I picked up hash browns, everthing bagel with cream cheese and 2% Milk this morning and when I arrived to work to eat it I was very disappointed. They thinly sliced the top of the bagel off to cut in half barely even spread a 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese on the bottom. What did I pay $.65 for?

I would have never imagined such poor service from our local sheetz. There were only a couple cars in front of me, one picked up a drink and the other a pack of cigaretts. So no excuse!

My husband and I had a long day and decided to stop by to grab some alcohol being at the age of 21 we didn't expect any problems. I just got off work and didn't have my purse or id on me so I sent my husband in to get it. The cashier who rung him out said she didn't want his id but she didn't wanted mine because she discriminated against how old I look. She said I looked too young to buy alcohol. I would gladly turn around and go home to grab my id but why should I feel like I have to do that. My husband was buying the alcohol not me? Why were we denied? Not only were we turned away but she was extremely rude and was acting as if we were an inconvenience to her night as soon as we walked in. She didn't even look at my husbands id or make eye contact with us she automatically just assumed and refused. I will never be going here again.

I ordered a complete order from sheetz as I normally do. However I was missing my quesorito, fries, and snack wraps from the order. Instead I received just the hot dogs and cheese bites. I was missing three items which has never happened. Also the person wrapping my order spilled the food while placing into the bag and made it very messy. All my food was scattered and I received the wring items and was missing several more.

The size of the chicken on my chicken and cheese breakfast shmagel is literally the size of a chicken nugget. For the price paid I expect more than a chicken nugget for breakfast. The minimum letter count is 350 and there's not much more I can say other than this is ridiculous and whoever KNOWINGLY placed a chicken nugget size patty on my bagel should be held accountable. Thanks.

I have been in your store multiple times over the past few days and your employees are always on their phones it's ridiculous the amount of time I have to wait to be checked out at 7:30pm because of employees on their phones the business is very terribly ran…

I ordered a breakfast sandwich with specifically *no meat* and open it up after getting back on my 8 hour bus just to find 3 greasy slices of bacon across the entire sandwhich. $4 down the drain🤦🏻‍♀️

We were missing an order of mozzarella sticks, a total of 4 paid for sauces, missing items from the sampler, our Mac and cheese was cold, and items had to be subbed upon arrival. Individually, these issues are manageable and understandable— combined, measurable. Please compensate this visit

Not to be too much of a hassle but i ordered at large hot chocolate but instead I got a regular when I paid for a large and i know its not that much of a difference but when I pay for an item i expect it to be what I ordered. I obviously ordered a large for a reason and to get a regular it was fine but again not what i wanted and i never had this problem with this sheetz before. This was at the sheetz on Pearl Road in Strongsville Ohio.

How is it possible to serve food like this to customers? This has happened to many times. Will your workers or CEO want to be serve like this? I can be contacted at [protected]. See picture attached.

We went to the Sheetz in Kutztown, Pa on Route 78 on Sunday November 21 about 10am. for gas and restrooms. To my dismay and shock the women's restroom was disgusting. We always stop at Sheetz because the bathrooms have been clean. We will make sure we don't stop at this one again. There is no reason the bathroom should be this dirty. Sweeping/mopping the floors and emptying the garbage would be nice. Glad there was soap in the dispenser. Happy Thanksgiving

Ordered hot dogs with chili, cheese and ketchup. Picked up order and hot dogs have cheese, mustard and onions! Steak sub ordered with Mayo, came without Mayo! Worst pick up order ever! And who is driving back to fix order…nobody! And the store wasn't even busy! So very sad! Im not sure what will be done about this but if I messed up at my job people would die!

It is completely wrong, unfair, disrespectful. And selfish for this company to stay open on holidays. Do you people not think people have families that they maybe want to see for once? And to make it required so that they have no other choice and forcing them to work. What is wrong with this company. A bunch of selfish pigs who only care about money.

I bought 2 breakfast platters and French toast sticks and there was no cheese on the eggs, no jam for the bread and no French toast sticks at all!

I am retired disable military never asked no one for nothing for free in my life it's freezing cold n I was running out of gas. Maybe 4 mile to empty completely I barely made store n since I have pride n love myself n country I am not from here. Henderson I'm working I asked a man to buy a 60 light for gas 5$ worth n employ said no he a bum begs Al the time witch is a lie I'm not from here n it hurt me cause I never asked for help or money before n onlybasked because I'm out of gas n from out of town n not for free like a panhandler but as a retired hard working man tried to sell a 60.00 light for 5$ gas to get home so maniger laughing said they want give me emmploys name or hers at first n said front ask noone for nothing n leave property so is it maniger or Sheetz rules before I go to news need o say I sat cold out of gas beside Rd 1 mile away out of gas cause of them not helping me or letting me ask for help or. Let me sell something for gas it's they made a laugh out of yelling so everyone in parking lot heard he's a bum asking for money don't give it to him n I have to go if anyone helps me they can leave to so I want a sign at all ur stores say if u don't have money on u n r out of gas or having trouble don't come to Sheetz only want money no one else alloud I feel so bad that she lied n yelled I'm a bum just cause I had no money on me n was out of gas.

I used to love Sheetz coffee until you got the new machines. I used to buy it almost everyday of the week. Now I can only get it up until 10am from the old machines. Today I went into the Johnstown Sheetz at 9:10 am excited to get coffee and the machine was already emptied, so I didn't get any coffee. I live in Ebensburg and would buy coffee if you had the old machines all day. This is sad! Many people I heard say the same thing

Ordered 2 hotdog combo with ketchup, mustard, relish, diced onions, red onions & pickles. No red onions on it al all, barely any other toppings at all. Worst product I've ever gotten at Sheetz. I order your food weekly.
This was my first visit to store # 660 in Barboursville, WV. I expect more for my $$ and more from Sheetz. Thank you.

I ordered a chicken tender platter with fries and Mac and cheese. They first time they made it by dumping the Mac and cheese all over the platter. Not how I ordered my platter. They remade it but I ordered chicken tenders not cut up pieces of chicken to make it into bites. My original order was chicken tenders as seen in my video. Not happy and WAS really excited about my lunch till this.

I made a online order and went to pick up my order and when I got home. My order was messed up. I order a chedder cheese pretzel and I got a jalapeno cheese pretzel. I ordered french toast and it was cooked to long and hard I couldn't eat it. The service at this store is horrible. As you can see this is not chedder cheese
