Took extremely long time to prepare, food cold and soggy, lacking sides I asked for and extras I paid for, product was unrdible.
See above. Order to an extremely long time to prepare. Order was cold and items were soggy. Missing condiments I ordered and others I paid extra for. Look at photo of quesadillas ordered that were pathetic. Ordered lettuce, onions, sour cream and as u can see poorly prepared. I am a displeased customer. Make this right please.
Desired outcome: Firstly, correct the internal problem. I would expect a total refund for the extended time delay and poor quality of the food I received. I order often and this purchase is inexcusable.

Alcohol
At the sheetz in Nanty Glo Pennsylvania they lock the beer cooler doors prior to the posted time of 1:45 am. There are stickers on the door stating that doors for the cooler lock at 1:45 am and all alcohol needs to be purchased by 2:00 am, and then by 2:30 am all alcohol needs removed from the premises. they had the cooler doors locked when I went into the store at 1:43 am
Desired outcome: They follow the posted polices that are available to the public
I'll have to say 1 if you know the time don't come in last minute expecting you to get special treatment, also it's 2 am my store closes it at 12 you should be happy and better set. 2 it's called preparation to close. What if they're busy, or hell anything. 2 minute warnings aren't the way to go about this
I purchased unlimited fries for $9.99 they still charge me for fries
I purchased a promotion Sheetz offered. Unlimited fries for $9.99, on their Sheetz app, that is connected to my credit card.
My card was successfully charged the $9.99. however, when I ordered my food I was still charged for the fries.
Management gave me a customer service number, that "zero people were ahead of me", waited 20 minutes with no one answering the phone. They refused to call their district manager when I asked them to in store, and refused to give me the number so I can have this situation taken care of.
Desired outcome: FIX YOUR APP!!! STOP CHARGING ME FOR FRIES! TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER, THEY CAN'T EVEN FIGURE OUT YOUR APP
I work for sheetz. It’s only free fries with the subscription if u buy bags of fries. Cups and buckets don’t count for the subscription.
I mean endless fries sounds like you'd have to at least buy into it not expecting free everlasting fries. It's a business, a money hungry one but still.
Rude customer service
I live by the sheetz on 17th super sheetz and they are just so rude to me. I have enough points to get a free personal pan pizza and he told me they don't do them there in the rudest way ever. Some of our stores don’t carry items and some do. The rudeness wasn’t necessary tho. But the company gives us the recipes for the drinks. The red fish drink is always runny because that’s the recipe they give us. There’s nothing employees can do about it
A Sub
I honestly just wanted a plain sub and my italian sub came on PITA bread?!? I'm so confused what is this. I hate pita bread now I can't even eat my sub I ordered.

This morning 11/10/21 I ordered a Chia latte online with my app around 8:50 am to the location on 6290 Allentown Blvd. and I waited patiently until 8:19 am which made me late for work and when I ask the employee that was in the kitchen with a smart attitude she stated she was the only one in the kitchen and i had to wait as long as necessary to get a latte. very unprofessional and i ended up leaving without a latte that I had already paid for cause I'm not about to get fired for being late to work because i have to wait for a latte that literally takes less than 5 minutes to make. my order number was [protected]. my name is Emily De la Cruz my email is: [protected]@gmail.com I'm requesting to make this right I want my money refunded, and some sort of apology for the inconvenience.

As someone who personally has had to run all 5 stations of a sheetz kitchen completely by my self, I’ve had hour and a half waits for things. It’s the fault of understaffing. Not employees
I mean in the defense. We're told to prioritize food and mto. Drinks are a pain in the [censored] to fiddle with.and cuz everyone likes to throw peanut butter in it it's sometimes shunned in case of spreading allergic materials, so again not great but it's the ruling. And if she's the only one in the kitchen and half yall customers either order simple stuff that doesn't take priority or everything on the menu that holds up for others. Tbh I noticed the customers attitude and outlook can be just as [censored]ty if not worse.
Made-To-Order food
I went to the Sheetz in Harrisburg, PA on Union Deposit Road. The kitchen staff forgot one of my 2 sandwiches for order #878. And the 2 sandwiches were the exact same sandwich. I didn't have enough time to go back in because i had somewhere to be. But this keeps occuring. I get being understaffed and long wait times, but if I'm waiting for a longer time, my order should at least be completely there.

