Shoprite Checkers review: Unmanned workstations (deli, seafood, bakery) 1

The ShopRite at your Stroudsburg Pa location needs to value and be more considerate of their customer’s time. Today, Tuesday, November 19, 2024, and several days during the last couple of weeks, I have spent 20 minutes or more waiting for someone to service me at one of their specialty areas. I understand that workers sometime call out sick, and staff shortages, However, it’s unacceptable for key areas such as the Bakery, Seafood, and the Deli area not to be staffed/manned. All these areas require staff assistance.

I’m sending this formal complaint on behalf of all the customers and myself that have wasted valuable time waiting for customer service to send a worker over to these areas because no one was official assigned to the area on some days.
