I was at Bloed mall today with my partner to make an exchange on an item we bought from another sportscene branch. Everything seemed fine until we raised a topic about bieng mislead when my partner opened the account (the item was purchased on my parters newly opened account), he was not aware that for every purchase made he needs to pay a 15% of the total value purchased, of which the information was not disclosed when opening the account. alright, we dont mind paying that becouse its the company's policy for lending the money to purchase on account. now the rudeness came when i pointed that he was part of the team and the need to address and disclose all information to customers when opening accounts, he vehemently questioned what team is that that im saying he belongs to, im like bru, the sportscene crew unless you work individually and your not their team, he was like he doesnt open accounts and there is nothing he can do about issues relating to accounts because they are done by head office. so head office is not our first point of contact he is so i told his cant it be addressed during stuff meetings or it be escallated to relevant people, because we open account on a certain impression and we find other details later, he was like "i dont know where you can report to, why dont you ask that lady"pointing us to his female collegue.
i was greatly appalled by his rudeness, espeacially when he said we are making noise at the wrong person he doesnt deal with accounts and as for me i dont even have an account but i talk too much. He disrespected me and my partner greatly.
