I would like to know when SiriusXM plans to issue a public apology to Heather McDonald related to the public slander and defamation by their radio host Jeff Lewis. For two months, he publicly on his radio platform, accused her of felony theft. He claimed that she stole expensive earrings from his friend. He claimed that she ghosted this friend. He called her a felon and a thief. It has been unequivocally, proven with paperwork, appraisals, and receipts that this was all a lie, and a big fabrication either told to him by their mutual friend or fabricated by the two of them together for the purpose of slandering her good reputation. Heather McDonald’s has a very popular and award-winning podcast and YouTube channel and Patreon. She has been damaged by these fallacious claims. I have personally read that people have unfollowed her because they believed the lies told about her . I am furious. I have canceled my SiriusXM subscription since the only program I have been listening to was Jeff Lewis‘s radio show. I think that because they allowed him to continue, and because they allowed him to play a parody advertisement that she was a felon for two months on his show that SiriusXM should take action of some sort and issue a public apology or require Jeff Luis to do so. What he did was malicious and damaging. As somebody who was a fan of both people in question, I am thoroughly disgusted with the childish behavior on the part of Jeff Lewis and the guests that he engages with this conversation who have no knowledge of the background of this claim, or that this claim has been unequivocally disproven with documentation. And still, he does not acknowledge that he was duped by the mutual friend, and stands behind her in the face of this unequivocal documentation to the contrary , I would like to know what’s going to be done about this and I would like to get back to me
Desired outcome: I would like for Jeff Lewis to be fired. If not, I would like him to be required to issue a public apology and a retraction of his defamatory statement.
