Hey, my name is Elio Ambrose. I signed up the Sam's Club membership account, but my experience is really not good. I'm not satisfy with the Sam's Club services so I decided to cancel and refund the membership. I contacted the Sam's Club +[protected] and a membership specialist team member named "Francisco" canceled the membership.
I already read the Sam's Club term and conditions for cancellation of the membership. In the terms, it is mentioned that you can get the refund via Sam's or Walmart gift card also.
I want to get the refund via Walmart e-gift card because it doesn't take more than 24 hours and also it will be useful for my Walmart membership.
Anyway, I requested the (Francisco) to refund me via Walmart e-gift card but the membership specialist (Francisco) decline to issue me a Walmart e-gift card and mentioned "Sam's Club is no more offering refund via e-gift cards."
I replied that it is mentioned in the terms and conditions of www.samsclub.com. Francisco replied that "these terms and conditions are outdated".
Now, let me know whom I should have to believe?
