Samsung Samsung French door refrigerator ice maker

Ice maker keeps breaking. It freezes up and now leaking under crisper. Had it replaced in March and now had to call to have it replace again. This is getting expensive as I am a senior citizen. Is this a recall noone let me know about. I can't afford to have replaced every six months.

Desired outcome: Fix so it stays fixed or replace refrigerator

Samsung To get my refund.

I had issues with my Samsung watch 4. On august 13 2022 they said they will refund my watch. I have been calling and talking to reps. They have been putting ticket numbers for this issue but no refund. Every rep says the refund will be done in couple of days but it never happens. The refund is for $339.99. Samsung Samsung z fold 3 phone

I have been trying for weeks to get my Samsung fold 3 replaced. Samsung asked me to take the phone into Youbreakifix. I took the phone in as I was asked to do. The customer service rep at Samsung wanted to verify that the phone was breaking in the middle inside screen where the phone closes. The customer service rep stated that this is a defect and I needed to have it verified that indeed it is a factory defect and not physical damage. The gentleman at Youbreakifix confirmed that the inside screen is cracking due to a factory defect and the parts to fix the device are not available. I called Samsung back and they are asking me to now send in my phone for a 2nd level technician to look at it. I just do not understand why my time was wasted by requesting I go into Youbreakifix. If Samsung does not take the word of the technician, why have me go and let them check it in the first place. I have had this phone only a couple months and now it has two cracks going up the middle of the screen where it folds. I called they put me through to the insurance company but they wanted to charge me 250 deductible for a factory defect or send me a used phone to replace my brand new phone. I do not feel it is right to continue to charge me new phone price while I am given a used phone. I am asking for Samsung to do the right thing and replace my phone with a new Z fold3 or return the money for the phone. It is not my fault or physical damage. I do not mind paying for a good product, but I do mind paying new price for a used phone.

Desired outcome: Samsung to replace my zfold3. It has a factory defect with a new Samsung zfold3. If that cannot be done or if this issue is going to continue being a known issue for these phones, I am requesting my money back

Samsung Samsung 51 bottle wine refrigerator

Model #RW51TS338SR/AA

I purchased this in 6/21, as I have all Samsung appliances and was saving for this wine fridge for a while. Right after I purchased it, I received the devasting news that I had cancer. I immediately had to have multiple surgeries and start chemotherapy. The fridge was delivered but sat unopened or installed for the 14 months of my isolation and treatment. I finally got the all clear to be exposed to others and had it installed 8/22. It keep going on and off and would not stay on for more than 1/2 hour. I contacted Samsung and they said the warranty expired 6/22- two months prior. I explained the extenuating circumstances and they agreed to have it serviced and repaired for me. A technician came to my home and determined the control panel was defective and told me he would be back in 3 days. The day of that repair the tech called and said that Samsung said they could not get the part so it would have to be replaced. I called Samsung and they said that was correct except that they were only willing to repair and would not be able to replace as warranty was up. I told them they could not provide the part to fix and the tech said it was defective- lemon- they said nothing they could do now to help me- throw it away- what? it was 1000.00 - I am working parttime as I recover in remission, and they say too bad its defective? I offered to pay an extended warranty fee to get a replacement and they said no- we cannot do anything - you re out your money. I have ALL Samsung appliances, I just had my mother by the full suite of SAMSUNG appliances, my friends just bought the same after seeing mine and this company is unwilling to fix or replace this unit that was sold defective. I have been through so much and cannot believe this is how a loyal customer would be treated.

Desired outcome: To have unit fixed or replaced or be credited the amount I paid

Samsung Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator

To Whom It May Concern;

I purchased the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator online at Samsung.com on May 31, 2022. It was promply delivered on June 30, 2022. Shortly after the delivery, I noticed a very high pitch sound coming from the side of the unit and after a couple hours it did not go away. I called Samsung Technical Support at [protected] after waiting on the phone for 90 minutes and told the representative about my issue. She assured me that the best way to handle this was to send out a repair person to fix the issue. I disagreed with her because this is a brand new unit and should not have a sound like that so soon after turning it on.

