This morning (8/30/19) I was verbally abused by a bum (white male, bald in his 30s) who was loitering the gas station premesis, harassing me and other women who were there pumping gas. I told him to leave or I was going to call the police, and he got loud and started shouting obsenities back at me, making a scene, calling me an ugly miserable wife, etc...

Speedway salesperson

I felt very discriminated on in this Speedway this evening it was pouring rain and I was buying a product and I had to run back to my car to get another dollar and when I came back and she said this is wet I said it's raining it's pouring she said how do I know you didn't spit or lick on the dollar I am 63 years old this is the second time I've had problems at this Speedway this girl is African-American a long ponytail she would not give me her name she would not let me talk to the manager I felt very discriminated upon I want this employee fired it is 8 p.m. August 26th I am tired of the employees there Trading us rudely she would not get the manager for me she said she was busy and she said move out of the way I have other customers I want this employee fired and I want some kind of meeting with the manager

Speedway store being closed

At 3 am I came to the 24 he speedway in Forest City NC and a sign was on the door saying closed how can a 24 he store be closed I had to drive all the way to Walmart and the 3rd shift girl was outside wit friends smoking and having a good time don't say 24 hr if ur employees can close when they want to this is highly upsetting please fix this so that I don't have to go to Walmart again

Speedway a night shift employee

A night shift employee just literally cursed me out bc I felt unsafe parking in a parking spot closer to a homeless man that was clearly loitering so I parked closer to the door & when I told him that was not the way u should treat any customer-he shouted "I don't give a [censored] bout u or any customers bc its my last week anyways so [censored] u!" needless to say, I was & still am appalled-i've been in customer service for over 20 years & have never spoken to a customer like that nor have I ever even heard of a clerk acting that way over essentially their own safety.. I really hope that something is done about it

Speedway debit card unauthorized hold on your card

They put a $93.00 hold on my bank card after I purchased $15.00 gas at the pump then I had to cancel my card, and order a new card because I didn't know if my card was hacked.I contacted NYS Attorney General and made a complaint. They should not be doing this to consumers. There is also a class action lawsuit in progress about this practice.When I talked to the manager about this issue she seemed very concerned because the company has not said anything to the employees about what has been going on.Will not be buying gas from Speedway again. People please be aware of this and complain, because it's just not right.No company should be able to put charges on your card without the persons permission.

Speedway cashiers are rude

Speedway locations in Anderson, IN (W 38th St. and Dr MLK Dr.) & (Scatterfield Rd and E Hartman Rd.) and in Indianapolis, IN (W 86th St. and Zionsville Rd.) are locations that I visit frequently. Lately, cashiers are engaged in conversations among themselves and either make me wait until they finish their chit-chat about movies or boyfriends before starting to ring me up OR they begin ringing me up (oftentimes with their heads turned) while continuing their chatting with their co-workers. In both scenarios described, the cashiers do not greet me, they call out a total, and then they don't thank me. I don't like to patronize GetGo Cafés bc of their bait-&-switch gas pricing, but I have taken my c-store business their bc they have nominally better customer service.

Speedway manager was extremely rude and aggressive

She got really rude and aggressive when I tried to explain that she was doing something wrong. And the reason why I know she was doing it wrong is because I use Speedway all the time, use to be my favorite store to go to. I wanted to load money onto a green dot card and she was doung it different than anyone at Speedway has ever did it and I mentioned it to her and she flipped out. Told me to take my business elsewhere. Now I spen a lot of money at Speedway everyday between fuel and things for breakfast and lunch. I don't appreciate being snapped at and embarrassed in front of everyone in line. How she became a manager is beyond me

I have been driving for over 30 years and never picked up a gas pump to have gas spill out all over me, the ground and my car, but that is what happened today. Speedway customer service service and management

Holly cuts coworkers off when they ask a customer about their mother. Is rude to friends and family of former employees. Management gives unlimited hot roller grill food, drinks and slushies to his employees and favorite customers. Treats employees with favoritism over the other employees. 1st employee didnt finish 70% of her daily tasks. 2nd employee must finish her tasks plus the rest of employee #1 while being the only employee there. 2 things forgotten and 2nd employee gets a write up for it, with the threat of cut hours and or termination.

Speedway no receipt given at your store/ clerk banged on the counter, I have no extra money or card to give him

I was at a recently bought out (from NOCO(Newman Oil Company)) store on Delaware Avenue near Chapel Road in the Village of Kenmore NY 14217 and the clerk didn't give me a receipt for my transaction. He also banged on the counter when I asked him about the awards program(for which a plastic card is given and registration is required). I don't have extra money to give him and he isn't a public charity. The store had no Tuna Fish sandwiches for Sale and may have been missing other important items. I didn't take an inventory of the items.

Speedway mean, racist employee

For 7 yrs i have made my morning tea at the local speedway, "they actually brew it" so after getting a cup and getting ready to fill it, an African American woman "employee" approaches me & begins to tell me that if i use any if "her" BAGS to strengthen my tea that she is charging me $1.00 per bag,
Before i could even respond she says to me that she aint gone hear nothin from me & if i got a problem i can leave her store, I live here in this community, I have never seen this woman before & i know she does not live around here,
So at checkout she rang my tea up for almost $6.00 . Of course i was not happy and was not going to pay it, she singled me out, harassed me, yelled at me & then allowed another employee to join in and also yell at me, so i called customer service and told this same story & got no response!

Speedway store cleanliness and coffee stock

normally this speedway is good the last few times ive been ther the place is a mess an the coffee is not stocked. there are coffee pots full of water where the coffee should be cups an sugers an lids ect seem to be out always. i have to restock cups because everyone acts so busy that they cant do their job. today i had to offer to make the coffee myself in order for someone to do it. they tried to have me drink the one kind that was made but i like what i like an thats why i go there. if it stays this way i will have to find another store

Speedway confidentiality

Beware don't report anything about Speedway gas station because confidentiality throat out the door if you report somebody from a Speedway gas station or anywhere for that matter they tell them who did it then you get her [censored] every time you come in the store a place ain't nothing but a hell hole it's been going downhill for years I'll never step foot in a Speedway again especially when they serve underage kids cigarettes and beer and they give free food to the homeless and I'm not supposed to better yet they let people get free pop when the lines are long and that's all they have they send them out the door how about that Speedway your employees are giving food away and drinks and you do nothing about it really wow you better check your employees oh and your managers don't forget because they're letting them do it too

Speedway workers and drink machine

Everytime I have went to this speedway the past 3 months, their co2 is out so no fountain drinks. Also, almost every employee acts like they don't know how to do anything and like they haven't been trained at all what so ever. I've waited for it to be fixed and complained to the manager but after months straight, it's getting out of hand.
