Shoprite Checkers review: Customer service complaint

About a week and a half ago might be 2 weeks. I had the worst experience and treatment from a cashier, to the point where I left my whole trolley of shopping at the paypoint and left the store. Only to return the next day to give it a go again... Whilst doing my shopping that I did the previous day, I stumbled across the store manager mr vallie, I cornered him and told him about the happenings of the previous day, he then told me "sir when this happens agian, please personally come and tell me, while I was talking to mr vallie, my boyfriend who was accompanying me at the time and unaware of what happened the previous day, already made his way to the paypoint, when I was done speaking to mr vallie I made my way to the cashiers... Getting there, low and behold my boyfriend was standing in the que of the same cashier that had no respect for me as a customer and you can ask any of the staff from management to the packers at the till even the indian lady that sells fruit and veg outside the store, I am a regular and frequent customer. And this was the worst experience, for the 2nd day in a row the was completely and utterly rude and out of line, throwing a greenpepper back at my boyfriend just because it wasnt weighed. Even the apology fruit or goody basket as they called it was an insult and was more of an get better soon basket you would buy someone thats in hospital. A lady nadeem responded to me via email, I also replied but s8nce have not heard a thing. My only question after reading on your page about how highly you value your customers, im yet to get that treatment you so proudly say you give to people from all walks of life. Ill await your reply in this regard. I also have all email correspondence as well as messages I had sent on your fb page. Regards
