Hi. MY name is Julie Volzer. Member [protected]. I order wheaties from samsclub.com very often. the order its ALWAYS the wrong number of boxes when I receive them. I always order 3 bundles of wheaties. Each bundle is 2 boxes. I should get 6 boxes. I ALWAYS receive 3 boxes. I call and complain. They order me 2 bundles (1 extra box extra for my inconvenience) from that I get 2 boxes NOT 2 bundles. So I'm short 1 box from my original order. I call and complain I still didn't get 6 boxes. MIND YOU I STILL HAVEN"T RECIEVED 6 BOXES TOTAL. They send me another ""BUNDLE"" supposedly 1 box for my INCONVEINCE. I GET 1 box again. IT TAKES 3 calls to samsclub.com to get what I ordered in the first place. I am inconvenienced many times just to get my original order! I know the other kinds of cereal (like cinnamon toast crunch) are glued together. Wheaties are not glued together. THIS SEEMS TO CONFUSE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PACKAGING MY ORDERS. MY latest order number is [protected]. I will call 2 more times just to get what I ORDERED!
