breakfast burrito
I ordered an egg and tarot tot breakfast burrito and all I got was a tortilla that had about 16 Taylor tots in it and cheese and no egg. It was just a wrap with potatoes. Can someone please refund me for this or correct this situation. I am pregnant and have severe morning sickness and sent my husband out for this and it was just a tad disappointing when he wasted his time and came home with this. Thank you for your time.

This Sheetz needs to have someone come in and see how this store looks and is operated. Their foundation drink station is always broken and leaking. The drinks are nasty. They don't clean up when it's leaking all over the floor. When I said something about it. I just get told I know. This isn't the first time I've put a complaint about this store. I've yet to hear from anyone. I love your store but it need some serious detail and maintenance

It was ice cold. I watched her spill it than wipe it back into the bowl. Tossed cold pepperoni and cheese on top then threw it in a bag all awhile [censored]ing because it was her break time. This was at store #411 in Lower Burrel, PA. Disgusting. I will never go back. I waited forever. Then I got a "sorry" and a scowl. The price you pay for the food then to deal with [censored] customer service.
food prep area was disgusting
I was in Gettysburg For the birth of my daughter.. stuck eating hospital food for a few days. I decided to get my wife and I some more palatable food. I am a huge fan of sheetz. I drink probably 5 gallons of coffee a month from your store! However my experience at this particular location was raunchy. The store itself is a relatively new one, i remember its renovation.but wow the management is not keeping it very nice. From the parking lot to the kitchen... they aren't to anykind of standard. My local sheetz store could teach this one a few lessons. I felt I had to share this image of the kitchen prep area. I would understand if they was at a busy time.. but it was late in evening probably 10pm, and the 4 employees behind the prep area was just talking and laughing about personal issues. My food was fast.. no complaining there, but it hard to mess up deep fried food and burritos. I just feel the kids behind the counter could be cleaning up a little better. The wrap on the counter was there for the duration of my visit. Not sure whose it was. I was only customer ordering food.
Egg, sausage muffin
Hello: This morning Thursday, Sept 6th... at the Sheetz, Pace Rd, Mundys Corner, 15909 at about 7:25 I ordered a western burrito and a sausage, egg muffin... fueled up and left.. opened the muffin to eat it and guess what NO EGG on the muffin...? the Burrito was good but made smaller … so I ended up eating a sausage on a muffin.. How can you forget to put an egg on it?

9:45 pm on sept 1 I was in the store at sheetz I go there nightly on my way to work. I saw and heard one of your supervisors screaming across the store [censored] you [censored] you and [censored] you very loud. As a matter of fact several employees did I saw part of name tag Ronda or Ronnie was her name. The other manager on duty ester apologize over and over for her actions. Sheetz being family owned should know about this. Good way to loose good customers

She's waited on me several times and never has acted in the manner that she did today she asked me if I would like a bag and I said no because I always say no to save them some time save me some trash and I was getting the money on my wallet and she acted like it was a problem I was getting correct change and she was upset because I laid it on the counter the money some people don't like to exchange hands of money I was getting it out and laying down as I got it out and it was not a long process and I said that's right right and she said yes I said then what's the problem because she was like rolling her eyes sighing and so she said she shook her head so I said I think I'll take a back after all As I was getting gas well when I went to get the gas pump I guess she had my set my tank and she wasn't going to sit my tank until she saw me with my phone out and walking towards the door And I had put the thing back up three times and reset try to reset and then she finally set my tank. quality of food has has gone down tremendously
Sheetz used to have good food. But it seems like lately, the quality has gone down so as to make your food "uneatable". For one thing, do you know, that microwaves turn breads into "rubber". I just had a ham and cheese croissant. The egg was totally tasteless, the cheese was non existent, and the croissant was "tough and chewy" like rubber. Thanks Sheetz for making my breakfast so memorable.

I purchased two Sheetz coffee drinks this week from this location. Normally, the food and coffee is great, but not this time. I waited over 15 minutes, both times, for a coffee before I had to say something, and not one employee asked me if I needed anything or if I was alright. This is unacceptable customer service. At 7:15 am i went into sheetz to get my self a coffee refill. Its the samething that i have been doing for over 20 years. The employee treated me like a thief. Its actually Discrimination. Her attitude seems like it changed once she found out that i was homeless. Im sorry my wife passed away and i cant afford everything myself but this employee had no right trying to embarrass me. pina colada mix
I have ordered a large pina colada smoothie with a vanilla shot and whipped cream several times at this location. The overnight manager Jeff always has an attitude and claims he has run out of pina colada mix. This took place around 3:30am Sunday August 25 2019. This seems to be a daily "coincidence" on Jeff's shift. Jeff has n extremely horrible attitude towards his job. 🖓😡

As I'm typing this, I have been waiting for a half hour for my order and am STILL WAITING! I asked and your employees have said "there's only 2 of us so chill" THERE IS NOBODY HERE!!! I have provided a picture of my receipt for a refund because the staff was disrespectful and "felt overwhelmed" and for "made to order" I didn't know it took 30 mins for one order with nobody else around us.

I recently stopped at Sheetz drive thru to grab food. My order number was 493. I ordered Grande Tacos, but was given traditonal tacos. I usually I do not complain, but I have had something incorrect about my order almost every time I go to this location. I understand that things happen and everyone makes mistakes, but every time it seems to be something.
fizz drinks
Every time I go into my Sheetz store. Their fizz drinks machine is broken or doesn't have enough drink selections. Other times their machine isn't properly working. Like their drink come out clear or very carbonated. It's also leaks a lot. Sometimes it's out of service for days at a time. I hope they can get maintenance in there to fix these problems. Because I love earning points towards free things especially free drinks

I order food and 9 times out of 10 the order is incorrect or in complete, just today I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns, hash browns missing and on my way to work I don't have time to stop and go back or anything I expect my food to be correct. How hard is it to read and make sure everything is there... you put a slip on the bag with the order in it? So how is it not correct it take a second to compare the slip to what there? Doesn't seem like a hard task to me? I'm honestly so discussed with this chain. This is just one example of many please do something. And talk to employees or hire some with a care that want to be there and are semi competent
latte - specifically correct nutritional info on app
I am having a hard time believing that the espresso shot being used in Lattes is 5 calories and no sugar when the first ingredients in the Espresso shot are High Fructose corn syrup, cane sugar and then another sugar. I asked an employee to read the ingredients... which she gave me the first ingredients and said the Nutritional facts are not on the label.
I get a Latte with sugar free vanilla, sugar free Carmel, and Almond Milk the Nutritional facts on your app say 70 calories with only 8 g of sugar. But I had read on the web that the espresso shot alone has 20 plus sugar?
It would be sad if the Nutritional info on your app is not correctly showing sugar...can someone research? This may be a Nutritional labeling issue and not Sheetz - so a solution would be to list the ingredients if the nutritional info is misleading. Or go back to real espresso and get rid of High fructose corn syrup ingredients.

This morning I went to the sheetz in Wexford, like I do most mornings, to get breakfast. I ordered on the app and arrived about 5 minutes after to get my food, which was 2 hot dogs with extra boom boom and onions, and expected to wait a few minutes for the food. The employees left my food on top of their grill and made me wait for a food 15-20 minute...
