I paid for an auction promptly - 77.00- Seattle Washington goodwill - they won’t send me my merchandise or respond to my complaint tickets

Also I had another order from same place and when I paid I combined the order and it doesn’t give me credit for one of the orders
I’m a gold Star wife’s widow of a combat veteran I don’t appreciate being frauded
