this charge credited back to my credit card. Order # is 88273. Roger Florist A order in which they could not deliver

On Jan 2 2023 I ordered on dozen Long stem roses with chocolate and a bear! I was told the date and location was doable and my payment was processed! Later that day I received an email saying my order was cancelled and a paper saying refund!. But my account that once was pending now says complete and my bank says there is No refund showing from Roger Florist! Customer service is now ignoring me after I have sent screenshots showing correspondence between myself and my bank! I will be contacting the BBB first thing Monday morning if I don't get this resolved, I'm on a fixed income and this doesn't settle well with me! As quickly as y'all take ppl's money is as quick as should give it back!

Desired outcome: Refund me my money!

Roger Florist No refund for canceled order

I ordered flowers on Dec 10. 2022.

On that very same day I received an email notifying me that the order was cancelled by Roger Florist and that I would receive a refund in 6-7 days. After repeatedly contacting them via email, I have not received my refund.

It's is Jan 9, 2023. They have stopped responding to my emails.

Do not order from this company. I feel like they a scam.

Desired outcome: I'd like my money back.

Roger Florist Flowers not delivered

On December 12, 2022 I ordered flowers to be delivered to My sister for her 94th birthday, which she never received. I have been charged $66.05 on my credit card which has now been paid to Roger Florist. On January 2nd I sent an email to Roger Florist Customer Service and have not received any response whatsoever. Roger Florist STOLE $102

On December 1st I called to order memorial flowers for friends in Montgomery, AL in honor of their son, a Marine that they lost 10 days before we lost our son. Within 5 minutes of placing our order I got a cancellation email. I immediately called because they took $102 from me. They said I would get a refund. I have called every few days, sent numerous emails and nothing. Now they refuse to respond to my email and they hang up on me when I call. I have been out of work since the loss of our son. I suffer from PTSD, anxiety and depression. Theft is never ok. I want my money back and them held accountable to every person they've done this to.

Roger Florist Flowers undelivered

Dec 20th ordered flowers for same day delivery, called Dec 21st to verify if flowers sent was told they have until 9pm but would be delivered that day. Called on Dec 22 again was told would be delivered that day however later that day I received an email stating " order canceled because it was undeliverable and a refund was submitted. No refund yet

I ordered flowers from a Roger Florist in Ashville 12-07-2022, I used my credit card to pay for the flowers. A neighbor was in Ashville for her birthday and I was sending the flowers to her. Shortly after ordering the flowers I received a message saying they cancelled my order because they didn't deliver to the location I needed them to go. I have tried many times to get some concrete information from them but have not gotten anything useful from them. The website is still up. I Googled this florist and they have many complaints for not refunding money on orders. I will file a complaint with BBB also. Here's a transcript of our emails.

They did the same thing to me: I placed a Floral Order on December 1, 2022, and the next day, they cancelled it, but charged my carder $72.20! Got the same generic email from "Denise, a manager", just like you, stating that a refund had been made, but 42 days later, there's no sign of any refund. I've sent multiple emails to customer service@Rogerflorist.com but have received no response. This company is dishonest and fraudulent in their business dealing and I will contact the BBB and post negative reviews online.

Roger Florist Service in all

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on 1/6/23 online with Rogers Florist. I even call the number after the purchase to confirm it would be delivered THAT day, the man told me yes by 7pm. The arrangement never arrived. I never received an email to confirm the order. I called this morning on 1/7/23 to ask what the issue was, and the man was SO disgustingly rude. He asked NO questions, didn’t look up my order, he immediately told me to “consider it cancelled” and he continued to cut me off and repeat ITS CANCELLED. There was literally no result. I ended up having to call my bank to cancel the order and file a claim. SUCH GARBAGE.

Roger Florist Service

I put in an order for a flower delivery weeks ago. I was told that you could not deliver in that area for some reason. Roger Florist took my money and I have yet to get a refund…. Every time I call, I’m being transferred to a voicemail box that keeps on saying “Roger Florist” and then disconnects me. I have sent an email and I never get a reply. I will never ever do business with Roger Florist again!

