Everytime I have went to this speedway the past 3 months, their co2 is out so no fountain drinks. Also, almost every employee acts like they don't know how to do anything and like they haven't been trained at all what so ever. I've waited for it to be fixed and complained to the manager but after months straight, it's getting out of hand.

The speedway store on prime visita & bayshore Blvd in port saint lucie florida... they do not offer you the rewards card or ask if you have one ... yet I keep watching the employees at the register scan a rewards card every single time I check out... I finally was fed up enough to realize they aren't offering or asking yet scanning a card they have laying in front of them upside down adding up point & free things for themselves... which I would say that is stealing! From customers & company an it's more then 3 employees that I've seen do so... I spoke up an said something because one of the employees scan the card an I seen the coupons all pop up on the screen an I said wait what was that an that made me reach out I believe something needs to be done...

I am a regular customer of this gas station for the past few years. There is a new attendant girl there. This is not the first time, she never listens to the customers. Today I told her I need gas for $20. I was watching her since it happened before. It passed $20 and by the time I got out of my car, she already pumped for $26. Either she is always on her phone or day dreaming. I went inside and complained to the manager. This attendant was telling her that I said I needed gas for $30. So what happened last time? She said she entered $20 but the machine didn't stop. She always have excuses. I am not going back to that gas station when she is around. There is a manager guy there, he was not there today, he and all other employees are nice and know what they are doing. This one wants to get fired to collect unemployment, it seems like.

Hi, my name is Robert. I recently went into a speedway (715 Brown Road Columbus, OH 43223) on June 27, 2019, at 1am in the morning and experienced the worst customer service that I've ever had at a gas station. The cashier was very rude, bad attitude, slow, and would NOT stay off her phone. She actually threw my change at me, I have never reported someone before, in all my 30 years of living, but she was that bad. Ms Gonzalez does not treat her employees fair or equal. I have been in the store where there are several people standing around holding up the wall and doing nothing. The person that is doing the cashiering is out on the floor doing cleaning or stocking and has to run and check out the customers. I have also heard that she does not keep her word and tries to bully employees to quit if she does not like them or if they stand up to her. She will also tell her employees 1 thing and then after they are hired she will change to what works for her and does not care about what she told and agreed on with employee.
A manager like this is not deserving of the hard working employees that keep her store running and customers coming back.

My name is Jennifer Christian, phone number [protected]... I work mid night shift at a local nursing home in Ironton Ohio I have been a regular at this speedway for years. This speedway location is 4/5 minutes from my work. I always come to this speedway during my 30 minute break to get everyone in our facility coffee snacks ect. Gas or whatever I need . Back December of last year your employee Amanda Jenkins while working, in uniform behind the counter verbally attacked me regarding child support, she is married to my daughter's father. She cussed me calling me a [censored]ing [censored] multiple times, telling me she was going to take me to court & take my daughter from me, I tired my best not to react as there was a store full of customers she screamed at me to get the [censored] out of her store & never come back. I got in my car & a police officer pulled up said a customer called regarding my safety . A police report was made & a copy was given to the general and district managers, I also requested the video from that evening be looked at. the district manager explained to me that he was sorry Amanda wasn't on the clock so their was nothing he could do about her actions I find this hard to believe & so does my lawyer. Now here it is June 7 months later I stop into speedway on my 30 minute break as I do every night I work I did not realize Amanda was working, as im pouring 4 cups of coffee & getting ready to fill up my gas tank she starts yelling at me with a customer at the counter & another customer right beside me she continues to yell I do not have to [censored]ing wait on you! You are not allowed in this store while I am working I looked at her and told her I'm on my 30 minute break i don't have time for her drama I just need my coffee & gas she then picks up the phone & calls the police & explains to them that I am not allowed in speedway witch is not true I go in there every night as the cop on duty knows I do as he sees me in there nightly. Neither of your managers have ever told me not to come in the store as I am a paying customer, that was not in the wrong she has attacked me now twice . I have contacted my lawyer for further action I do not understand why your corporation allows your employee to act like this, the district manager told me if I contacted corporate regarding the last incident that you would tell me the same, she was off the clock. I find it hard to believe. why was she in uniform behind the counter if she was off the clock I also find it very concerning nothing was done & she has continued her actions even if she was off the clock she was in uniform representing your brand, she also uses her job as a platform she thinks in her head that's her store . She gossips about my 10 year old daughter & my family multiple guests there have came back to me regarding all of her gossip as well as her smoking a vape while behind the counter with smoke clouds rolling through out the store. She is trashy to say the least & why your company allows an employee to represent her self & your brand in this way is unbelievable just down right unprofessional & disrespectful. As a paying customer doing no wrong I have been verbally attacked & thrown out of your store on two different occasions with the police being contacted by a customer the 1 St time that believed I was in danger, & the second time by your employee Amanda Jenkins . While doing nothing but getting coffee & gas I was no threat, I have never engaged in her behavior I have ignored it, I have NEVER been told to not come in the store matter of fact I was told the opposite that ur management did not want to lose my business . All of this is on your video surveillance I am beside myself regarding her actions & how they are supported by you. I was directed to contact this corporate office, for further action.