I followed her instruction and opened ticket number [protected]. The first night of having the refrigerator the sound was so loud I can hear it from my bedroom and could not sleep. Subsequently, I now keep my room door closed because sound is on 95% of the time. When the repair person from United State Appliance finally came out, he told me that the sound is not an issue because it is not louder than 69 decibels. He did not have a meter but was guessing at the measurement.

He said he is going to order some padding to place around the compressor to shield the noise. I told him I did not want that kind of repair and that since this was a BRAND NEW refrigerator, it should not be making that kind of noise. I can’t even focus the TV because this high pitch sound is always on.

After about 3 weeks of hell, United States Appliance came back and padded the compressor. It did not work. I received a phone call from Saturday September 3 from Frederick at Johnson refund and he told me that my repair was fixed. I called back and spoke to another representative and told him it was not fixed and he said there was nothing more they can do.

I own 3 other homes with refrigerators that are 15+ years old and they do not make this kind of sound. Because I trust the initial call the Samsung technical support, I lost out on the timeframe to return or exchange my unit.

I clearly believe that a faulty unit was delivered to me and all I want is an exchange. I cannot live in a home with this high pitch noise going on 95% of the time.

I am begging you for some sanity and resolution to my issue.

I own several Samsung devices and hope that you will live up the the JD Powers and Associates award for customer satisfaction.

Samsung Samsung washer buttons not responding

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Best Buy December 2021, August 29, 2022, the washer will turn on but none of the buttons or wash setting dial will respond. Called customer support and went through the steps with a Samsung customer representative on the phone. They said a repair technician would need to come evaluate the problem and they would connect me to that department to schedule an appointment. Then they hung up on me without transferring the call. I had to call back and go through all the steps again with a new representative, then schedule an appointment for a technician to come evaluate the problem on 9/6/22. Today I get a message from Samsung, the technician will not be able to come evaluate the washer because they do not have the required parts from the manufacturer. How do they know what parts are needed when no one has evaluated the problem yet? I called customer service again and was told that Samsung is doing an update, to unplug the washer for 24 hours and plug it back in and it "should work". The washer has been unplugged now for 3 days, I plugged back into power and it still does not work. Notified customer support the washer buttons do not respond and the issue needs resolved. Mary says the update "should" happen within the next week and the issue will be fixed. What do they do with customers who do not have Wi-Fi? She could not give me an answer. I said I wanted a refund or new washer, and she states she cannot do that without a Samsung technician coming to evaluate the problem. She sent an email that they will be in contact when they have any more information. I spent thousands of dollars on junk Samsung appliances. Samsung customer service does not stand behind their products, they might be aesthetically pleasing to look at, but they are trash when you can't even use them for more than 8 months.

Samsung Replace the icemaker

I have a friend in Tenn. that has a contract with Lowes to buy appliances. I bought a Samsung french=door refrigertor freezer from him. The ice maker quit working, I called Samsung. As a one time courteousy. they replaced it for me. They had a techncian from Greenville, S.C. come out. He was very rude, told me I had used a hair dryer. Why would L do that when I had just bought it. After about 3 weeks, the ice maker quit again. I couldn't even get the ice bucket out. For hours, I used the defrost mode to get it out. Instead of the water going into the tray, It was running at the end of the bucket and freezing up. We cut the water off I

I had to start buying bag ice for my drinks. I called Samsung again. They sent another technician out to fix it. He was really nice and courteous. He put new parts in and called Samsung. The first technician that came out put it down as unrepairable. This last technician took 7 photos of the inside of it to show there wasn't any damage. He sent them to Samsung and told me to call them.

