Rooms To Go review: Sectional made of 5 individual pieces

Do not purchase this crappy “warranty” please.

I purchased cash a brand new sectional from rooms to go on July 2021 name of the sectional is Laney Park Light Gray Sectional.

This sectional has so many problems! First problem, after a few weeks it gets full tiny fuzz balls called pills. It’s not just 2 or 3 or a few. It is a lot. You have to stay on top of the couch removing those if you are a picky ocd person like myself. Second problem we have with this couch is it stains horribly, even water can stain it, it leaves dark lines and circles all over the sectional. We had this problem with all the pieces.

I submitted a claim online, received a call askng me if it was one piece or all of them. I informed it was all of them. Customer service basically said they couldn’t do anything and that warranty does not cover that. I asked if they can send someone to clean it, the answer is no. I was so disappointed. We have spent so much money at rooms to go over the years and previously the warranty was great. They would send a tech out to see your furniture, they would repair and clean and if the problem was not sold they would give you a re selection of your choice as long as it was equal or more value. That was until they decided to change to this new company. RTG IS NOT CHEAP but, the reason we kept going back was because of the excellent customer service. Never again!