As I am getting ready to pay for my stuff Mitch the cashier started cursing at me. I asked him why are you cursing at me? I said to him "you must be using meth". He said so. I have also witnessed him being very rude to other customers and the employee's. The lines could be long and to the door, he will go outside on the side of the building. I was told that the manager keeps cover his dirty deeds up. This is at Speedway in Penfield, NY. I have been coming to this store for 17 years.

I have been to this stores on two different occasions and seen this assistant Manager treat her employee very poorly. I was in line today waiting to pay for my items when the cashier called for the assistant Manager Anna who was standing in the back of the store. She ignore the cashier multiple times and even made comment under her breath. She may not been aware that I was standing there's and heard what she said. The cashier called out to her again and she finally answer "what". The young lady asked her to help her cause the line was getting long and Anna rolled her eyes. I purposely got into Anna line so I could get her name cause she is unprofessional and rude. I learned that she was the assistant when I called the other store in Elizabeth city to file an complaint. I will not go into this store again if this is the way that the employees are treated.

You have a manager at a Speedway in Murfreesboro, TN S. Church St. He goes by the name DA GOAT. He keeps the atmosphere up and always puts a smile on my face. I Hate that they made he remove his #goatlife stickers . He was the only reason i would come to that store, because your other stores are horrible. Hi, My name is Shelby Mann and I am a current CSR at speedway store 7163. I would like to make a formal complaint in regards about the lead assistant manager Alexis. Wednesday May 21, 2019 I was at the front counter, trying to send my boss a text message because I had realized he was not coming in, while doing so there was absolutely no customer in site. Once I saw a customer coming I was trying to hurry up and finish sending my text to him and before I had time to put it away on my own as the customer reached the counter, I was then confronted by Alexis when she told me to put my phone away and I did after she had told me to with a very unpleasant attitude. She then began to explain the phone rule is being reiterated and the first time will be a verbal warning and the second a write up. Which is understandable, well the next day I came into work and walked in the office to go look at the schedule, I noticed that I was in fact additionally written up and it was placed in plain site for everyone who works here to see. Now I'm very upset with this, as it is a violation of my rights as a employee and she had no business just leaving it there out in the open. I was never give this write up, as in physically handed to me. While reading this said right up, she left out the information of me actually putting my phone up like asked.

I was cashing in 2 lottery tickets totalling 35 dollars. FLO said anything else?i said yes id like 2 pks of marlboro 72s, she didnt ask for my speedy card and cashed my order out as i was trying to show her my phone for the digital coupon from the marlboro app. I said, i was trying to use a coupon and get the .80 off the 2 pks. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. i hardly ever complain and i would have let this go but she is so rude to customers everytime im in this store. i love speedway and the rewards program but her crappy attitude has made me a loyal customer from now on to sheets.

