Tonight I placed an order on the app for pickup. Order [protected]. I ordered popcorn chicken and mac & cheese cup. When I got home I realized that the mac and cheese had not been included in the bag, but by then I was too far away to turn around and go all the way back. I would like a refund of the mac & cheese portion of this order since I did not receive it. It was very disappointing!!

Ordered made to order food today and bit into my sandwich to find the paper from my cheese still in my sandwich. I ordered 3 subs and 2 there to be toasted but they were not. Very disappointed. Everything else was fine and the customer service was nice. Just the staff needs to pay more attention to the details of orders and be more careful when putting cheese on sandwiches
chicken tender sub
I just paid nearly $10 for a HALF sub I can't eat. Three chicken tenders on a sub roll with a large heap of lettuce/tomato and only about a half teaspoon of dressing is disgusting. I should have just gotten chicken tenders and plain bread for a lot less money and a single dipping sauce for a lot more taste. Try to have some common sense about how much dressing you put on such a dry sub. I shouldn't have to request extra just to be able to taste it.
customer service/air
I am currently sitting in the parking lot of Sheetz in Inwood, WV. I came this morning to add air to my low tire. However, when I went to use the machine it sucked the remaining air out . After about 20 minutes of trying to figure out what to do, an employee finally wandered out to let me know the machine was broken but "they hadn't gotten around to putting anything on it.". I let him know I had no way to get anywhere as my tire was now flat and I had my 3 year old son with me and he responded "sorry bout your luck" and walked away. So here I sit. Waiting for my parents who live an hour away to come help me due to this stores negligence and the complete lack of care and concern from it's employees.
Slow service and bad communication
Placed a mobile order at 1:17am on Saturday October 5, 2019. Arrived at Sheetz around 1:20am. I stood there for 40 minutes before I got my order. They never told me the order was ready. Tonight I went to the gas station by my home that I have been going to for over a year. This time was different. The women working refused to sell me tobacco products claiming my ID looked fake, although I was able to show multiple credit cards to prove my identity, she very obviously was refusing because of my sexual orientation and I will be handling this with my lawyers. Today I ordered 2 hot dogs with chili, cheese, and onions and whoever made my food didn't put the chili on it. Also a couple days ago I ordered a salad from the same Sheetz and whoever made it put chips in my salad when I didn't order chips. What can be done about this because I am really upset about this? The workers there should really start paying attention to the orders that come in better.

appetizer sampler
I ordered an appetizer sampler with Mac & Cheese Bites, Popcorn Chicken, and Tater Tots. I only received TWO mac & cheese bites. This is VERY disappointing. I know that I am supposed to receive more than two mac & cheese bites with the appetizer sampler. I was looking forward to the mac & cheese bites the most out of all of the items that I selected. I hope that you can fix this.

This morning 10119 at approximately 9:30 a.m. I ordered my frozen caramel vanilla latte with peanut butter. only to be followed out by another customer who I had just overheard complain about something tell me that the girl who made my drink opened the can of peanut butter with her mouth. extremely slow drive thru service
Myself and my children waited more than 45 mins in the drive thru for our order I understand the food and beverage industry as I work in it myself and would never complain about something that I don't feel is necessary to address. On Wednesday, 9/25/19, Tyler, came out to the air pump to try and help me get it to work because it was not registering the pressure as I tried to put air in my tires .
He had the same problem with the compressor. He said that he will tell them to check the compressor and he looked at my tires and tested them with his foot and said they all had plenty of air in them. And he told me the low tire pressure warning could be reset.
So I thanked him for trying to help and I wanted to report to Sheetz that he was very courteous and professional.
frozen mocha
I have been ordering Frozen Mochas from sheetz every day for many years. Unfortunately on 09/25/19 after purchasing frozen mochas from 3 different sheetz because they tasted awful and I couldn't figure out why I was told sheetz switched to espresso in their drinks. Awful business choice sheetz! It tastes awful and disgusting and sheetz will no longer get my business. That was my only reason for going. I will now take my money elsewhere.
service from jim was unacceptable
I was standing in line with my uncle and he was purchasing beer, he asked me what type of cigar his wife asked for and I told him exactly what it was. The employee by the name of Jim ask me for my ID as if I was the one purchasing which I was not. I did not have my ID on me but I am in my 30s of age... so he refused to show my uncle the cigar butt sold him the beer. Uncle said what sense did that make, I told Jim that I will file a complaint about the foolishness he just did. He sold us beer but not tobacco, that doesn't even make sense.
managers attitude
I went in there to buy cigarettes and was waiting in line and somebody said something to me being hostile so I tryed to ignore it. I got to the cash register trying to buy cigarettes and I just told her to please give me whatever so I can get out of the store without any issues being caused. Then the manager got an attitude with me and jerked my cigarettes out or my hand and threw my money at me. The manager at this sheetz cussed at me and threatening me and jerk my product out of my hand and threw my money at me and continued to follow me out the door cussing me and threatening me.
breakfast sandwich
I stop at the sheetz by Uniontown mall daily on my way to work with no issues today however I received the wrong sandwich and didn't check until I got all the way to work and it was too late nothing was correct no my meat, cheese or egg selection. Very disappointing. The girl seemed a little bit hurried and wasn't the usual person I always see on this shift. Next time I will check before I leave The store waste of money and now am stuck at work hungry.

I love coming into sheetz for the mto food. I absolutely hate this store. Unfortunately it is the closest one to me. Everytime I come to this store and get food it is a mess. There is not enough staff. There are always 10 people waiting for food. It takes on average 10 to 15 minutes to get anything. People are always complaining to the guys behind the food counter and they could care less. Items are always missing. Especially cups of sauces. The front counter always only has 1 person. It is bad. I would be horrified if I was the manager of this store. I even heard employees discussing how they aren't getting enough hours and complaining about how much they dislike work conditions. Someone should do an undercover visit to this store.