Chicken tenders undercooked and pink
I got a 2 for $5 meal deal and I received my chicken tenders undercooked and pink within the meat. It also does not taste right. This is pretty unacceptable and can result in me and other customers getting very sick. I would like a full refund.

Ordered a chicken wrap for lunch. Please see the photo with my order. While eating I found a piece of paper attached to the pepper jack cheese in my sub. I ordered my sandwich Buffalo suace and ranch, came with honey mustard. There were random pieces of olive and there was little to no chicken on my sandwich as well. I ordered online to try and save some time during a work inservice and I am completely unsatisfied with this lunch.

Hello, I am a daily customer at the Sheetz location, 5421 Hornady Rd Greensboro, NC 27407. I was recently treated very unfair here. I received poor customer service from a worker named "Wes" who stated he was the manager & another Caucasian female manager. I simply put in a order for a Reese's brownie milkshake & instead, I received a Reese's pretzel milkshake that was extremely runny & thin with huge ice cubes. The whole time he prepared the shake, his nose wasn't protected fully with his mask & he wore no gloves. When I realized it wasn't the shake I wanted..especially under the conditions I saw..I asked if I could get my order corrected or refunded.. Both managers said "I'm not making you another shake" with an attitude & flip me off in front of other customers. I was respectful the whole time, all I wanted was the correct milkshake I ordered, but I was treated unfair & also wasted my money due to lazy disrespectful workers. I felt very embarrassed.

They need to change the grease
I frequent a sheetz in Hillsborough NC. For the past 3 days the tater tots are so brown they look burnt. I have managed restaurants for 20 years and you can taste the old grease in the product and they are not a light golden brown like they are supposed to be. This is sad and lazy. For the price you charge for this cheap food it should be perfect every time. This is my last time wasting money on this garbage. My breakfast sandwich is always cold and barely warm. Cant collect my points from my phone because of poor wifi
Everytime i go to sheetz the last 6 times i have spent between 20 and 30 dollars but havent been able to collect my points due to them telling me poor wifi so i have missed out on collecting any point . I've waited 10 to 15 minutes trying to wait for it to load up on my phone and as soon as i leave or have already paid then it appears. Its frustrating and inconvenient.

Food quality / incorrect order
I stopped at sheetz a few minutes ago and ordered a home style chicken sandwich and got grilled. Also ordered a cup and a bag of fries which weren't eaten because of how dry, soggy, greasy and flat out disgusting they were. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have wasted food and money at Sheetz in Fairmont West Virginia. Not only is the food flat out trash anymore, it takes anywhere from 25-40 minutes to get your food, even when placing a mobile order. I'm tired of wasting my time, money, and eventually food because these workers can't function at this location. The manager is sketchy and looks like he's using drugs, and no one is ever working, I always see employees standing around and talking or flat out doing nothing.
store inside and out is FILTHY
this store is very filthy, there is food and garbage all over the parking lot. Food and garbage overflowing in the garbage cans, and food and garbage among other things in the water for the windshield containers. IT IS disgusting. Also, why IS this station ALWAYS out of gas? No matter what time of day I come in there is one or two pumps working. Not to mention, there are always people in the store sitting for a long time and not getting gas. This is a HUGE problem in the morning time. Inside the store is not any better, the floors are gross the customer service is terrible. I have been to several SHEETZ throughout many states and they are SUPER CLEAN. This one, no matter what time I go in, FILTH! GROSS!

701 moye Blvd greenville NC October 26, 2021 coffee was unavailable due to all machines being cleaned at 11:20 am. employee (Bonnie) spilled an entire large cup of hot coffee on the floor. Left it unattended
And without a hazard sign for several minutes. I did eventually get a 16oz cup of coffee; however. There wasn't any creamer or other options except for 2 flavors. The coffee bar was extremely dirty. After waiting in line for another 10 minutes( there were 3 cashiers) the same employee stated I had to pay for the coffee( I spent 12.67 on other items)- she was loud and rude- Sheetz has ALWAYS GIVEN THE COFFEE ON THE HOUSE IF A CUSTOMER IS UNSATISFIED. I FREQUENT SHEETS ALMOST DAILY- very disappointed today.
