Service is difficult enough to find at Sam's Club; but, this lack of service is tolerated in that they frequently have lower pricing. It does not bother me that they do not supply bags in that I prefer to use my own. I am an enviromentalist and as such I have mesh bags and canvas bags that I use each time I purchase groceries or other items that fit within the bags. It outrages me that Sam's club does not allow customers to bag their purchases. They want consumers to stand outside in the rain, heat, cold or whatever to bag their purchases. I consider this rude and a disservice. If Sam's club wants to turn the bags inside out at the cash register to verify that theft is not occurring then so be it. Rudeness and inconsideration should never be part of a business plan.

I got a screw in it. I was able to drive to the Vero Beach,Sams Club. I was told that they cannot fix the tire and the tires that are on the car are incorrect size so that was installed on the car. They wanted to put a miss match size on or I need to purchase 4 new tires
Someone hit my brand new truck today 09/23/23right around 2:30 , so I have to call 911 and make a police report and the officer said he can’t even see the vehicle that hit me ,Sam’s club manager didn’t even let me see the cameras

This evening, I was planning to cook the garlic sprouts that I bought from your store a few days ago. I noticed that there were many dyes on the garlic sprouts when I cut them into pieces. The function of the dye, which is obvious to make the vegetable look greener and fresher. However, it does no good to human.
i have bought 2 gallons of whole milk there and they go bad days before the run out date wha it the hell the milk was lumpy and sour and u canot drink it i have seny u all the information i have if u aint gonning to do nothing leave me alone

I placed the order online on November 4. I called last Thursday to let them know and was told it would be re shipped but it was not. It shows they arrived last Monday November 6 but it did not. I called on Thursday November 9 and they said they would ship but I still have not received the order.
The customer service numbers listed on the app are not working, it just gives you the days and times to call from 7am to 11pm and tells you to call back at those times and says good bye and hang up. I attempted several times to call after 7:30 am and after 8 am but no one answers, it's just a automated message.