Today 5/18/2019 at approximately 545am at the Sheldon Rd and 5 mile location in Plymouth, Michigan location, I questioned to the cashier why my speedy reward card did not automatically take 3 cents off per gallon at the pump. every Speedy Gas station that I frequent in the area: Novi, Milford, GrandBlanc, Flint, Hartland automatically takes 3 cents off per gallon when the Speedy card is used at the pump.
This is not the first time I have questioned this at the Sheldon Rd location in Plymouth. At first I was told that I needed a certain amount of points (Since I have received 3 cents off at my other locations, this was a flat out lie), today I was told that I had an option at the pump to receive my 3 cents per gallon (another lie as there is no such option as it automatically reduces 3 cents at every other location I frequent). When I challenged the cashier and the assumed manager again on the 3 cent discount that I am supposed to receive, I was ordered out of the store by the manager (rather short girl with short hair).
Listen, Speedway advertises 3 cents off at the pump with the use of the Speedy card at the pump and I am certain that the owner of this particular branch is not giving it to their loyal customers. When I challenged them, I was treated rudely and told to "leave my store" by the manager. I did not use profanity or threaten anyone, I only stated that this station on Sheldon road was 'ripping their customers' off by not giving them their 3 cents discount with use of the Speedy card as advertised
I spend $900-1000 per month on gasoline for my transportation business and am Speedy loyal as you can see on my membership card number [protected]. Do you give 3 cents per gallon...or don't you? This station does not.
The rudeness directed at me by your store employees was uncalled for and certainly unprofessional. I would wish to receive compensation of at least $25 for not receiving my 3 cent per gallon discount over the last 12 months of business and for the rudeness I received at this particular store.

I came to Speedway at the corner of Country Club and E Main street on Tuesday May 14, 2019. I bought gas and lottery tickets. When I came out of the store a car was parked at the curb so I was walking around it to go to my car and my foot went into a little dip and twisted my foot. I did not fall to the ground, but I tripped because of that hole. It was like a tire track dip. Anyway, I went to work. but left because of the pain. I ended up going to urgent care the next day and found out I have a Jones Fracture. I have to see a surgeon on Monday the 20 and I don't know what they will do at that time. I am in a splint and on crutches. I am a realtor and cannot get around to show houses with this issue. As soon as I turned into the Speedway at the 1W 81st Ave Merrillville, Indiana my car hit a huge pot hole and my tire busted and deflated instantly! I want to know who do I talk to about this incident because it's costing me $214 to get my tire repaired w/roadside assistance. I have 5 children and I don't have money to waste on poorly maintained property. I was told by employees that I'm the second person today and about the 5th so far total. I use speed way daily 5 out of 7 days of the week and you guys are a well respected organization in my opinion so I expect to get a response from you in a reasonable timely manner to be compensated for the repair of my vehicle at the least. Your Alamogordo New Mexico branch on Walker Avenue is spreading lies and rumors to the distribution company that sells yours Tom's, Snyders, and I forget the last item they stock. Brothers distribution and your managers are literally talking about your customers especially me. So far they have told this distribution company that I'm an alcoholic and now they are telling this distribution company that I am so fat I must be pregnant. How I know this you may ask, the owner David Belknap and his brother Jon Belknap have told me in attempts to slander my appearance and my life. I am not fat nor am I an alcoholic. And I find it extremely disturbing that your MANAGERS are the one spreading these rumors to this awful distribution company. I buy gas from this store I buy the occasional snake or soda and every once in a blue moon if your price is right I buy a bottle of alcohol but I WILL NEVER do any of that again so be prepared to loose about $80 a week from a customer and I will be telling everyone I know not to use your stores. It is appalling to me that your managers think they have the right to talk about customers negatively to people who leave expired bags of chips on your shelves and then they dont report the bad job that brothers distribution is doing. I will find out this managers name and I do expect her to be fired or drug tested because David and Jon Belknap both have criminal records for selling marijuana you can look at the public court records yourself and see this. I recommend suprise drug testing all your employees and rethinking your contract with this distribution company that actually smokes marijuana in your parking lot before moving on to the next location. Expect a phone call that goes hand in hand with this email.

I bought milk today, may the 2nd, that says its best by may the 5th. i opened it and the milk was sour. smelled sour and even had chunks of sour milk in it. it was disgusting and my brother even drank a sip of it. i don't know who is at fault here but someone needs to be held responsible. It was supposed to be a quick trip to the gas station in the middle of the night for some milk and we couldn't even drink it so thanks a lot for trying to poison us.