Roger Florist Flower bouquet

12-23-22 received email stating my order was cancelled due to being undeliverable. Refund was to be processed 1-2 days. I allowed extra time due to the holidays, then emailed customer service. Manager, Denise, replied, stating the refund was showing processed on her end. She asked that I give it another day or so to post. After many emails and almost 2 weeks, still no refund.

Roger Florist No refund yet it's been 4 months

I ordered online October 9 for the flowers to deliver to somewhere else they charge me they took all information they took it out the money almost $69 from my account and right away after that they said they don't deliver to my area and after that, I am still chasing them to get my money back and then I got email from them it says they refund my money but still I don't receive back yet I don't have any refund. Im keep calling them nobody's answering and they're not responding my emails anymore and I'm still waiting for my refund for $70 never ever use this company they cheating literally they're cheating and taking peoples money. I.

Roger Florist took an order I placed on Christmas Eve and later that day cancelled said order. Said I would be refunded money. Total scam. It's been over a week and a half and still no refund. Customer service said may be issue with my bank. I contacted my bank and they said no refund was issued. I have read complaints after the fact. Wished I read them prior to ordering. Take business off the web. Scam total scam

Roger Florist My money back

I ordered flowers on 12/29/22 and was told they would be delivered same day. I also spoke with Chat which informed me they would be delivered by 5pm Next day I got a text from customer service that said order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. After at least 5 emails and nothing. They are not even returning my emails. Very frustrated. Can you help?

You need open the dispute, call to the bank and report that you never got your order. It will take a wile but you will defiantly get your money back

Roger Florist Ordered flowers and they never delivered but took my money

On Dec 20 2022 flowers were ordered for a funeral. I called to ask when would be delivered, was advised they had up u til 9pm to deliver. I called the next day and was told it would go out that day but it didn't. I then received an email Dec 22nd from Jackie Tyler who said order had to be canceled as the address was undeliverable!

The letter said to allow 1-2 days for the refund to my credit card. I've sent 3 more emails and was told by Denise the suposed supervisor, that it showed refund on their end. My bank never received a refund to this and it is now Jan 3rd and I keep asking.

Desired outcome: I want my money sent back in a check

Roger Florist Flower Delivery

12/8/22 -I ordered from them online and within minutes they cancelled my order and stated I would get a refund. The amount of $64.71 was deducted from my debit/bank account on 12/8/22. I have sent numerous emails to a Denise asking status and even though she responded showing me a refund in their system (which anyone can do that). I still have yet to receive my refund. DO NOT order from this scam florist

Desired outcome: I could like to see their business removed from the internet so others don't have to go through this and of course I want my refund processed back on my account.

This is a scam company! They appear as a legitimate company that you can order from when searching for flower delivery, but when you try to get a refund, they really don’t refund your money!

Roger Florist Refusal to deliver flowers

I ordered flowers and paid for them. NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO GLAD I DIDN'T USE MY BANK CARD! I used a credit card and have already filed a complaint! See below for their response. I went to google to file a bad review and am unable to do so! I feel they are scammers and are trying to steal from people!

Roger Florist Roger Florist

My mom lives in Illinois and I live in New Jersey, I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday for today 12/29/22, submitted the address and my information. My brother was at the house, so there was someone there but as of 8pm her time, the flowers weren't delivered. The total was $52.41. $33.99 for the flowers, $14.99 service fee and $3.43 tax. When I spoke with my Mom, she said there was nothing at the house nor was there a note from the florist. I will call in the morning to find out what happened. They had my money before I even hung up. Very disappointed with them. I just hope someone answers the phone.

Desired outcome: I want to know what happened and why the flowers weren't delivered. If they give me some bs answer, I'll ask for a full refund.

I'm so stupid for not ordering from 1-800-flowers, I could kick myself in the rear. I made a huge mistake and I'm probably out $52.41 and my Mother-in-law is without flowers for her birthday. Always go with a reputable company before ordering anything online.
