Speedway review: manager karen

Karen is the manager of one of your farmville stores how I don't know she is very rude to customers, she never speaks to anyone she has no people skills. Everytime I go in that store I have to stock up cups and lids, straws and other items also because they are never stocked. When she goes to the front to help the cashier ring people up she is very loud and ugly the way she says can I help you if you are not doing lottery. When she gives you your change back she pretty much throws at you and when she takes your money she snatches. I'm sorry but I can't go in a store where I feel I am not welcome the only two ladies that make me feel welcome are miss rita and miss laverne. You want to know someone that the customers love and respect and that treats us like we are family is miss Rita. Karen is not manager material because I have been a manager and having people skills is the number one priority and Karen is not that she is a very disrespectful woman that could careless about her employees or her customers and she cares even less about her store. Miss rita deserve s too move up and so does miss laverne but they are treated like they are treated like trash by their own store manager. I'm sorry but you have lost a true customer and I'm taking about 200 with me that have decided not to go to speedway because of Karen and the way they are treated. Thank you, Jessica toler