I called 4 different times. The 4th lady listened to what happened. I held on 3 different times while she kept telling me they were hunting them. She said they looked at them and considered the ice maker unrepairable. I don't think the technician would have gone to the trouble of sending the photos if there had been damage. The technician was here on August 18, 2022. I feel like I was treated unfairly by someone accusing me of using a hairdryer when I didn't. I just feel like Samsung gave me the run around and doesn't want to stand behind there products

Samsung WA50M7450AP/A4 Top rusting out

Bought washer four years ago and top rusting out. Called Samsung pro and all they said your out of warranty and have to pay for service call. Really, a washer rusting out in four years is a product defect and not simple broken unit. My other brand washer lasted 15 years and didn't rust out. Samsung does not stand behind their product. they need to replace this unit

Samsung Refrigerator

To whom it may concern,

I have a Samsung refrigerator that I bought from Sears in February 2019. In May of 2022 I filed a complaint with BBB because my refrigerator was not making ice. A repairman came on May 19th and replaced the icemaker. Yesterday. August 30, 2022 the icemaker stopped working again. I have also noticed that my food is spoiling faster. I don't believe the thermostat is displaying the correct temperature.

Desired outcome: I would like a repairman to come to fix my refrigerator.

Samsung Refrigerator

I bought a Samsung french door with middle draw black stainless steel I paid 3,100 for it the ice machine has had issues and the paint on the bottom of fridge started to peel I have called about ice maker with no help. I called my own repair man which he ordered a new ice maker after waiting 4 months they sent the wrong replacement after many times of defrosting this ice maker unplugging and doing everything their trouble shooting said to do, still freezing up and not making ice. I am done the black stainless steal paint, which they said they don’t have it. After all this, I have had enough. I feel they owe me some kind of refund. Which I call and they send me to different departments and drop the call after waiting we’ll over an hour and then get disconnected and start over. Insane

Samsung refrigerator

Bought a full set of kitchen appliances from home Depot February 2022. Delivery was April 2022 and refrigerator was broken and never taken off the truck. Replacement call was made immediately and Samsung called me the next day with a new delivery date for the replacement refrigerator for June 2022. 2 days prior to the new delivery I received a call about having to change the delivery due to "unforseen shipping issues" a long with another call about no longer having the model I ordered. New delivery set for a week later at beginning of July 2022 after confirming the upgraded model it was never delivered in July. Now, almost 2 months later and multiple phone calls a week I am still without a refrigerator and I keep getting the same cookie cutter response from customer service about the information being held up by some back office waiting to accept the new upgraded model.

Desired outcome: I would like my refrigerator delivered.

Samsung galaxy watch

Paid over 500. for watch for fall detection device/ Fell three times,last one seriously injured; but fall detection did not work. At one point they sent replacement parts and installed by T Mobile. Still did not work so I gave up after speaking to people just reading a script. Last week standing in line fall detector went off and my daughter was hysterical. Now I went to a manager and he said I could upgrade and pay difference. Got a case no to go to T Mobile . Girl said since watch was free, Samsung required ins which she added to my account She .charged and no help from Samsung me $34.00 shipping and tax and sent watch Today T Mobile told me I owed for watch. so sending it back . I am still paying for old phone so called again today and new supervisor just kept saying watch out of warranty and nothing could be done I told him look at records, I h ad been calling about problem long before warranty expired. He just kept repeating himsel so I gave up.I pd for sometime that is dangerous to me

Samsung Phone Repair

I sent my S21ultra in over a month ago for repair. I keep being told it is 5-7 days out. Yesterday I called the customer care line multiple times and was on hold for over 1 1/2 hours just to be told the repair center was closed for the day and I would need to call back today. The Care Service Center has been the worst department I have ever dealt with. I have called them muliple times over the last month and they can't provide any info on my phone. I sent my phone in initially in the beginning of June. It was returned to me unrepaired. It's ridiculous that they have had my phone for over a month, and I can't get an update.

