frozen made to order drink
I order a frozen mocha, a large size. I was grabbing it before class, which I was running late because it took awhile. Once I received my drink I was very upset once I saw that my drink was half filled up and half whip cream. If I'm paying for a drink I want my drink not a cup of whip cream. I love sheetz but I was upset, plus the guy had an attitude when handing my drink to me.
salad
Hello, I ordered a salad but selected no meat and once I got back into the car and on the road I realized it was completely covered in taco meat. I don't mean to complain but I spent 7 dollars on a salad I can't eat. I'm a frequent customer of Sheetz, I actually had a breakfast sandwich and a coffee earlier this morning, which was delicious. I don't have the receipt bc I put it in the bin after receiving my food, but I did use my Sheetz card if that helps. If there is anything you can do that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

cold food that I was rung up for wrong
Ordered mto special meal deal (2 hot dogs, fries and a drink for $3.06) and a sub for $4.24 that was NOT A MEAL). After a mistake that was made at the register I had asked to be rerung when a different employee (not a manager) refused to rering to check the mistake. I then paid for what ever mistake and received my cold hot dogs & fries. Night manager is a coward who avoids conflict as she listens in the office. Funny how the girl ringing me didn't notice her mistake even after ringing my sheetz card and removing the total. However this isn't my first run in with this crew. I come here every day, more than once. I pass 7 eleven to do so, I won't make that mistake again.
overall
I stopped at Sheetz on Rte 309 in Wilkes Barre Twp. This morning and was disgusted by the appearance of the store. There was trash all over the parking lot, the men's restroom had paper towels thrown all over the place and stunk of urine. The coffee station was dirty and had spilled coffee on the serving area. I purchased a breakfast sandwich and it was half frozen.
Very disappointed in this location.
manager tara
I came into the store yesterday ordered 2 hotdogs with ketchup & onions. As i opened it i noticed there was not onions on it . I went back inside & nicely asked if i could have a small cup of onions because they wasnt any on my hot dog. She said to me you have to purchase onions. I showed her my receipt and said i did you employees failed to put them on she started yelling at me saying she say them put it on there... no onion was in sight. Very unprofessional and rude. The worst manager i have ever made contact with i will never return to this location
customer service
I get my coffee every morning at the Franklin Street Sheetz in Johnstown, PA. The coffee area is very poorly talked care of by an older lady who is very rude and unfriendly. This morning, as has happened many times before, I pour my coffee and attempt to put in the half and half and it's empty again! So I go over to the cooler and get a small half and half, open it up and cream my coffee because that coffee lady is nowhere to be found! When I get to the register after standing in line for five minutes, the girl asks me if I was the person that opened the small half and half by the coffee. I said yes. She scolded me that I shouldn't have done that and that and that I should have found that grouchy lady and had her change the creamer which would've taken a minute! I told her to charge me for the half and half which she didn't do. I also told her that if the coffee lady was doing her job this incident would've never happened. Poor, poor customer service!
I am on my way to work. I have no time to be chasing down someone to do their job.
service
Friday August 26th around 9amI went to the location on West Wendover in Greensboro NC. I prepaid $30 worth gas with my debit card the machine said approved but didn't issue a receipt. The cashier then went to get a managerto see what the issue was. The manager then tells me my transaction didn't go through n I needed to reswipe. I did then I went and pumped my gas. I then checked my account and noticed I had been charged twice 30$ I went back inside and explained I was charged twice. She then tells me that's not true because it never went through. I then show her my bank transactions n she then contradicts herself stating no it came out but I credited it back to your account and it may take 24hrs. I said ok then show me proof a receipt that u credited it back. She stated she couldn't do that and I should wait. I told her i needed proof because I didn't know when i would be back in town because I live in Texas I showed her my licence with the Texas address. She still proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do she couldn't give me my money back and ahe couldn't give me proof that it would be credited back to me. After arguing with me back and forth she then gives me my $30 back by shoving it into my hand after I told her i was calling the DM. Worst experience I've had at a sheetz and I frequent them a lot due to my job. Very unprofessional and unapologetic to the situation and issue that she caused by swiping my card twice then arguing with me.
cleanliness of store
The store on NC66 in Kernersville, NC has always been a first choice for our family but lately the cleanliness has gone way down hill. Since adding the ice cream and more slushie machines it has become an absolute mess. There needs to more more cleaning done in this store regularly. We usually use the one over by Glenn High on Union Cross and it is absolutely clean and tidy every time we go in.
employee (devin) was extremely slow and was slowing the entire operation
I ordered my food at about 11:20 pm and took nearly an hour to revive my items which was only 4 items there was only 1 person ahead of me and three behind the person both in front and behind all revived the food in an orderly fashion I want to have this person either suspended or fired I love this place because I normally am able to go in and get out with in at least 20 minutes not 1 hour to receive my food
free snapple
My son Jimmy went to a Sheetz today in Frostburg, MD. Jimmy presented an email he received about free Snapple today, but he was told by the cashier that he had to register online, despite jimmy having been a loyal Sheetz member since the day he spoke his first word("Shmiscuit"). Jimmy has scoured the email for 63 minutes now, finding nothing warning him that he had to sign up. Jimmy is only six years old. He came home from Sheetz in tears with a Snapple that he PAID for on FREE SNAPPLE DAY. Jimmy is inconsolable. He howls endlessly, refuses any food but Sheetzas, and talks of his Snapple constantly. Please, bring back the Jimmy that we all know and love.
