William Angerson, [protected], I went to SAM'S CLUB 004794 LAKELAND FL to have a tire repaired. I gave them all my information, and he charged me a left front tire wheel balance and charged me for tire repair left rear tire.
I thought tire repair and balance was free if you are a Sam's club member, and I had tires fixed there before.
I went shopping and spent over $200.00 and then he called me and said the truck was finished. I went there and he said he was able to balance the front tire but couldn't patch the back tire because there were 2 nails in the tire, he refunded my Sam's club card for the tire repair. I asked why he couldn't patch the tire, he stated that his patches aren't big enough, I explained to him that I used to fix tires and you can use more than 1 patch to repair the tire, I think they were to lazy to take the tire off of the rim and check the inside of the tire.
I brought it to another tire shop and they patched the tire without a problem.
I am very disappointed in Sam's Club automotive service center.
Claimed loss: 2.5 hours of my time, and there wasn't another car in the shop.
Desired outcome: repair my tire.
