I was at the Sams Club 11/16/23 in Springdale Ohio trying to check out only to find I could not check out until 10AM. I even had my items on a belt to checkout and the employee actually put my items back in my cart and said I had to wait until 10am. I limped around on a leg that I had an 11 inch tumor removed from only to be treated like dog _______ you fill in the blank. I even went to your customer service desk and got nothing. Don't think your people should say we will clear you this one time only but keep in mind our process. One lady beside of me was getting the same message that she had to upgrade her card to check out only to have a manager come over and clear her checkout, but they would not clear for me. I stood around for 30 minutes to check out. Then your entire self-checkout system went down. You had employees standing around doing nothing and he should put in checkout line to check out customers. That whole mess yesterday was a disgrace and you guys have serious issues with that store. Not only did you close a store close to me I have to drive a half hour to go to a Sams Club. This bad management process is pushing people to join Costco and guess where my thoughts are going?