Samsung Top loader washer

I have a Samsung Washing machine that is 5 yrs. old, recently the control panel stopped working, Samsung gave me a one-time curtesy warranty for parts and labor through the company that they work with. I was very happy with this, until the Phillips repair told me that the control panel was back ordered then i received another call from them telling me that the part is no longer being made. Advised to contact Samsung to see what options were available, I called, spoke with several people, spent a long time on hold, asked to speak with a supervisor, advised that they would call me back, after 3 business days still no call back, i had to call again, on hold once again. As i was speaking with a supervisor the call was dropped. I would have thought that the supervisor would have called me back, but she did not. Once again, I called back on hold again, finally spoke with another supervisor who told me that this part was currently on a delayed status and was unable to give me any time frame as to when it would be available. He would not contact their office for me and kept repeating the same thing. I asked if he could please work with me to resolve this issue and again just kept repeating that the item is delayed. I have a washing machine that is no use to me because I cannot find this part. I understand that it is out of warranty but per supervisor the normal lifespan is 7 to 10 years, mine is 5 yrs. old. I would gladly replace the control panel, BUT it is not available. So now i have the hardship put on me to either buy a new washer or continue to go to the laundry mat. I feel that the right thing for Samsung to do is to work with me to either exchange my washer or help with the cost of a new one. I have no control over the production of the parts, and it does not make sense as to why the parts are no longer being made, they are not delayed as I was informed, they are no longer available. This is ridiculous, Samsung needs to stand behind their products and make things right for those who CHOOSE to purchase their products. As I have read many reviews from others this seems to be a typical problem. Does the company really not care about their customers and keeping them. If no one is willing to seriously work with me, I will no longer be a customer and I will not recommend any Samsung products to anyone. I will only but products that are made in the USA, which is what i should have done in the first place. Very disappointed.

Desired outcome: I would like for Samsung to exchange my washer or help me with the cost of a new one.

Samsung Samsung Android OS

Samsung Android Operating system no longer allows us to remove apps that we download. This is predatory capitalism. We deserve the right to remove apps we no longer want on our phone.

It also seems that the programming won't allow us to save or share voice-mail without a 3rd party app. The share button rings a notice to change permissions in settings I have allowed all permissions s and still can't share my vm. Every security update makes the phone run worse. This is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: Fix the OS so we can remove apps we don't want. We pay for our phone and deserve to have more control over how we want it to run.

Samsung Refrigerator

It has been months for me dealing with Samsung trying to resolve the issue.

The refrigerator I bought is defective and not working properly. Instead of admitting that and exchanging as any other company and product would, Samsung is trying to delay by all possible and impossible means till the warranty expires.

They outright deny the exchange and supposedly attempt to fix the new defective unit.

Their specialists were not able to fix, yet the company still refuses to exchange the refrigerator.

Desired outcome: Exchange for working unit and reimburse for all the spoiled food.

Samsung Financing

I purchased a tablet from you using your financing promotion. I mailed three times the minimum payment 6 days before the due date. My next statement came and there was a late charge. They say it arrived 1 day late. They would not work with us at all and we were told there was no grace period. We paid it off in full and will never do business with you again.

Samsung Samsung TU7000 55 inch

Whenever I watch tv channels like Tubi discovery+ along those lines when I switch over to the cable it doesn’t work. It’s looking for the source. I’ve tried numerous hdmi cables but it continues to happen. What is the problem?

It says my account has been locked reset your password to continue using your account whatever so I do and it says sign into your account and then it says my account's been locked research password so I do and it says sign that your account and I try and it says my account's been locked please change your password and I do and it says sign into your account and I try this is your account's locked please reset your password I've done this 12,000 times

Samsung Warranty decision

Purchased a Qn85QN90AAFXZA on June 23rd 2022 and was delivered June 25th 2022. July 19th had a tech. company come out to wall mount my tv. Everything looked good until the tv was push back in place. (wall mount) than a multi color of lines ran up the center of tv. Samsung determined it was not a warranted situation do to the fact a hair line crack existed which unless a trained technician would even see. Don't know if the issue happened in transport from Samsung to the retailor or from the retailor to me. I do know that when the tech company installed on wall mount there was nothing done to cause a crack.

Desired outcome: Do to the fact that no one knows how the crack happened and there is no one to go back to for restitution i am hoping that Samsung could sell me a new tv screen at cost. If more practical sell me a new tv at an agreed discount.
