While I am typically pleased with the way I am treated by manager Ray, I can report that after paying 5.99 for a bucket of totz I was only allowed to receive ketchup as a sauce unless paid for. With not 1 employee knowing how to ring up additional sauce I finally got a manager to help. After all this when I got to eat my totz they were cold! My stops at sheetz will become limited after this!

I went out of my way to come to this sheetz for breakfast before work just to see that your made to order food service is unavailable... so i walked out with no food or drink because you didnt have any of the microwaved food already prepped. This would make a great addition to your amazing food and service for people trying to get in and out fast you should try doing that like rutters does so people do not just walk out.

Her name was Flonda and she was very rude and disrespectful. I asked for two things at the counter and she said I needed to wait because she couldn't do both things at once and kept exhaling loudly at me and she threw my stuff in a bag and pushed the bag at me. I always go to this sheets because I live right at it but nobody there has ever been this rude to me ever. Everyone always asks how I am and I always ask them and they ALWAYS have a smile on their face. She had a frown and said what do you need very rudely and acted like she wanted nothing to do with anyone which isn't how you should be acting with the job you have.

I was pumping gas on pump for in Tappahanock when I turned and jabbed my foot into a piece of metal that was sticking out. It did break the skin though not deeply. But it HURTS enough that I'm limping. I did speak to the manager and he said he would get maintenance on it. But honestly I think the place is due for a remodel outside since it was allowed to get to this condition. I have a scratch though I would not be surprised if it has a bruise. I would hate for someone to get hurt worse.

I was in your ashtabula store tonight. We waited 10 minutes at the counter before the attendant helped us. After he rang us up I asked for a tobacco product and he refused to sell it to me because my girlfriend didn't have her ID with her, I presented him with my ID and he still refused to sell. Is this your store policy? I'm a 32 year old man if I walk in with my kids with me are you going to refuse to sell me chewing tobacco because they don't have IDs? Ridiculous along with completely unprofessional and rude!
management integrity/ theft
Tiffany Miller casually steals money from registers (actually I think its when shes done counts because then she knows if the losses are minor enough to keep away consequences. Usually its 20 or 40 dollars. A few months ago, counts were off several thousand dollars, which led to to the twrminagiob of kelsi holmburg, but until tiffany was told by another manager that there was investigation, she was part of that loss. Give her enough time she will do it again, check her employment history. Also she is very open with how rude she is is to people of color, anyone with a foodstamps card, elferly ladies who need air in their tires, etc. Ive lived by the hospital the last 3years and have never been more personally disrespected by than I have by her, not to mention the common complaints in the office I hear about her all day. Sheetz is a big part of my daily living, but I dont go to this one anymore because of her

I ordered boneless wings on August 8, 2019 at the sheetz on curry hollow road in Pittsburgh, PA. The order was made on the made to order screen and as i was eating them when I got home i found a hair in them. I pulled it out and continued to eat and then found another. the store is filthy
You just opened a new Sheetz in Daleville, VA. As a person that travels all over, it is the dirtiest store I have ever been to. Yes, it has been only opened for a few days, but their is absolutely no pride in keeping it clean! I have never seen the bathrooms so gross, food spilled all over the place and trash on the floor at a Sheetz. As a mother with two kids in travel ball, we search for your stores across the east coast. The Daleville store needs significant help ASAP.

I order from the online app almost EVERYDAY. Not only did the GREASE from the tater tots STAIN my pants, the sandwich I order was completely WRONG and disgusting looking. I order a ham, egg, and cheese with bacon.. they put ONE piece of bacon, disgusting, rubbery cheese, AND SAUSAGE. I couldn't even eat. I'm so unbelievably mad, I may never order again. I included picture of the greasy bag, the disgusting sandwich, and the sandwich in the damn trash where it should've been to begin with. Get your old staff back. I'm sick of these people that have no idea what they are doing.

I was there getting a caramel brownie milkshake which was about 5$, and 2 generic ice cream sandwiches. The cashier scanned each item 2 times and charged me 30$. I have never been so furious in my life it should have been 15-17$. When I told him of his mistake he yelled at me and told me and my friend he knows how to do his job even though I clearly saw him do it twice. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I will not be returning to sheetz
food was very bad. forgot majority of the things that were asked for.
a worker with curly hair was making our order. nachos had no chili like i asked for and the wraps had no mayo like i asked for. the bacon was longer than the wrap. the nachos were cold by the time i even got to the car. i waited about 15 minutes to get bad cold food. i said thank you for the food and got a "yup" back. the yup was said rudely and he had an attitude when saying it.

I go to Sheetz every day. Either before work or after. So it's especially disheartening when I get treated so rudely by an employee. Whoever was cashier around 5:30 (older and heavier set) should not work customer service. All I asked for is if there was anyone to change the coke fountain soda because it was out. It happens pretty often to me and normally someone just either asks me to wait a second politely or will give me a drink coupon for next time. This gentleman looked at me like I was stupid, proceeded to roll his eyes and then got all defensive for NO reason and yelled at me that there were only 3 people. Literally all he had to do was tell me that they were short staffed and that it would be a minute and I would have understood. Not treat the customer like [censored] for no reason. It's really disappointing when you work for 12 hours and had a bad day and then come in to get a soda only to have an employee treat you so rudely for no reason.