Sounds like you raised a [censor].
not having a requested product in stock.
I do not own a car. My local Sheetz is the only place within walking distance that carries my brand of E-Cigs. I switched from normal cigarettes to e-cigs for health reasons. My brand of choice is Mark Ten XL Menthol Bolds. I have asked nay begged repeatedly of different employees and managers to keep these in stock because I walk and it would not be easy for me to get them anywhere else. I have had to result to asking friends for rides to different stores so I can get them. It is 2 am now and I just got off work and really needed my e-cigs. For the 5th time in a row, nothing. Every single employee I ask about this just tells me when the truck is coming in. I show up at that time and nothing is there. Before this problem started I would spend 35 to 40 dollars a week at my local sheetz on e-cigs and soda. But no more. I feel like I have been enough of a loyal customer for them to keep ONE item in stock for me. Until this is fixed I will not set foot in that sheetz. I doubt that anyone will actually read this or care but I have to try. I also tried calling your customer service line. Hung up on once. Kept on hold forever. Never actually got to speak with anyone. Not doing the best job with customer service here Sheetz. Pretty terrible actually.
wasn't served tobacco
Coming in from something to drink donuts and tobacco products. Asked for id I gave my current an only id she tried to Scan it an it wouldn't Scan she refused to serve me tobacco products that you have to be 18 year's an older for. She said due to id being damage she can't serve me.. I wanted to snap on her an didn't, there were no donuts available to sell which u have to be lucky to get donuts at night and plenty other times coming in it would be empty. Won't be returning to this location ever again..
milkshakes
I got a milkshake on 8/18/17. Taste like a ice shake not a milkshake. Bought it at sheetz by the Walmart in Huntington PA. Yuck never again! 9894 Shaner Blvd. 16652 I've had trouble in the past with this same sheetz and feel like its not right to pay for something that taste to nasty. My name is Kathleen Metz. 221 front Mountain Rd. Allensville, Pa. [protected]. Thank you.
breakfast sandwich and cold brew coffee
The morning of 8/17/17 I was on my way to a business meeting and stopped at your store #299 in Grove city and ordered my favorite breakfast sandwich the wildwest flatbread and a vanilla cold brew coffee... I don't often complain as I know people are super busy but my sandwich was cold, not just cold like it had sat out to long like cold it wasn't cooked the cheese wasn't even a little melted, And my coffee had curdled milk in it. I'm not sure I can ever order another one of your coffee drinks ever as that is a complete turn off... I would like to be considered for a refund of my purchase.
My receipt info is as follows
Sheetz #299 8/17/17 @ 7:06:59AM order number 031
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

milkshakes/customer service
I was at the Cresson Sheetz today and ordered 4 milkshakes. (Vanilla, Banana, Oreo with toppings, and Peanut Butter) While leaving the building I dropped two of my milkshakes. When I brought them into the building to see if I could get them replaced... I was told I would have to pay for them. My Vanilla milkshake and my Peanut Butter milkshake both tasted like milky ice water with rather large chunks of ice. I would of liked a replacement of my milkshakes due to the fact of paying for two of my milkshakes twice, and them tasting like milky ice water. And you cant even taste ANY Peanut Butter.
the mto
Today I went in and ordered two hot dogs for lunch. When I got back to the office, I opened them and found that they had relish on them. My slip and the tag on the hot dogs did not say to add relish to them. I did not have time to go back and have them fixed so I had to scrap off the relish and onions. I wanted the onions but since they were mixed with relish I had to take it off. I was not happy that my lunch was ruined. I took a picture of the relish and of the tag.
management service
On August 15 around 8:50pm me and my friend decided to go to Sheetz on Court house road in Princeton WV store #458 (which I'm a very regular customer at) to get cigarettes and coffee and not only did we encounter rude service, but the person in line in front of me dropped their 22oz Glass bottle Budweiser on the floor resulting in glass shards in my foot and toe. I'm usually one to over look an accident, but the manager refused to let another store employee attend to the mess and left the beer and the shattered glass on the floor and just threw up a wet floor sign due to being short staffed. Not only did they not clean up the mess, but they also failed to even ask if I was okay. The manager also, was very rude towards her fellow employees by rushing them while I was asking the employee a question about my order. I am very unsatisfied with the service and the experience I encountered tonight.
made to order food
I ordered an app sampler at the drive thru this afternoon. I asked for mac n' cheese bites, jalapeño bites, and cheese curds. I opened the box once I got on the interstate and my box had cheese sticks, popcorn chicken, and cheese curds in it. I was very disappointed that my order only had one item that I asked for in it but wasn't turning around to complain.
sheetz creamery
I come to this location in Manassas regularly. Once a week I allow myself this treat and for the past few (at least 3) weeks the bar had been empty and lacking toppings including sauces. It's dissatisfying when you are coming in for a treat and find you are VERY limited on your selections. I would be better going across the street to Dairy Queen. This store has become less of a "one stop [protected]@ place for necessary items and only good for gas.
gas pumps
I got gas monday morning and your faulty gas pump sprayed gas all over me and my car. Not only was I pissed off enough to go into the store. The manager at this [censor] decided to just tell me "ohh well that pump shouldn't of been in use someone must of taken off the paper.". Well then why the hell was I approved to get gas from it. Not only was half my gas everywhere. And on me. The manager seemed to not give two [censor] about me or my situation. Some compassion would of been nice. And a small refund too. But neither were given!
